Being in good shape, I swear, is like a cheat code for life. Like, it just gives you certain privileges that not being in shape will never afford you. You're in shape. People notice, bro. People understand that that takes effort, that takes work, and they automatically salute you as if you're their boss or something. Everywhere I go, someone's asking me, "Do you play football?" You work out, don't you? Somebody even asked me if I play professional rugby at one point. And overall, people are just nicer to you. And on top of that, being in shape makes you more attractive. And I'm not talking about just physically.
Someone that takes care of themsel and is like visible. There's something magnetic about that that draws people to that person. People just automatically assume you're confident. Even if you have social anxiety, it's also showing that you have a high standard cuz you're not willing to settle for less than you deserve and you take your body seriously. When you're in shape, bro, life gets easier. You're more confident asking for what you want and people are more likely to give it to you. Any job interview I've ever gone to, just because I was in physical shape and they saw that I worked out, they saw that I was able to stay with a task consistently over and over again, I already had an edge. I never went into an interview and then didn't get the job. This isn't about vanity either.
It's just about reality. Taking care of your body isn't just about looking good.
It's also about changing the way the world interacts with you. If you want to experience that life for yourself, enough said. Let's start building that body and the life that you deserve.

Getting the hard part done as often as possible. So, you're not better than the unfit person. It's just all about how you carry yourself and how you show up for yourself. Showing up for yourself first, then you can show up for others.

Just like pretty privilege, fit privilege is just as real. They're going to give you more opportunities because you look good. People are going to want to be around you more because you're in shape. People are going to be sometimes nicer to you cuz you're in shape. A lot of men are not born naturally pretty. We have to work our way and get there. We have to work our way to be attractive.
We have to work our way to get attention and be noticed. Some girls are just naturally pretty and it is what it is.
And I'm not [ __ ] on them. It's just it is what it is. So, a lot of you guys might hate on girls. Oh, she only got there cuz she looked good. Yeah, it's the truth. Pretty privilege is real. But guess what? Fit privilege can work just as well in your favor if you just put the work in. Is it fair? No. But is life fair? No. Life ain't fair, man. Life is not fair.
Get in shape. Yesterday, me and my lady took out our little one. We went on We went to Oak Brook Mall here in Illinois.
Uh it was like 80 something degrees outside. real nice weather, real comfortable weather, right? Went outside and I had on a tank top. I had a stringer rather. It was a stringer. And I'm walking around, you know, we all walking around and it's an outdoor mall.
So I'm walking around and you just see the eyes. Grown men, men with, you know, high earners, they looking, women looking. One guy even w he one guy even said, "Bro, I need to go to the gym with you." I'm telling y'all, when you're in shape, that attention is there. I'm telling you, people of all kinds of statuses have no choice but to acknowledge you. You're going to get their attention. They're going to look.
Some of them might even say something, but a lot of times it's often positive.
People can't help but notice a a fit physique for the simple fact fit physiques are not normal.
Being in shape ain't normal. Anytime you have large shoulders, defined shoulders, a defined chest, nice biceps, nice triceps, a chiseled back, legs, quads, whatever, having a body that's in shape like that is not normal.
It's not normal. And PE and it will garnish the attention of a lot of people. You might not want it, but that's what comes with the territory.
you put in that work because they know as well as you know that you put in the work and you got yourself like that. You did something that a lot of people aren't willing to do. You did something that a lot of people complain about. You have more than likely a body or a physique that a lot of people want.
I'm telling you, get in shape, man. Get in shape. You're not only you feel good, you going to look good.
>> Yo, if you are lost in life, just get fit. If you don't know what you want to do with your life, first of all, the better you are as a person, the quicker you'll get to your goal. So, when you figure out what you want to do, you're going to get there a lot faster. And second, I don't think y'all understand how many opportunities are going to come to you simply because you're fit.
Opportunities you would never get, opportunities you don't see, doors that that are [ __ ] closed right now are going to open because you're fit. If you're lost, you don't know what to do.
Just get fit.
So, we all know that pretty privilege is a thing, right? Whether you like it or not, people who are pretty or who are more easy on the eyes are definitely treated better. But we're not going to sit here and act like fit privilege is not also a thing because more people nowadays, it seems like, are wanting to get into the gym. It's become more Instagram worthy. It's crazy on TikTok.
Everybody wants to be a personal trainer. Everybody wants to be a gym bro or a gym girly. But let me tell you this, your fit body is everything. How you walk, how you talk, how you move, your self-confidence.
Okay? Fit privilege is a thing. It also shows how you care about yourself. It shows more or less where you fit in the world. In society, people who are fit are more on the upper echelon of society. A fit body can sometime tell if you are poor, if you are middle class, or if you are wealthy. People who are poor generally don't care about being fat. And I'm not talking about poor as in living on the streets. I'm talking about poverty line poor, uh, food assistance poor, section 8 public housing poor, people who are on the more wealthy end of town, being fit, being skinny is everything. So when I say fit privilege, I mean in the way people treat you. Uh people treat you better when you're fit.

There is an aura about you when you have an inner confidence, a confidence that is unshak.

You might have a friend in your life where every time you guys make plans, she bails. And at this point, you probably don't have a whole lot of trust that she's actually going to follow through anytime you guys make plans in the future. And the same thing goes for the relationship with yourself. When you say you're going to make it to the gym four times this week, but you only end up going twice, or when you say that you're going to meal prep this week and you end up ordering out for most of your meals, that is the shortcut to having a lack of confidence. That's the shortcut to starting to doubt yourself. Give yourself just two weeks of setting realistic goals. Actually, follow through with your word and watch how your aura changes.

You're going to get privileges, my [ __ ] I know it sounds silly, but you're going to get privileges. People are going to respect you more, which means you get away with a lot more [ __ ] And not that's not saying to to take advantage of that just to do some bad [ __ ] but I'm saying like you get all these privileges and [ __ ] that you never thought you would have had.
>> Some people don't want to admit this, but when you are physically fit and in shape, you have a different level of confidence to you. And that's not just in places like the gym. That's when you're going out to social events. You now respect yourself more and you have more self-confidence. So, you're okay with saying no to the extra drinks or overindulging on the pizza or nachos because you know who you are and you've worked damn hard for this. Or this could even be in situations like your job. You have more confidence. You're more productive. You're going to go ask for the raise, ask for the promotion. People notice you start to take a more leadership position all because you got your physical body in shape first. So, if you're looking for the one hack to improve every area of your life, fix what you see in the mirror, you will take on the rest of the world with more conviction.
>> Having a fit body will command the attention of a room full of people as soon as you walk in. It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman. It doesn't matter when you're in shape. Any setting that you walk into will command the attention without even saying the a word. It's silent but yet so powerful.
You can go to an amusement park. You can go to a grocery store. You can go to a gym. You can go to a house party. You can go anywhere where there are an abundance of people. And the moment your presence is felt, the the the amount of people that's going to look at you will be unprecedented. Reason why the attention is on you is because that's hard work.
That a fit body can't be bought. You can buy a lot of things and garnish attention, but you can't buy a fit body.
You you can't you can't buy that because to the masses, you're an anomaly. It's not normal to them. But most people will acknowledge you and acknowledge your presence and realize like, damn, this person really put in work and it's showing. So, keep striving, keep putting in that work. the results will come. And when that attention is on you, you'll know you put in that work, man.

So, what is fit body, you may ask? A fit body is not extreme leanness or unrealistic standards you see that are heavily edited online. A fit body signals basic discipline, consistent movement, some level of strength, and a controlled approach to eating. As we all know, humans are wired to make quick judgments before conversations, before even your personality shows. Your appearance creates an initial story.
This ties into a well-known idea in psychology called the ALO effect, where one positive trait influences how people perceive everything else about you. When someone looks physically fit, people often assume that they are more disciplined, more capable, more reliable, or even more confident. So whether it is fair or not, it is a different discussion. The truth is that it happens. This shows up in everyday situations in our social circle, our social environment. A fit body often draw more attention. People are more likely to initiate conversations, maintain eye contact, and respond positively to you. In professional settings, while skill matters most in the long run, first impression still plays a role. Looking put together and physically maintained can softly influence how seriously someone is taken especially in initial interactions.
Again not always but it does matters.
There is also this confidence that you have when you know that you are taking care of your body. It affects how you carry yourself. Your posture improves.
Your movement becomes more intentional.
You are less likely to shrink yourself in spaces because of the body you now carry. because of how your physique look. You're able to take up opportunities. You're able to put yourself out there. You're no longer shy or hiding under multiple layers of clothes. That internal shift changes external reactions. People respond not just to how you look, but how you prevent yourself because of how you feel. Best is important to note that fit body privilege is not magic. It doesn't replace skill, character, or substance.
It amplifies perception. So if you have nothing else behind it, it won't carry you for a long period of time. But if you can combine it with competence, communication and raise, then it becomes an advantage for you. So here is the balanced approach. Start with understanding that taking care of your body is one of the few areas that are fully within your control. You don't control your height or your genetics, but you can control your habits, what you eat, your consistent movements, and basic care that create visible results over time. Presentation matters. A fit body is one part, but how you carry it matters as much. So your clean clothing, your posture, grooming, all this amplifies or reduces the effect. Someone in a good shape who present themsel poorly does not get the same response as somebody who can combine both. So besties, a fit body privilege is real, not in a way that replaces everything.
It's just that the world responds to visual things and it determines how you are treated. You can ignore it, you can resent it or you can understand it and use it to your advantage. So the real question is simple. What are your daily choices building for you because over time these choices don't change how you look. They change how you show up, how you are seen and how you move through the world.
