I want to say thank you to my assistant though because she helped put this together. As I've told people, there's certain things I can and can't say. But, uh, I will say before we get into it tonight, last time there was a lot of questions that got asked numerous times. Uh, if that happens tonight, I'm probably just going to tell you to refer to a different time in the broadcast or maybe to one of the previous videos where I've already talked about that. Um, I was supposed to do this last week, guys.
My best friend's dad ended up passing away who I knew before I knew him. I I made an update about this on Facebook the other day, but I didn't want to go posting it on all the other platforms.
Had some stuff going on and plus um had some family that had some medical issues as well. But we are back and I might try to do another one later on this week or something to get caught back up because we got a lot to go over. Uh, right before I hop into it though, I was told, you know, that all the content needed to be put down. I've had some interesting stuff going on. I've had a lot of different accounts that have, you know, thank God for two-factor authentication when somebody's trying to mess with your stuff, but there was one last night that I know is not supposed to be accessed.
So, I'm just going to make public record right now. Um, this was last night around 12:30. I saw it as soon as it popped up.

Um, from time to time I might pull it down again just because I want to make sure we're protecting the privacy of people that need to be protected and I'm sure somebody asked uh reasons why behind that again here in a bit.

Uh, and I don't want to miss anyone's questions. This first one comes from Leslie Renee. She said, "Hi, Eric. I've been watching a very long time. I've thought for a while now that possibly the three have maybe gotten sexually abused. I pray not, but with them not being able to communicate well. Big question. Are you thinking about adopting them or such to make sure they're okay? I would truly love to see you have redacted. He deserves a father role like you. Patrick, I knew from the get-go he was a snake. I've always put people in their place when I felt like they were wrong about you. Because from the day you walked in, I told everyone you were going to be the man the family needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trying to help this family, praying for you and your family. Thank you, Leslie. There's a few things in there.
Um, or that first one, uh, or the first one, I thought for a while now, possible three maybe have been sexually abused. I pray not, but with them not being able to communicate, well, I don't know what to say and I I probably need to stay away with that. I I think the best way to respond to you is from my recollection, and I have a pretty good recollection, especially with stuff like this. Um, in that conversation around 60 complaints that was made leading up to we need to go investigate at Patrick's house and then they show up, he cusses them out, they get in the car, leave and close the case. What could have been in those 60 complaints?
Only God knows. I I have heard a lot of the same sentiment that you were presenting right here. Um, but when you you also mentioned the communication problems, uh, when you got someone that can't communicate and you're supposed to be protecting adults and you're supposed to be investigating, those are the cases, I think, that need to be investigated even more because those are people that can't pick up the phone and call or tell anyone what's going on. And the fact that further investigations did not take place then I believe this was if I remember correctly guys I can't give you the exact date. I think to my recollection around a month prior to that final trip and when APS came in the next time could have been a little bit longer, might have been a little bit less, but I from what I can remember around that time frame because I remember when he texted me telling me they came to his house and I I you know, as I said in previous episodes, I I did not believe that I believed that he told him to get the f out of his yard. I just didn't believe they would close the case, take off, and then not come back. Um, it wasn't until I later met with them and heard the other side of that that, you know, I was shocked. Um, big question, are you thinking about adopting them or such to make sure they're okay? I would truly love to see you have he deserves a father role like you. Um, that was never my intentions. Um, now if I felt like it was needed, yes. I mean, I believe they're probably well taken care of in a new home. Not the way that everybody, you know, that watched them over the years wanted them to be, but I'm I'm sure it's a much much much much much better situation uh than it was before, as it should have been a long time ago. Um, this was not people from out of state or from a long way away.
This is right down the road. There was uh opportunities, I think, to do this much sooner.
Um, you know, I that these adoption papers that I showed you guys, I still got them right here beside me. That caught me completely off guard. Um, wasn't something I was thinking about.
Patrick had talked pretty extensively and was talking more about it there at the end about wanting to adopt a certain one.
Um because if I spend time with this person and I tell people I want to do this and then everything that I need to do this gets provided. Um heck, I can even sell FaceTimes. You know, people will donate money just to FaceTime.
And um you know it's so sad.
That kid just wanted to be loved.
I say kid, it's a kid to me.
Just wanted to be loved. So vulnerable, humble, loving.
I just don't get it, man.
Um if I thought they truly needed it, um absolutely. But I didn't want to take them away from their home, guys. Now, there was another part of that, like the guardian conservator.
Now, there's two different areas with that. You could have medical and then you could have like financial and stuff like that. It's kind of trying to help them on both ends, but I would have been more than willing to help them. Look, again, doctor's visits that needed to happen years prior.
I mean, we made it happen. uh the trust account and having like accountability there, someone watching over this to make sure that something like before where like huge substantial amounts of money doesn't go missing. You know, those were things that I was definitely trying to put in place and I never went to anything official. I said if that my help was needed in that area, yes, I'd be more than willing to make sure doctor's visits are going, health is being taken care of. Let's see if we could get caretakers. Like, not just that. I mean, being with my best friend over the the past uh week and a half, guys, his dad found out three and a half weeks ago he had pancreatic cancer. I have never been with anybody that's suffer from pancreatic cancer. And I hope I never have to again. It was the most quick and deadly cancer I have ever seen in my life. But thank God he was not in pain and he went peaceful and he didn't have to suffer. Um, but you know, he was there by himself, an only child, and his mom died back in 2018. I was there with him the whole time up until his dad took his last breath to make sure, you know, when you do hospice at home and they can't communicate, they can't tell you if they're in pain and stuff. And I've been there and I wanted to be there. He asked me if I would. It was an honor and I know he'd do the same for me. Um, but when stuff like that happens, you need to know plans. Who is it that you know if or or for instance, not to bring it up, this past weekend, my grandmother-in-law that was married to my grandfather, he died in 2009, guys, and they were old back then. Uh, he was in his mid 80s. Well, she's 96.
And the other day I got a call. People were wondering what's going on. She doesn't have any immediate family. her only son died. He didn't have any kids and nobody could get in touch with her.
And I when I heard about it, I went to her house knocking on the door. Couldn't get anybody there like and nobody knows what's going on. Luckily, the neighbors saw me and came up and asked who I was when I told them they found her in the yard standing in a ant bed with ants going all over her mind, advanced Alzheimer's, and they rushed her to a hospital. Um me and my wife was actually on our way to a date and this is what we did and I mean I wouldn't take anything for it. I want to be there for someone but there was nobody on her paperwork to um say this is what needs to be done or to get information or anything. You have there's so much that needs to be done.
And in this particular instance, guys, I mean, IDs, social security cards, birth certificates, there was so much um it's hard to talk with the limitations.
I'll tell you like going to a doctor's visit and when people have access to a system of everybody's records and it's like somebody didn't even exist because they've never been entered into the system. Like this is how bad we were talking about with that situation. if I could help like that. Yes. But did I'm from Georgia. I'm the outsider. Do I want to uproot them from their home and bring them down here or was I going to be able to be up there to be what was needed um to to take on a responsibility like that? No. I would have if nobody else would have. I would have been willing to help with the others.
Come to my house on holidays, birthdays, take you on vacation, stuff like that.
even if it can't be recorded and like nobody can know about it, I was completely open to it. But I did not want to take them away from their home and I also didn't want to take people away from their parent. Um they've lived all that time together.
They love each other and they should be together. I have children still in the home and I have a lot of responsibility and with my heart I would do it. Was I really in that situation to be able to do it at the time? I mean, I could have made it work. I would have found a way to make it work, but I just thought, best case scenario, stay where you are.
Let us get you a home and let us get you some caretakers because they were happy.
They loved each other. Where did you see them all the time? People love to talk trash on that family. And which I think is so sick because they had a bond that you don't see much anymore. They're always on that porch with each other.
And like look at all these other families. They can't even sit down and have supper with each other without somebody on their cell phone. They loved being around each other. And I think that bond is necessary. They need to stay together. But let's get you some help in the home caretaker and stuff.
Um, but where it's at now, I I would believe um, this is just coming from a an opinion inside of my heart that well taken care of, much better situation, probably, you know, being checked on with doctors and stuff. Many of the stuff they never really had. I think it's probably the best it's ever been. And uh, outside of like I don't know. Yeah, that's another thing speaking about this. you get so much information being thrown at you. And I'm not going to do like some of these other places. I'm not just going to throw out information if I don't know. I've had two different instances where this was people that are supposedly really close and live nearby. Uh one I believe family saying that Betty did get to reunite and has been seeing them and is, you know, going on a little bit at a time. But then like right after I hear from another one that's like supposedly right there it says no that hasn't happened and she hasn't. Um I can't neither confirm nor deny. So I I would take both of those with a grain of salt. Um I would hope she has but I don't know.
Um so I I hope that answers your question. I mean, if I don't want to see a family split up, they love each other. That was all they ever knew.
Um, I've always put people in their place when I felt they were wrong about you because the day you walked in, I told everyone you were going to be the man the family needed. Thank you.

Um, but you know, when it comes to people taking up for me and stuff, yes, thank you for the support, but at the same time, it's something that should have never happened. I wasn't supposed to be involved in this. I'm not having fun doing these videos. I'm I've gotten over the trauma. It was hard in the beginning. I told everybody, I'm probably going to repeat myself and be long and then everybody has to, you know, comment about it when I do it. And it was like, what what do you people get out of this? There's nothing fun about this whole situation is messed up. Um, this isn't about getting revenge or anything. If if there is going to be a story put out there that is going to be judged on and people's lives and their fates depend on it, then I think you need to get the whole story, don't you?
And there is stuff over the past couple of weeks, guys, that I told to people for the first time. And that's the first time that so many people in the world outside of myself knew it other than Mark Escobel and my family. And I thought it was critical, you know, but this was the whole situation should have never happened. Thank you, Leslie. Um, let me get on to this next one, guys.

It's Wednesday now. Uh, I want to start off first by saying that I've always been team Eric and believed everything that you did was coming from your heart and I can see that when you do your podcast on the Whitaker family, you're very hurt and disturbed by it. And I thank you for being there for them.
um and trying to help them to the best of your ability. My question is, are you not allowed to have any kind of contact with redacted redacted redacted? If so, is this just temporary until the investigation is over with after this is all done and said? What will your relationship with blank be? Can you still get adult custody of him or no? I know it's been very painful and brings me to tears because you was taken advantage of your kind heart. I know that you have been transparent from the beginning and everything that you said is very truthful. Thank you for taking my questions and God bless you. I hope one day this will get easy for you and your family and I'm sorry that you had to go through this. What was your name again? I think it was Penny. Penny Hughes. Uh thank you for that, Penny.
It's getting easier and then it's getting harder because I wanted to get it out there to get it off my shoulders and then it's like I am there's days I just I'm I'm not going to let it go. I'm not going to let it go until it's over with.
But um thank you for the kind comments. Let me get to Oh, my question is are you not allowed to have any kind of contact with I did. I was there.
You know, that was the part that really sucked because there was no reason for me to hold that back for anybody. And I think people need to understand the only disadvantage that I had, you know, um, with the whole being silent thing, like if I would have spoke out, the one thing that would have came against me is I wouldn't have been able to be there with them because there was nothing there to to keep me from saying what had happened because it was the truth. But as long as you stay silent, you've got access. You're always going to have access. You can't ever let anybody know you have access. You'll be able to come. He was supposed to be coming home with me that night.
That night I was told that. And then that night comes around. Ah, it's gotten so big. We can't do that. We got to, you know, let's try again tomorrow. Tomorrow comes around. Ah, maybe not now. Let's let's let's talk about it a couple of days from now. in a couple of days, uh, maybe later on this week, and then finally, you know, it's, uh, we're we're not going to be able to do it. And it just kept going like that. And it was promises. I had promised not only a trip home with me, they had talked to my family.
I had already, you know, I mean, so many people were excited. There was a lady, I think it told everybody from Florida, Jerry Lynn, I don't know her last name.
Sweet, sweet lady. I think still text me from time to time. I don't know if you're out there or you see this, but I, you know, it was hard not to be able to say anything, but there was a reason I was telling you. I mean, she, according to her, lives in Florida and her company gets 10 free Universal Studios tickets per year. Take them to Universal Studios. Uh, get away and get to see something outside of this. Nobody would have been able to know. I mean, the hardest part of that would be how do you go anywhere without anybody knowing it?
Um, you know, I had I had already agreed to all of that. I wanted to keep my promise and even if it was just coming to my house um and spending time, I was perfectly fine with it. You know, I but I had the access and and then I had the access when I got home. I was but I was there at adult protection services office me and Mark that whole day and that's the the part I hope everybody understands this is a thing that sucks. I've got my platforms now not as many people are talking about it. Um and so that narrative got out there when it was really big and it's going to be a while so people might hear me say things over and over because there's a lot of people that probably haven't found out about it yet. Um, but me and him was there that whole day. I knew about the extraction.
There was nothing I could do about that when I told you that was not my fault.
That I didn't have anything to do with that. It is true. Betty went to get a protective order against BJ. She said she wanted it. Larry originally went and then they reported to the police.
They reported to the court, then to adult protection services. various various things against just about everybody there, guys. And this was their words, not mine. They went up there, they asked for it, and then you're telling the courts, "This person is dangerous. They've abused this person, this person, and this person, and you get that protective order, which says that if you come around, you're going to get arrested." Like, you're not allowed to come here because you're dangerous. It's the reason you get the protective order. And then you go and report how dangerous this person is and then one day say, "Uh, we're dropping it. They can come back home around the said people that you said they were abusing." What did you expect to happen?
And there was multiple times for that to be corrected. It didn't happen, including one the day of, guys.
And when it all went down, what was the first thing they did? Uh, that was Eric's fault. He missed the court date.
They weren't telling everybody the truth. Weren't telling everybody you come and got say uh served at your house with the court date. Didn't tell me allow me to go to the Amish not knowing anything. The whole reason I was away from my home was to be there for you and take you to that court date. But guys, I still say I had some very negative feelings in my heart towards Betty and I've had to sit on that. And it sucked.
It sucks. But when I look at it, her situation sucked.
Who she was when I was there versus when I was gone was two completely different people. And I really think there is more to this whole thing with Larry than anyone knows. Even the 100,000 plus GoFundMe money that went missing and it's disappeared. Where's the investigations on that, guys? When they say, "We don't know who took it." I don't believe that for one damn second.
Not one.
And I don't think Betty was in the greatest position. So, I hope she has um reunited. I just I don't know.
After this is all and done, what will your relationship be? I don't know. Uh and I didn't get there. Sorry. This gets me heated. I haven't been like this today. So, uh, I wish I had somebody to make some jokes to me in between. Um, I still had contact when I came back to Georgia. I had FaceTimes. My whole family was here. Like, it's not not just me. There was like 30 people here that saw this, had fireworks, wanted someone to have fireworks for their first time.
They helped pick them out. It was the whole the whole thing was supposed to be about someone and they didn't get to experience it. But with the FaceTime, you know, popped fireworks over FaceTime. Whole family got to say, "Hey, I got the call. Is everything okay?
What's going on here?"
And uh like I said, one day, friend of mine text me uh a screenshot of one of the local news that had my name as a suspect next to Patrick's.
I will never let that go.
But I I sent it right away to APS and said, "What is going on? I'm about to tell the world. I'm about to sing like a canary was my words. And they said, "We're sorry. We don't have any control over, you know, what the state's doing." And uh I never heard from them again ever.
No updates, no nothing. There was several text messages that went unanswered.
And uh I just know what I was told leading up to that. I didn't know if they were still going to honor my relationship with the family. Supposedly me and Mark Escoel are only people in the world. So he got put on the list because he was with me. The only people in the world you you will have you know this access and you know I had to wait four months to that first court hearing and then you know that's the part that I have to be quiet about. Um, and trust me, one day when I can, just like with the other part, maybe maybe I will be able to, but I had to wait to see like what is happening like am I being a psy over him came in? But even if that happened, I like I had there was no reason for me to be in that situation.
So, I don't know what's going to happen.
Can I still get adult custody of him or no? I I don't know. I can tell you this.
Um, would I?
Absolutely.
But would I want custody of a child that has a living parent?
Is that parent that's the parent's child?
And I feel that part's wrong and that played in a lot to what was going on here, guys. So, um, what was the name one that went? Penny. Penny Hughes.

K. Coulter, Eric, I just want you to know I've believed in you from the beginning. The only time I can remember you asking for any money for yourself was with the B&B and you told everyone that you had enough that the extra you had was going to go you was going to give it to Patrick to help with getting his house and I did. I didn't just go give like undisclosed sums. That was one of the things that really boggled my mind. You know, here's this guy that says he's helping them get a house. And you know, I don't usually get in the comments. I saw one from a guy that was talking about it. He was like, "You're acting like a victim. You knew who that guy was before you got up there." And I was like, "No, I did not. Once he heard, you know, he apologized." Um, I did not know. I had watched Softw White Underbelly and all I know is one day on my Facebook feed here pops this guy with someone I had been watching for a while getting to fish and do things that they had never done before. And it seemed like an amazing thing.
But they're trying to get a house and everything. It's beautiful because people have been wanting that. Even though the other scandal with the GoFundMe had happened, people still wanted to see this family. They love that family. But when I get up there, nothing was as it seems from here.
You're not showing out. You're going to get someone a new home. You don't like you barely have walls. Like the Whitakers had more of a complete home than Patrick.
And look who's getting the new home right now. I mean, that speaks for you.
I promise you it ain't here. And I don't think it's the Whiters either. Um, but there was nothing there. I went, I looked. Um, there was no sheetrock or insulation in the walls. I'm I'm pretty good with construction. Kind of put it in my mind. It's like this should be about four grand. Here you go. Go get, you know, sheetrock insulation.
I never saw it happen. I mean, it may have now, but I don't at that time that was what that was supposed to be for.
There was also floors and just about God knows what else needed. I begged people to stop, but I can tell you what else.
Um, the haircut, the clothes, the food, everything. It was all day long back and forth making sure they were taken care of. I was 100% upfront with you guys and I I'll I promise you anybody can say outside of that Airbnb, you ever sent me any money tied to that family or anything with it, I want to see it because you ain't send it to me. I would love to see it.
It's not going to happen. And if anybody has I'm if you didn't send it to somebody else and you're lying. Um, I'm telling you, I'm not going to let a lot of people get away with some of this. Just did not happen. Um, anyway, you told people not to send any money to you right now to wait until there was someone in charge of the money to make sure it was put aside for the Whiters. That's what we was doing with the Amish and we talked to him about they had agreed. But I had also tried to get a nonprofit. the nonprofit would have been one of the better options because they're set up for that stuff. I didn't want nothing to do with it. I know that you did a lot to help the family. You made sure went to the doctor and would put the medicine on his knees. And guys, how much quicker could that have been done? For all the ones that want to troll and do the things, I mean, serious, a person in agony, they will never know the pain that someone was going through. How quick was it to do that? To make a difference in someone's life, to give them that relief that they have been begging for. People could comment on it. They could like, they could troll, they could do all kinds of things. But we can't get someone help that literally is like doing his best to communicate to you the agony. I'm going to tell you, it was bad.
It was bad.
That was one of the more proud moments. Um, Blank loved you. She would light up excited to see you. She always wanted a hug and love those chips. She was trying to tell people something was going on when she would point to head and point across to where Larry's trailer used to be. You're absolutely right, K. And that's something I haven't thought about in a while. Like I said, I locked a lot of this up. Don't think for one second, guys. Everybody commented it all the time. I didn't need anyone pointed out.
I was watching like a hawk. And when the camera wasn't rolling, I was constantly trying to find out. What are you trying to tell me? And who did you see her trying to tell that to? Did you see it anywhere else?
And every time I did, Larry would it was a bee. It was a bee. I'd say, "Was that a bee?" No.
much smarter than people give credit.
They had just never had anyone invest.
There was something there. I don't know.
I don't know. But also the one time at my Airbnb, took them to get their hair done, got them in new clothes, brought them back to the Airbnb, let them take showers, got dressed, went out on the porch, was like, "You want some coffee?"
uh sat out there was having some coffee and I was asking Betty questions about like her mom and dad and what it was like back in the day. I don't know if any of you remember seeing it. Now I've seen redacted say words before but not full sentences.
They they was trying to tell me the history of their mom and dad and it was a lot. I' never seen that before. Crazy enough, Betty and Larry could understand it. And uh but if they could talk that language, I think they could talk this language right here, too. If someone had worked in uh love her to death and that when people keep asking me about if I would get custody, never do that to her. Absolutely not.
Um, she was trying to Okay.
Blank loved you. He is really a lot smarter than we give him credit for. He loves spending time with you. I felt like Pat Patrick was dressing him up and showing him something went on uh a second ago. It looks like Oh, you thing off showing him off just for show. I really just hope that you get to see them. I know how you feel let down. It isn't your fault. You tried your best. I feel Betty let Larry and BJ take over.
She may be afraid of Larry, too. I've watched a few of BJ's videos saying that she didn't do this or she didn't do that. I didn't believe a word that she said. Look, guys, I mean, same with Patrick. All you got to do, there's a thing called FOYA. Do you know what FOIA is? Freedom of Information Act. These are cases that have been through there.
Just like when APS printed this out, and I can tell you it ain't all of it.
There's a lot more. Patrick BJ, all you got to do is go look it up. I mean, they can say that all day long, but it's going to be very hard for them to hide it.
It wasn't like it was something that happened every once in a blue moon.
There is a very big history there. And uh talking about dressing him up for just for show, I I agree with that. You know, his chick magnet. I'm praying for you and your family and also hope that you can go see like okay and that was from K. Thank you K. Thank you so much.

Can you explain Can you please explain that to everyone, especially these morons who have platforms that say you pocketed $76,000 and were bragging about it that you meant you were up to 76,000 followers. I don't know how stupid people can be, but they still keep saying you were bragging to pack your about how much money you were making on the platforms when the true case is you were gaining 76,000 followers. 76,000. If you're pulling in 76,000 on like and usually monetization is per month. If you're bringing in $76,000 per month, you got to be a very very very well-known content creator. And I know a lot of content creators that way bigger than me that and I've never heard of people pulling those numbers. I'm sure they're out there, but they're not in my network. Um, now 76,000 followers. Yes.
I remember as it was going, I was proud because the whole thing was we're not going to do GoFundMe. We're not doing these donations. We can do this off of monetization. Now, my job was to make sure it was doing what it could. And people do not have respect for content creators. It's something that I've noticed ever since I've been doing this.
They think it's an easy job. It's like uh lazy people just want to sit around and mash, you know, play on an iPhone and then you you get money come in and they don't understand what all is involved with it. even those trips, the expenses that came out, not only with equipment, but between the gas and the hotels and the food and the haircuts and the theater and every like on and on and on and on and on. There is a lot that goes on, but we also was wanting to build a house. But what was something I heard nonstop nonstop uh before any of this is like, why would you even want to get them a home?
They're just going to mess it right back up. Now, I know good and well how many of you watching this know you've heard that or thought it cuz it was it was a thought of mine. The plan was to have someone there with them. They really desperately needed that. I'm not going to fault Betty. Betty was in her 70s, guys. Doing the best she could with limited resources. Also had Larry and BJ there. Um they needed help. They desperately needed some help. It was a full-time job.
And I don't know how she did it. I really don't. But not just uh for their cleanliness, but to help them with the bathroom uh medical. There was a lot going on, especially with their health issues, and I don't think that gets focused on enough. I think I can't remember if Betty had had one or two heart attacks.
She wasn't in the best of shape.
I almost did it. There there have been several heart attacks in family members out there. That was a huge issue with them. That had taken many of the siblings. I believe the Whitaker family was originally twice the size, if not a little bit more. Many of them have passed. Um but does anyone know what it cost to get a caretaker?
I know because we've had to get it for a family member within the last couple of years. And it is not cheap. When people are getting paid $15 an hour to work at McDonald's, people who show up and change diapers and have to bathe people and give them their medicines and do stuff like that, they want to get paid pretty decent. If you can find one for $15 an hour, that's usually pretty good, but that can be rough sometimes. Uh 20 25 is usually where they're at. But sometimes you can find them for a little bit cheaper. But let's just say you got them at 15. Now you do that 24 hours a day times 30. I don't know what the exact number is. I know it's over 10 grand and that in a year just do that 120 grand maybe 150,000. That's just for a caretaker to have someone there to watch after them and to help with their cleaning. We're not talking about cleaning supplies and diapers and everything else that needs to go along with it. And I do believe diapers should be a part of that conversation. That's me. Um, and those can get expensive and you'll need numerous ones. Um, but there was going to be a lot needed, but I believe it could have been made off of monetization and there was a very good trend. Like the whole reason to do this and to help him is to make sure it does this.
As far as there was never people had to take that the wrong way. The only person I know that went around bragging about money was uh the several ladies that sent in pictures saying Patrick was screenshotting amounts and sending it to them saying, "Hey, look how much money I got." Uh that wasn't something I was going around doing. Now, there was times I tried to fish with information with him. You damn right I did. I was trying to find out what was going on. But we had really have to go through that conversation. I But I can just tell you there is no way.
No way. Um Elizabeth, I was wondering if you have heard or saw blank blank blank and how they was doing. I was hoping that everything would work out for them. Sending prayers up for them. I think I answered that up above, Elizabeth.
I mean, not not since I left West Virginia that whole last week. The whole reason I was there was to be there for them with the craziness that was going on.
I couldn't work. Uh the whole project was over. So if it was about money, I'd have went home because I it there wasn't none of that going on.
I stayed to be there for them and I was promised something that just isn't happening.
Um Steven Watford, uh I know you're probably super busy and may not get a chance to see this. However, I just wanted to say thank you. Even though things didn't go exactly according to plan, three helpless people finally got the help they needed for the first time in their lives. Hold your head up high.
It was a tough mission and you hit it headon like a man. In my opinion, you don't owe an apology or explanation of your actions. You documented and video practically every step of the way to decent normal people. It became obvious who the good guys in this story were and also who the POS are. Like Patrick, also this thing ain't over yet. You've got an army of people in the background supporting and praying for you and your team and we're ready for whatever the next step may be. You know, the crazy thing is I had done this so many other times, not on video, not monetized. and nothing like this. I am a caring guy and I like helping. Um, as far as one, you know, you document it in video practically every step of the way. Thank God I have been doing dad talk for the last seven years. Once I did that first trip and started seeing like, h, this is not what I thought it was going to be. I knew if I don't document and something goes crazy, it's going to be my word versus theirs, even though I could be the same exact guy and did the same exact things. Had I not videoed and documented and have all the stuff I have now, look at what all has been thrown at me.
They didn't believe me that I had the Airbnb. They they thought that I was I had the money, ran off to Georgia, was spent. I've been accused of all kinds of things, and it would just be me here saying every all the same things, but I didn't have it documented. I had it documented and that's why I'm okay talking about it because I know I got to prove it. It's on public video.
I'm still sitting here talking to you guys. Um, you know, the sad thing is until I did that a couple of weeks ago, nobody nobody knew this. nobody knew any of it. And there's still lots um and about, you know, you don't owe an apology or explanations of your actions.
I know I don't. The one apology that I put out the other day, though, that was something I wanted to think about because I was so caught up in the trauma and pain of what had happened to me. I didn't think about like there was I don't know how many people could be hundreds could be thousands that donated not only this time that I don't know about or in that previous one where money went missing and those are people that gave their hard-earned money in an economy that it is not easy to get money right now because they wanted to help this family and it was squandered and I so caught up in my own like there's a reason a lot of people are passionate about this and like I said I hope every single one of you have reported that um and I'd love to see the other investigated as far as the explanation uh I'm not trying to give an explanation of my actions when people's lives are judged off of this information their lives can be completely altered based off of series of events and a story and there was fraud that took place.
The one thing that should be like the most important is making sure we know what the whole story was, what the roles were, who said what, and be able to back it up. And until, you know, when I first started talking again, I had I had not said that guys anywhere anywhere. or I was just tired of it and I should have been able to say it from the beginning. I really wish I knew then what I know now. Um, it has been convenient. This is not about entertainment. It's not about anything but making sure that justice is done.
People need to know and justice for every one of you guys out there too that ever contributed and because you were a part of this project and you trusted us and I don't take that lightly. I have tried to communicate with people as good as I could. I sent out refunds. I And it sucked because I even then I couldn't say nothing to people people that supported.
Go find out if anybody else has sent any refunds.

I used to be that guy back in 2010.
Not one of my That is one of my prouder moments in 2010. I guess the the struggle started back around late 2006, early 2007, not exactly sure, but I started struggling with opiates and it started off with just like a half and it was never meant to be a thing. I never wanted to mess with stuff like that. But there was something about that euphoric feeling and happiness that I got from opiates when I was on it as a guy that suffers with depression that once I started messing with it, it just grabbed me. And I never thought I would be off being the preacher son, being a family man. I was so embarrassed. I hid it for I hid it so much. And for anybody that's ever had that struggle, it's it's not fun. In the end, you're not doing it to to get a good feeling or anything.
You're doing it to just feel normal. And I never thought I would get out, but 2010, I broke those chains. I don't drink. I don't smoke weed. And I don't do any of that. Um, I became a dad. And I wouldn't want anybody judging me based off of who I used to be. Uh, and I want to believe even those people, I don't know who they are, but they can get over this and they can become whoever they want to be. They just got to want it.
You know, even in this case, why I see that important? One of the first things I did when, you know, at one point I thought Larry was actually trying and wanted to help. I went and pulled some strings. Was going to get BJ 100% paid rehab down in Florida. nice facility, too. Then I was told, "Well, she won't go without her boyfriend, so that's probably why she ain't going to go." I went back, had another conversation.
Came back, they said they'll they'll take the boyfriend, too. Just They said she's got to want it and not to even come if she don't want it because she's taking the spot from somebody that can really need it. They said, "Thank you.
Never heard anything back." I I wanted to see her get help. Um, but the thing about rehab, guys, a lot of people have tried to force others in rehab. If they don't want it, it's it's not going to do you any good.
You have to want to change your life.
But I know what that was like.
Some people don't react to substances like that. Um, and some people do. So, I have a heart for for people like that.
But I also know how difficult it can be um trying to take care of someone like that. So, God bless you, Julia, and thank you um for writing.

I know you had the best intentions for the Whiters. My questions is this. If the state knew about the living conditions about the family, why wasn't anything done sooner? That was his first question. So I was like, "Do you mind if we got go by the police station?" Like that's twice at the courts. I'm just curious what the cops would say. And I remember talking to one of the, you know, uh, the detective and he's just saying, I'm very familiar with it down there. Uh, had, you know, numerous numerous different occasions and this is something that had been going on for decades. They 100% knew about it. Um, I don't know. It's a great question. And if you knew about all these resources and all these other things that, you know, you're telling me about that we can get for the family, why wasn't they offered sooner? And on the first meeting, I'm getting these guardianship and conservatorship papers.

I don't know. But that's the whole reason your tax dollars go to fund places like that is to make sure that situations like that aren't going on with people who can't help it. Uh number two, do you think you was brought in by Patrick to be the scapegoat when things went south?
No. No, because I don't think he knew he needed a scapegoat at that point. Um I think looking back at it, couple of things. I knew how to do all the things with social media that Patrick didn't. Like all the things. The reason Patrick started getting any traction, guys, is because of who was on that camera with him. They weren't tuning in to see him.
And likewise, when I was there, they wasn't tuning in to see me. They were tuning in to see that family cuz they love them. But outside of uh taking some video and posting it and replying to comments and then checking to see what the monetization was, he didn't know anything about content creation. But not only that, when he saw my platform, how long I had been doing it and that I had a following kind of props him up because I don't think it might not have went as far, guys. Because the people in that area, this is what a a lot of you just don't understand. The people in that area, they know them. That's why they was tracking us down and and finding out if you only knew the conversations. They knew this. And I I think it probably would have been exposed much quicker.
And I just I didn't know at that time.
Um but I think he needed somebody to do it. I mean, the responsibilities I showed you my responsibilities. I wasn't supposed to be doing 90% if not more of the things I was doing. I mean, that wasn't my thing. Uh, but I did it because I cared about them.
That did nothing extra from me. I just I wanted to help them. But I do think he needed one, he needed someone to do the heavy lifting uh outside of going places and having fun. I mean, still doesn't work a job. you know, I had this when I make content, I put a lot behind it. I haven't been able to because of what happened. Um, but I don't know. There could be m but I do I think I was I mean I was scapegoat for him later on. Absolutely. Yes. I mean he still to this day can't do nothing but try to make little slurs. He's never been able to show you any documents or anything on me. He'll give you little snippets of text messages to try to make a narrative about. He won't give you the whole thing, Willie. Uh it would make a lot more sense to you.

I understand how the negative comments confess and discourage you. Just know that you have a base of honest individuals who see that you have done right by the Whiters. Your sacrifices of your time and your family are very apparent and you are appreciated. I pray for you daily and lift your situation to our heavenly father. Truth will always prevail and in the end our lord knows what you have done. Just keep up the good fight and know that we believe in you. That was that was a great message, Jason. But there was a lot of work that he needed to do on him and like the the air conditioner pissed me off. Listen, do you honestly think one of the Whiters would have ever wanted to pick out that type of clothes? Anytime that I went and got clothes for them, we went to Walmart.
I'm going to tell you, I saw some photos the other day and even with Walmart clothes, I feel very happy about it because some people I thought look the best I'd ever seen them in Walmart clothes. It doesn't take a lot of money. Like how many other outfits and things could you have done?
But you know after I you know he I found out about the $500 on the two outfits and I say something he's from selling my boat. you know, later talked to friends and family like, "What boat?" He didn't have a boat.
That was their words. Um, but he's literally the one that told Betty we were going to buy an air conditioner and get there. He buys the $500 outfits and then when I mentioned the air conditioner, I ain't got the money for that.
I'm It's not my first time meeting people like that. I was there for the Whiters though. Um, and I feel good about getting that air conditioner. It sucked at the time because none of that trip was prepared.
Was all last minute. And by the time I get up there and I'm finding out red flags, I'm like, you're knee deep in this thing, man.
Um, I want to say this, too. I don't think it was always that way.
Jay, I don't want to give too much credit, but I'm I'm not just going to crap on the guy because of everything he's done.
I believe in the very beginning, I believe the whole time, yes, it was like a um he saw opportunity.
I do believe for a very small portion in time, some of the fishing and some of the things might have been working on the heart and telling someone that had made mistakes and that just seemed to keep making those same mistakes and patterns like, you know, people see me doing something good. this feels good. You know, this is I've never had this. I want to I want to do the right thing. I saw that in him.
Uh and then you the last night of that first trip when I he just throws a phone at me and I hear him, you know, fussing about the fight with a guy on the phone.
I wish I knew who that was. He's had to see this. And he, you know, he informs me he had stole the $1,200 worth of tools from his grandma. And this guy was saying he was going to put out ads and let everybody know. He was like, "You're one of the biggest frauds I've ever met and you're on Facebook trying to make it look like you're this uh godsend to the Whitaker family."
And then after I got on the phone and hear this from this uh guy, he sounded much younger than Patrick, but when I asked Patrick about it, did you steal that from his grandmother?
He shook his head yes. He didn't lie to me. That was the moment I also wanted to run, but it was also he said it was a long time ago. He didn't lie to me. He's told me he's had stuff in his past like we had a really really good talk. And I was like, "Look, man. I don't know what all went on." I was like, "I'll be there for you, but you got to do the right thing." And he promised me. He was wanting to change.
This was all behind him. That's not who he was anymore. I believe in the beginning there was a short time that he actually cared about someone. I'm not going to say all. I don't think there was ever never wanted to be with the others. The I think the relationship with Betty was just to make sure he had access and that's why that was worked on so much. The rest never truly wanted any.
But that one I believe there was a little sincerity and then I mean it was already gone by the time I got up there. You know I using them to get pictures with girls and to get conversations with girls and to get people to send stuff so that you can go.
I mean, there was people sending lots of stuff, guys. I imagine it was a lot more than I ever know. If he says, "I want to take so and so here." There was people begging non-stop wanting to send stuff. And I don't know. I really don't know the extent of it. I think it was Yeah, there.
But I suspected it, Jay, from the very beginning. This is this is like a cash grab. So anyway, Laura Everett, Eric, I'm so sorry for what you and your family have and are going through. I'm sorry for the Whiters for all they've been through, but so thankful for you and weak um your efforts to help them and to try to change their lives. Anyway, I was wondering what happened to the Whitaker's money you spoke of on your live that APS would not accept it, which I'm dumbfounded by since they work with the state. Any other time they would take money for payment for medical bills, etc. What do you plan on doing with their portion of the funds? Okay, this is one of the areas, guys, that I had to be careful with amounts uh and stuff like that because that's something that they're trying to go up here. But as far what do I plan on doing with their port, it's not mine. It's not mine. Um, I think the holdup right now is I them finding out.
I don't know. I I got to be careful, but it's it's not mine and I don't plan on doing nothing with it. Okay. It has been safe every scent for ever since before the beginning of the year. Why didn't they take that? I don't know. because I offered it not only to them but to the state investigator. I didn't want possession of it. I was never supposed to have possession of it. The only reason was to go get that trust account.
And also when I got it a little bit early, it was because twice twice money owed to them had been messed with.
It was crazy guys. And when people, this is the other context people don't see, like he would put different snips of the conversation on there. And when you don't have the whole context and you go by that, it can become a completely different thing. No matter for some, especially for someone that wasn't working a job and that didn't have anything, but no matter how much money got paid and it was really good. When I say really good, like someone working at a factory or something like that, doing 40 hours, maybe even 10 hours overtime, like type per month. Decent. Really decent. Especially given the situation that was before, but it was never enough. It was like it was chump change.
And I'd be like, "Hey, bro, that's killer payday." You know, like, nah, nah, I need more. And then on the second time, the reason I got that to go make that trust account, I which I did need to make the trust account. I needed to make it the first month and then it was used. One week I was gone and it was like poof. The only money that came out was what went and paid their water bill and the rest I put on a card and gave to them. But that was there was a good bit, guys. missing and hopefully one day you'll get to see.
But on their second time now, you know, they're needing the trust account and everything that we've been talking about since the beginning. He already knew that the first time, but I'm making sure nothing. This does not need to be touched. Like, not a bad payday, bro.
Next thing I know, hey, I need to borrow some of the Whitaker's money. What?
It was never enough. That it was never enough.
So that was the plan. Get that, go start that account. I don't know what the attorney was going to cost. That cost would come out. The rest would go in to the attorney. And then when she no showed, and then the protective order got dropped, guess where that money was?
It was with me. And I never wanted to have possession of that money, guys. and I can prove it in every single way numerous times. And then I told him, "Hey, I don't want to go home with this.
I It was never supposed to be in my possession. This is what I was going to do. I can turn it over to you until they know what's supposed to go on." It was like, "Hold on. Let me see if we can or we'll find out." Then I offered it to the state investigator. At no point in time did I want their money. And then when I went to leave West Virginia, I was verbatim We will make sure that money is out of your possession before you leave West Virginia. We're talking to the judge.
Uh we're trying to find out where they want to put it. Guys, never happened. I came back home and then I'm seeing all this stuff about people asking me about the money. What about this amount of money? And it's just like nobody knows what the heck they're talking about.
I swear it's the truth. I got paperwork right here. I could show you that part when it's in court with amounts, guys.
There's privacy and personal stuff behind it. I'd be 100% okay with it, but I can't do that on their side. That's their privacy and it's in the court right now. But that's it. I don't plan on doing anything with their portion.
It's their portion. There has not been a penny touched a penny. 100% of it ready.
And the same thing for Patrick on my end, even though the guy has done what he's done, but there should be the same for everyone else on his side. And I I I there's something that tells me we probably won't see that same behavior.

I knew enough to know I didn't know hardly anything. There's something there, but they need to investigate. So, there's just no telling. There's no telling. And I had so many people reaching out with some of the craziest stuff to about amounts and things that was going on. I was clueless about guys that was not supposed to be going on.
And that's not my job to find out what actually happened if it was true. But it was nuts, nuts, nuts, nuts. It wasn't one or two. It was all day long. So I hope every one of you said something. I guess if somebody comes up with uh more information maybe. Um is he finally going to go to jail for a while for what he's done to his family? I don't know. I mean I I know like I said I saw where he got arrested that one time and while I'm sitting here I'm getting messages all those same content creators that I told you guys they didn't know what they was talking about out there saying that I'm in jail and I'm sitting here. And I was just like, you know what? I wanted to say something. I'm going to sit here. Let him let him do it. I'll come out a little bit later on. It'll be sweet. You know, um, will anyone else around him be charged? That is the question because I'll tell you this, I've said this before. I I said it on live before I came back home from West Virginia. The the one thing that comes in mind is the FaceTime. The FaceTime with someone that was completely hidden from me.

Completely hidden from the family. No one knew this was going on, but him and the people that was doing it with him.
There was many different people in there with hands in the pot. I do believe a lot of those trolls that you're seeing, you need to go look and see who it's from, there's a lot of people that don't want this information coming out. I believe there was much more people involved and a big an investigation needs to be done. Yes, please. Anybody that was with me, you want to investigate, do it. I know who they were. Do it. These were people that came up there out of the goodness of their heart. I don't care what anybody says.
Come on. There's nothing to hide. But there was stuff and they'll have to find out that group, you know, when we did this early on on the YouTube and on the Facebook sometimes when I would do lives was my idea originally with the moderators.
Why? Because of the people that wanted to show up non-stop talking about inbredad and making negative comments towards that family.
You couldn't delete them fast enough.

And that'll be a lot of those same people that probably do a lot of the stuff that they do now. Um, but we had some moderators on there, but that was just for like live chats. Now, when I got in there and saw what was going on, I I think there was way more hands in the cookie jar. Has that been completely looked into? Uh, if it hasn't, I think it needs to be.
think it needs to be because that wasn't supposed to be happening. And I can tell you this, I never saw any breakdown or money that was received that is supposed to go to the family or anything based off of that ever.

I'm going to ask a couple of questions that may or may not be of importance. I feel like all of the other obvious questions will be asked by others. Remember Patrick's friend that came to visit and was going to use his tow truck? I think it was to help. Um, who is that, Tony? I do remember there was a friend that came over with a tow truck. I don't remember who it was.
I just remember the family getting really upset because they one of the campers ended up like in the ditch. That was done when I wasn't there, but one of the trucks ended up in the ditch. I think it got left there. I don't know if they ever went straightened it back up, but I'm not too sure who that friend was.
Uh, move a camper. I believe he also brought a drone. I remember hearing about the drone, too. Well, he claims you had some kind of access to Patrick's phones for you were answering some of Patrick's calls when he was trying to call Patrick.
I believe it was totally bogus because he couldn't get his story straight and kept talking in circles. Can you clarify what he was talking about? If you even know what I'm talking about. Patrick had recorded his conversation with his buddy and played it on a contents creator site one night. Really? Patrick was pushing him to call the cops and report you for some kind of privacy issue because of his allegation. Please, please, please report it. Come investigate me. Please, please, please do. I'd love for you to.
Anything you think of, Patrick, do it.

Something else was up with that. I agree. Hold up, but let's get back to this. This is my first time hearing about this. Um, grasping for straws. Uh, I do remember hearing about the drone. I remember that family being super pissed off about that. And I would have been too.
Um, I don't know.
Answering some of Patrick's calls. I wasn't answering Patrick's calls.
Now, Patrick, like that one time at the hotel where he's cussing out this guy outside of the hotel room when we made that meet Eric and Patrick thing before I left at my hotel room. And then in the middle of this, he throws the phone at me and tells me, "You take it."
Like, what am I taking? I didn't know what was going on and I didn't know this guy. This is my first time meeting Patrick, too. He just throws the phone at me and I get on there. The guy went to cuss me out and I was like, "Hey, hey, hey, you're not talking to Patrick anymore, dude." I was like, "I got no beef with you. I don't know what's going on." He threw the phone at me. What's going on? And he got even more upset because he was wanting to cuss out the other guy, you know? But I sat there and listened and that's when I found out about the tools. And I I told Patrick, "This guy has every right to be pissed off at you, dude." Um, now early on, Patrick wanted me to go into his Facebook to start setting everything up with the social media.
I think for a good while there, you remember when I told you guys that I was off screen? I didn't want to go on screen. When this thing first got started, it was all on Patrick's page, every single bit of it. Um, that was where the monetization was going. It w nothing there listed for Whitaker or an organization. It was just going to Patrick Roor and he was building up up his socials off of that. He asked me to log in and make sure everything was set up and tell him what this, this, and this meant. And I also replied to comments. that was something he was asking me to do. As far as having access to Patrick's phone and answering his calls, no, there will also be very uh detailed documentation of me saying, "Hey, man," or you sign me out or change your password. No, I don't want to do that. But guys, for a long time, his messages like from Facebook Messenger would pop up on my screen and it annoyed the living crap out of me because it's not I wasn't sitting there watching those all day long. Wasn't just Patrick. I got Dad Talk on Facebook, Dad Talk on Instagram. I mean, over a million something followers and notifications will just go off all day long. I don't want that crap on my phone and I told him I didn't. But that was something he had asked me very early on. And then once I came up there and did that, no, I was not. The only time I had that was in he would ask me to to get like the the information about what was going on for his streams and like explain the breakdowns and stuff like that, but no, I was not answering his calls and I wasn't doing any of that. Um, but I will tell you if he is the one that brought the drone. You remember me guys telling you about how once BJ had gotten evicted, I was ready to go home, but we didn't want them to be there and then something go down. You know, Patrick said he had a friend that was a security guard and that he agreed he would go down there if he just paid him a little bit of money. I was okay if there was an actually actual security guard there. Uh now what I saw, I can just tell you this and I don't know who was at fault or what, but I'm being told there's somebody sitting there watching to make sure BJ and you know this doesn't go down. And uh I end up at Kroger at Beaver one day because Betty had asked me to go get the family's medicines and to go get him some sodas and drinks and it was an all the time thing. And who do I bump into? this guy that's supposed to be security and I was like, I thought you were supposed to be at the house. He's like, oh, no, no, no.
I had to do something for my daughter and this and that. And I'm like, and he said he's paying this guy. You know, that was just some of the stuff that was going on. And when people ask about other people and their hands attached and stuff like that, I wouldn't believe anybody that knowingly would be friends with Patrick Ror. I'll just tell you that right now because they know who he is and they know what he does way better than I do because they've been around and they're willingly going over there.
That says a lot. Uh, did you ever find out why there was a $660 water bill? It was I want to say Sophie. I don't know why though. That might be wrong. It was like a girl's name. I believe it's it's near odd. was a good bit away like in the middle of nowhere but they where do you pay the water bill? Yes, we went up there asked him is there a water leak?
They went and looked at it and they was like there is no water leak. Uh and then they didn't accept cards. I specifically had to go get a ATM withdrawal to go and pay in cash and that's where that went to. um the little bit of money that he had left for them to make sure they had water before I left. Um but I tell you what the water company did. They had these two little blue tablets and they told him, "All you got to do is put this in the back of your toilet and if there's a leak somewhere, that blue stuff is going to, you know, come out and just be watching for it." And he said, "Okay."
But we paid that water bill. The money that was left again, I put on a card after asked for two rolls of snuff and uh got a receipts and all that for that.
Came back, what was it? Three weeks, a month later on that last trip. Hey, did you put those tablets in there? No. No, I still got them.
$660 water bill. Where did that come from? I walked that house. Let me tell you something. Being a country boy. I've had to fix two water leaks this year already. It's just something that happens out here. It's rocky. Um there I I saw no water leak. It could have been a running toilet, but if it was a running toilet, I don't know. I even went and bought them a uh new plunger just in case. And uh I guess the other Whitaker I only saw him on Softw White underbelly and then I saw him there like one time and talked to him and told him I would give him I think like 20 bucks to go and fix that on their toilet. Uh it's the the nephew or the cousin that Mark um had uh done. Anyway, hopefully is my stream still going? It just said something about being offline. No, it's still going. Okay.

First of all, I want to say that I applaud everything you have done to try to help the Whiters. I've been following them since Mark featured them on Softw White underbelly. I know Mark washed his hands of them after what happened with BJ and her line about Larry's death, but on some of the videos, one of the brothers, Kenneth Walker, was from time to time being on the videos. Kenneth seems like he was a pretty standup guy in comparison to Larry and didn't ask for anything even when Mark offered.
Now, I really don't know the whole story, but I do find it odd the whole time that both of you and of course Patrick were visiting the Whiters. Was Kenneth ever there? I know Kenneth had put a building next to the Whitaker's home, but then it is my understanding that he moved it down the road. I guess my question is I don't know if you would address it. It's all in the air. But was Kenneth at all involved in this? I would hope that he may be the one Whitaker that wasn't swayed by the ones trying to capitalize and take from them. But then I don't also wonder why is he not defending them? Maybe he just wants to stay out of it. So just wondering if you could touch on that even if you just want to email me personally. Thank you.

No, we were not in North Carolina in the Amish community where we were in Virginia. It was like an hour away.
There was an Amish community there, the grocery store. And I would love to cover that. And the reason I didn't go there during that time was because I didn't want them getting all this drama. Uh but we will go back because they were amazing people and they were ready to help. And there were several people that knew about this that was there while we were doing it. they came up talking to us. Um, amazing people. Uh, so asking about Kenny.
Um, I know Mark washed his hands of them after what happened with BJ and her lying about Larry's death. I don't think that he completely washed his hands. I I mean I think he did a video at one or two videos after that did like an apology but it had been a while and there wasn't much was going on um with that. Um if he would have who could have blamed him you know but I do think he went back and I know they still called him nonstop asking for money. um some of his videos.
Other brothers, Kenny. Um so Kenny, yes, I saw Kenny all the time. What was his involvement in the grand scheme of things? Nothing really. Um I don't Do you guys not remember? He he was on one of the lives. And then my second trip, the uh of course there was one that was always with me. Took him out, had a day with them.
uh clothes and you know the whole nine yards, but was pretty much with me the whole time anyway. But um second day I took Betty and someone else. Um did all the same things. Then the next day, Larry and someone else. I wanted to make sure I had one of the siblings to help with one of the others. Um and took them all out on days of, you know, days of their own. took him out to eat, you know, haircuts, clothes, shopping, numerous things. Uh, but I wasn't just going to do that for them. I I I told Kenny I wanted to do it for him, too.
And he was super excited. Uh, I remember that specifically because I guess I can say this now. All the other trips we went to Beckley. On this one, we went to uh I know it. I just can't think of it now.
There is another town one mile on the other side. On this side it's Beckley.
On this side it's uh somewhere else. We went to is Reeba's Diner.
There is like a a diner that's super famous there. We took him out. He said he had always seen it on TV. Wanted to eat there. We took him uh same thing with him. Haircut clothes. I I don't know if you guys remember seeing that video. Me and my brother was playing with him, you know. Uh, say hey to the ladies out there. He's like, "Hello, ladies." Everything. Kenny, nice guy.
Very nice guy. Says he works. Um, doesn't drive. Has a four-wheeler but doesn't drive. And you were correct. He did have a building that got moved down the road.
Um he would come up from time to time if Betty and Larry needed to go somewhere to be with the family. So somebody was there.
Um I felt really bad the night with the movies. I have a Durango and because I had so many kids I had to have a third row seat and uh but it was completely jammed. No more room. and he usually wasn't around or, you know, didn't do that. That that that day that I took him out was kind of like special. So, I wanted to make sure he felt included, too. And that night, I felt really bad because I didn't know he showed up last minute wanting to go to the movies. We didn't have room and he doesn't drive. I felt so bad about that. Um, did he stay out of things? Yes. But there's a butt there. I remember one time After doing all that, I came to the Whiters. Betty and Larry started talking to me. Larry specifically. I think I even still got video of this guys that nobody has ever seen. Uh, and Larry started telling me that he was very suspicious. They was all very suspicious that there was donations and money that was coming through and that they weren't being told anything and that they didn't want him holding the money talking about Patrick. They didn't trust him. Oh yes, it's on video. Uh but Kenny was there and the whole time they're telling me about this and so I assured them like, "Guys, I'm going to make sure you know we're watching this. that's, you know, I'm not going to sit by and watch this happen and not say anything. I'll let you know, you know, that's the reason behind a contract to make sure nothing happens XYZ.
Um, but they had some concerns that there was stuff being sent. People had told them we sent stuff and they weren't getting it, money. And uh later on that night, I get this text from Patrick talking about all this stuff and I was like, "What in the world?" We passed by his uh home and there was Kenny.
So occasionally when all whoever they were would show up at his house and occasionally there was girls and other people there that's where he went up to and he liked to drink and stuff and I think they would play buddy buddy and try to use him. He was like an informant that would go back and forth. Um, what my feelings are of him is that he was someone that just wanted to be included, wanting to uh but would would do that, you know, it's about who's doing for him at that point in time. Uh, he wanted everything to be done for him just like the Whitakers do.
That wasn't a random visit at Walmart in my opinion in that one video where you know, hey, we're bumping into each. I don't I don't think so. But I'm not going to say he's a bad guy. Never really saw anything bad, but and I do think he wants to stay out of that drama. He put himself in it sometimes, but I don't I don't think anything screams bad or like fraud, but he could shift with the wind if he was getting attention and stuff like that.
And you know, but I don't think he was a bad guy.
I'm sorry. I don't know if that completely, but was he involved in trying to sway them? one way or another.
I don't think so. That's my opinion.
Uh, no. Like I said, that was an hour away with the Amish store. Uh, Whitney, Eric, I don't have a question. I wanted to say that myself along with countless of other folks have always been in your corner. I've seen your moral compass from the very beginning. I know you had zero malice and zero interest in notoriety. Rather, you gave from the depths of your heart. Thank you for keeping your composure and not feeding into the nonsense. Kimberly Cisk. Hi, Eric. Thanks for speaking to us. Many of us got very attached to this family and like you, we were left high and dry and not understanding. First, it was very evident you deeply cared for this family. Secondly, we were all excited to have the opportunity to help them with you. The thing I want to discuss is the day-to-day care they needed. I feel it was so much more than one person could possibly do. It absolutely was, but trust me, I've done it. But it was that's um it was all on Betty's shoulders and with age I think she felt very behind in meeting their needs. It's too bad APS couldn't have worked with you instead of against you. I mean they were in the beginning.
They took the easy way out which was simply just divide them up and placing them wherever they could. They should have sent help into the home to Betty.
They needed a good case manager who would coordinate their doctor appointments and therapies. that would have three that would have freed you up to work on a nice hike for them. There were a lot of steps to accomplish all of this but should have been done for those without a voice who couldn't do for themsel. It was cruel and harsh for APS just to step in and separate this family who has lived together all their lives.
They took the easy way out for them not caring that all of them being up in age and considering thief disability. I think she meant their disability and difficulty in understanding would be devastated and if sure wasn't the best thing for them. They for sure needed help, but I don't consider what the APS did to them to be help at all. Bless you as you navigate through this and I pray it has a good ending. If not, please know that most of us with eyes and ears know your heart in the right place.
Kimberly, thank you so much. You know, and as much as I disagree with the way things went, not everything they did was bad. I mean, my my problem with APS is all the lies that I was told for one, but the fact that the investigations didn't happen sooner where a lot of this would have probably been prevented. And I believe we need investigations on to why investigations didn't happen. How crazy is that? You'd have just done your job.
Um, and I would like some answers to that because of you not doing your job, I had to come in and do things that nobody in my place should have to do, but I did it. Okay. So, um, but as far as like at the end, uh, that's just kind of hard. I mean, I believe they are probably taken care of and needs met better now, way better now than before. I can only say that based off of opinion. I'm not saying that off of anything I know. Um, I mean, one of the videos that I think back of was the Softw White Underbelly. I think they had went to uh maybe Walmart. I think it might have been a Walmart video shopping.
I know one was tired, couldn't hold up their jeans, but at one point in time went to go lay down on the couch, but it was evident, as you saw, had defecated all over themselves and just goes and lays on the couch.
That's just something that you saw on the camera at that moment. How many other times, guys, I can tell you when I see clothes and there was there was stuff like that.
And yes, Betty was getting on up in age.
Her shoulders were, you know, definitely weighed down. She needed some help, but they also needed some guidance and everything. And I don't think it would have gotten this bad. I mean, I could only imagine how much worse it could have been years ago when there was more family in there.
You know, you just we all just know what we're seeing now. Um, but seeing that on video, like with the the defecation and a lot of the other stuff that was going, how someone didn't come in. I mean, especially in that local area when it's being broadcast all over the world. Maybe not broadcasted in traditional sense of TV, but go look at those views. It was watched all over the world. I mean, we had the lady right up above this from Ireland and nothing done. And then the scandal with the GoFundMe, that was a large amount of money.
Again, the whole reason I'm trying to get trust and and put guard rails in there is because people who receive assistance from government, you know, you can't give them large sums of money that can get people in trouble. But it was and then it disappears.
No investigation then, but now I believe there should be investigations now. Don't get me wrong. I was nobody wanted investigated more than me. But it's telling me there was other times. I believe there's no telling how much more situations investigations were needed that we don't know about. The longer I was up there, the more I found out about other situations like I talked about with, you know, Larry and the gas uh that from Patrick wasn't the first time.
Just months before he had done that and then telephone pole uh poles or telephone wire being cut and melt in the casing to go and sell the copper and like it was some crazy crazy stuff, guys. I just Yep.

They just love drama.
They will say anything in the world because they don't have to face you face to face. I don't care what it does to other people. I sat there and watched the world non-stop talk about this family who already had, you know, these challenges and couldn't help many of the much of the stuff that was going on. And it's just like, uh, once you see this, but then you also see the system. I am probably one of the most skeptical of our government system and have been fighting against them for years. very specifically CPS and the family courts. And this is I mean not technically family court, but then again it is because we're talking about a family and separations here. Um I had just came off of that week-long trip to Idaho where I watched the system do what it was supposed to do. And for the first time in a long time, I thought to myself, the system can work sometimes.
And when this came in or when they came in, I honestly thought things was going to be different, guys. And that maybe egg on my face, okay?
But I was being a little too trusting and uh trying to help and I don't want to let this keep me from getting involved with stuff. But it's hard to get involved and make change in the world when people want to just criticize. And I mean like even my dad talked when I used to go around the country or people would want me to you know do their cases and stuff like that if I ask for help in any way and it's oh like how dare you you know you're doing this for money. No, but like it doesn't happen for free. And like the people that would expect me to just stop and go and help and like I don't have any of the responsibilities or or stuff. Like people that do what I do are just expected to do it without anything in return. Like we don't have bills. We don't have family or anything. And if you ask for that, you know, you get this. and I'm just kind of tired of people and but I love people at the same time and if I stop doing it I'll be miserable. So hopefully one day I find whatever you know to to get that happiness back. Uh Crystal Morgan, why won't you let Creep Alaskashia do a live and ask the questions? I will go do interviews with just about anybody as long as it makes sense. I can't go out there if it's, you know, I do want to get the message out there.
So, if there's some content creators that's got some audiences and they want to get this out there, I'm an open book and I'll answer your questions. But to anybody that sat there doing what they're doing and just kept pouring on to the madness what was last year, you can piss off.
And I've been waiting to say that for a while. Uh I I don't got anything to say to the guy. I really don't.
I mean, I haven't seen any real journalism this whole time. So, but that's my answer for you, Crystal. I'd love to see analytics and see just how much did you try to help the Whiters?

And I tell you, a lot of these content creators, guys, the the ones that go around trying to make it look like I made money. I'm broke. People have no idea just how broke I am. Those people made way, way more money talking about that controversy.
I know social media. I was the one that went silent and I didn't profit off of the chaos, but so many other people were happy to and they were so quick to put out information that they knew nothing about. So that would be my thing.

Thank you, Ann. Uh, I'm curious why you cannot say their names. Because three people who at the time I was involved were considered like me and you are now alleged vulnerable adults and protected.
They're not. You know, I can't talk about them. I can talk about my experiences but I'm not um you know those those are they belong to the state and I don't know if considered protected or alleged protected or what but it's in that process. So um you know that's about the best I can put that. Can you have contact with your little buddy? I did.
I did until I said I would do what I am doing now but 10 months ago.
Uh why do you have to be so careful about what you say? Well, because I can't say their names. And then if amounts and stuff come in, that's personal information. I can choose to say like what I wanted to. Like if I I had $5 in my banking account right now, I could tell you I have $5 in my banking account, but I can't tell you what theirs is. You see what I'm saying? They have a right to privacy, but it's also something being litigated.
And when you have vulnerable or alleged vulnerable people, protected people that are involved, that information can't go out to the public. Which is why nobody really knew really anything factual during this whole thing because the cases closed and people couldn't get access to information.
And so I have to be careful about that because I I can't say what I know that is went on in that courtroom.
But I'm able to say my experiences. I'm not a charged person. I have free speech. Those are my experiences. And I will still be respectful and do everything according to what I feel is fair.
But my whole reputation and everything going down the way it did and the fact that all of this none of it known wasn't that I wanted to put it out in public. I wasn't able to put it out anywhere and the effects were very big.
This this is all stuff that should have been been done 10 months ago and so many times I just had to bite my lip. It sucks. It sucks. I mean I feel I mean my opinion it feels very purposefully done. It's very tactical because let me tell you what happens guys as time goes by. Yesterday's headline isn't that popular of a thing anymore. How many people are talking about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard right now? Man, that case broke headlines. But if you talked about it now, how many people would show up if you wait a little bit of time? If there's something that you're wanting to sweep under the rug, it's much easier to do when everybody's not watching. So, how convenient that 10 months later I finally get to say something when not many people are paying attention to it.
I I tried to do the right thing. Do we know where the case against Patrick stands? I don't. I think he's out on bail obviously. Uh to best of my knowledge. Um I have no idea. I have no freaking clue. You saw the charges and everything and I'm just I don't know how it's been able and I've I've been quiet and he's he's talked that whole time even reposted content I was told couldn't be you know hadn't be pulled Uh, thank you, Ann Karen. Hey, Eric. I've been following the Whitaker story since I saw them on Soft White Underbelly. After Mark walked away, I found you online talking to Betty and I started following you ever since. I watched every one of your lives, especially enjoyed the videos of you and there was definite love and trust there when you were there. Was so happy. you were a safety net. With that said, my question is with advanced age and when she passes away, will you be adopting or obtaining permanent guardianship of I know you stated you didn't want to separate mother and son, but when he's no longer with us, can you get permanent guardianship of redacted or would you wish to do something like that? also want to thank you for being an open and book and thinking enough about us to update your followers in your recent lives. Um I was going to say something negative about Patrick, but decided to keep it to myself and just say the difference between you and him is like night and day. Keep on doing what you're doing. I support you 100%.

You know I'm also a husband. I want time as a husband.
Uh for over the second half of my life, I've been raising children and doing that and you with my wife. Um and that's what we've dedicated our lives to doing outside of our work. And there is I want to spend you know that time with her and get as much as in as I can because I found her later in life and I want to get as much time with her as I can. Um but yes, I would also want yes, I would I want a a support system, but also I would think before that um I don't want to do to anyone what's been done to me.
if there's someone that's been there and doing the right thing, you know, I just it would be according to what the details are. I just don't want to say yes. That's I mean my thing at the end of the day, I want my relationship, friendship back, that connection, whether it's full-time or coming to visit, I want to be there. Um, but I don't, like I said, I don't want to do what was done to me. My my number one concern is that they are healthy, happy, no abuse, loved, and cared for.
And that to me is more important than who has custody.
I hope that uh answers the question. I I mean I would be thrilled I would consider it a blessing and an honor, but I just there would be other information that I would like to know so that I know that I'm doing the right thing.
You know, that's not a uh that's not a cash cow for me or anything like that.
I'm not worried about that. I But I would like to be there and be a part of the life and I hope they haven't forgot about me.
I hope they don't hate me because it's I didn't lie to you.
I wasn't my fault and God only knows. Uh they're smarter than you think. He was looking forward to that.

Thank you for your time. Molina kind of explained that earlier. That is something that is in the court. I can tell you this. It's where it's been for a very long time. every penny. I tried to hand stuff over early on and then was told before I left West Virginia it happened. Didn't happen. And then when I got home, there's been a series of events that because it's court related right now, I don't know that I can say, but every penny that they're owed is uh protected and been there for a very long time. And like I said, I tried to hand what I could over and then just didn't happen. I'm not dodging the question, but there's parts of that question I can't answer right now because now you're going into court matters. I can't talk court matters, but I can talk to you up until then. So, uh, there's no dodging, but thank you.

I guess it's according to who you talk to and what their house is like, but it was bad. The smell I can't put in words.

I mean, not just Betty dropping the order on someone that she went to get a protective order on and also told numerous people about the abuse. I mean, um, but I don't want to just put that off on her because I I believe there was forces behind that that was really pushing her cuz that night that I came home with Larry the first night that he went for the protective order and it didn't go through, you could tell in her face where she stood with the whole thing. And like I said, once I was gone, who knows what was going in her ear. So I don't I don't want to say she was the sole reason. I know once that order was dropped by her that set wheels in motion that I don't know. Well, I mean, I guess maybe they could have been undone cuz you're offered that protective order three more times and you don't take it.
So, do I know that if she knew that was what was going to happen? I mean, I don't think so.

Uh Sam and Jane Lenning. Hi, Eric. I've been invested with this family since softwite underbelly. I watched last summer as you were in West Virginia doing all the things you did. I've been watching this week as you explained the events as they happened. Did you say they had previously been multiple APS calls made on behalf of family that were not investigated or did I misunderstand what you were saying? If there were calls in your opinion, why were they ignored by APS? As a retired educator, I feel like I have witnessed that so many times with CPS and children who were in need. The system needs to definitely be broken. Thank you for all that you have done to help those who are unable to help themselves. God bless. Uh Sam and Jane, that is exactly what I said. This was according to them in my first meeting with them.
Um and I I was told there was calls all the time, like non-stop.
uh but had escalated especially since you know they had been getting more visible online and there was complaints that needed to be investigated.
I think in that last month if I recall correctly as I've said numerous times during this around 60 um why were they not investigated?
If there were calls in your opinion why were they ignored by APS? Uh, I'll tell you why. This is my opinion.
That day when I met and gave this guardianship paperwork and all of this, they keep saying like, "We've been watching you. You're the only one that has done what they said they was going to do."
and like sung a lot of my praises, you know, but then as you know the conversation would go on they'd be talking about like that with Patrick too and then that's when it went in because and I'm like h okay you know I'm sitting there like hearing them say compliments about Patrick and I'm sitting there thinking like and he told me they came to investigate him so it was already then it was just like I am so confused on what's going or not. So when they tell me about that day and how he cussed them out and then they left, closed the case, um they said, you know, we were just wanting him to know, hey, we support you. You know, these are people online don't know what they're talking about.
I I think probably just thought it was uh could have been numerous things. Could have thought it was just internet rumor.
could have thought, uh, I don't know.
Maybe they just didn't want to do it. I don't know. I can't officially say. I just know this. When you've had, even if it was one, whether you didn't trust it or not, when it comes to people, you can't communicate.
They should have done it.
Uh, I feel like I've witnessed that with CPS and I mean that I never heard of APS, but I know about CPS and I will tell you all the time, guys. This is the most common theme. They get involved in cases they never should have been involved in. Should have never been there for some of the most like crazy reasons. And then ones where kids' lives are in danger or where they have been so severely abused and people have called and said, "You need to look into this."
They they just dropped the ball probably because they're involved in cases that they should have never been. And they're very short staffed and the whole thing is a mess. The whole thing is a mess.
CPS has been that way for a very long time. And from what I'm seeing on the other side, uh, I'm definitely not impressed either.
I'll just say it like that.
