[00:00:00]Ahead of us is Shibaozhai, a famous Asian building built right against the cliff.

[00:00:06]From our boat, you can see a huge enclosure surrounding the whole complex.

[00:00:11]It cost 800 million. That is the biggest bonsai in the world. And the normal water level over the Three Gorges reservoir is 175 meters. [music] So, this enclosure was built up to 185 to [music] keep this pagoda safe. Built on the cliff, and it has 12 floors in total, including nine main floors plus three additional ones.

[00:00:38]Its construction first began in the Ming Dynasty and the most parts were renovated and completed in the Qing Dynasty. [music]
