[00:03:17]We see conflict amongst nations, divisions among communities, fear among neighbors, loneliness amongst individuals, and emotional suffering quietly carried within millions of hearts.

[00:03:35]Many people long for peace, yet struggle to find peace within themselves.

[00:03:41]This is why the teachings of the Buddha remain profoundly relevant today.

[00:03:47]The Buddha taught that peace does not begin in governments or institutions alone.

[00:03:53]Peace begins within the human mind.

[00:03:57]A restless mind creates sufferings.

[00:04:01]An angry mind creates divisions. A fearful mind creates harm.

[00:04:06]But a compassionate mind creates healing.

[00:04:11]A mindful heart creates understanding, and a peaceful individual can help transform families, communities, and even nations.
