Theme parks, despite being designed as family-friendly entertainment destinations, can become environments where social dynamics, intoxication, and lack of accountability lead to disruptive behaviors, conflicts, and even criminal activities, demonstrating that even carefully controlled environments cannot prevent all forms of social failure when guests are not held to appropriate behavioral standards.

1 Hour of DEGENERATE Videos Proving Disney World Is a Social Failure
Added:Disney is the happiest place on earth, right? Unfortunately, that sentiment only applies when the people inside the parks are happy as well. And as these clips will prove, that's not always the case. Between the long lines, the hot weather, and the high prices, Disney parks are essentially one big pressure cooker that's just waiting for a drunk or degenerate parent to ruin the fun.
Here is a full hour of clips proving that no place is safe from the worst among us. As usual, we'll start with the tamer views and work up to the truly unforgivable.
Let's start off light at level one.
These are the everyday scenes that are all too common and could easily be fixed with a little understanding and compassion.
Sometimes Disney employees need to enforce some hard rules.
>> There's Oh, you can't go. You can't go hug. You can't hug. You can't hug. No, no, no.
>> Sorry. Sorry. I didn't know she was going to run up on him. A >> B.
>> During co, you were not allowed to hug the characters, which is pretty much the best part if you're a kid. This young lady was very excited to get her hug until Pooh's defender jumped in to prevent it. She took it in stride though, as did her mom. Not going to be a lot of that in this video.
>> You're not an evil queen. You're that ugly.
>> Some parents get a little too into it.
Like this couple who are confronting the evil queen for being well evil. I mean, wouldn't it be weird if she were gracious and kind to all the kids? What sort of realism were they looking for?
>> I was asking for a picture ugly.
>> Yeah, that was pretty ugly. You have an ugly attitude.
>> You have an ugly attitude.
Yeah. Like I mean being in court as evil queen but Here's yet another incident involving Snow White's evil queen.
>> Silence, children.
>> I don't like the way you call my grandpa a peasant.
>> Well, I'll call you a peasant as well to make it equal.
>> Oh, yeah. That totally helps the situation.
>> Thank you.
>> It does.
>> Anytime, my dear.
>> This woman is mad that she called her family member a peasant, but the witch just replies by calling her one as well.
These are true professionals. Why would you even want to ruin the fun?
There are a lot of ways to be kicked out of Disney World, but this is one of the strangest. This video starts off with a man speaking to a security guard.
>> So, I was told if I had to take my shirt off at some point, I would be given a replacement. This gentleman's manager.
He It's an inappropriate inappropriate shirt.
>> What's inappropriate? The pot leaves?
>> Yes. And it's Mickey Mouse.
>> It's not flicking birds. Count his fingers.
>> We have five fingers.
>> The pot leaves.
>> Regardless of what it is.
>> So, it's the pot leaves.
>> I don't know. No, >> I'm just asking you. I'm asking you to leave at this point.
>> Yeah, but I didn't see anything. He wouldn't even explain. Yeah, but I paid the money. Then I should be able >> I don't have it on me. My mom wants it all my stuff. Okay. Hey, I just want to ask a question.
>> Can I get it?
>> No, not yet. You're touching something you shouldn't be.
>> You didn't ask me for permission to start touching me.
>> The issue here is the man's shirt, which has an image of Mickey Mouse, Disney's official mascot, smoking marijuana. It seems he made it himself and even prepared for the situation, but management isn't happy.
>> Well, listen. Here's here's how this is going to go down.
>> I know. I'm asking stop.
>> What rule did I break?
>> You're on private property >> and I broke a rule. Listen, on private property, >> okay?
>> This gentleman asked you to leave. He was Listen, >> I'm just asking why >> because I paid a lot of money to come.
>> You're refusing to leave. If you don't walk with me right now and we finish the paperwork, you >> I'll leave the park. I'll leave the park. I have no problem with that. But I don't have to fill out paperwork and stuff just to leave a park.
>> You didn't tell me what I did wrong.
>> He doesn't have to.
>> I read the rules, sir. Huh? He didn't have to tell you what he >> The park wants to kick him out and they're using the fact that Disney is private property to avoid explaining why. He eventually agrees to leave and claims he'll be reimbursed. But the security guard wants his ID so he can trespass him permanently.
>> When he asks you to leave and you refuse, >> I didn't say I never refused.
>> Will you stop? You You have a habit of talking over me. Stop.
>> It's my turn to talk. When he asks you to leave and you refuse, you can go to jail.
>> I didn't refuse. [music] Sonic again. So, >> I have it on camera.
>> He's He's asking He's [music] falsely asking for identification.
>> It's not falsely. I'm doing a trespass.
>> It's not a trespassing war. And I was told to leave by you. I wasn't told not to come back. You're the one saying that. [music] And you're the only one that said I couldn't come back. Stop. He didn't say that.
>> The arguing continues for several minutes. Both the officer [music] and the manager claimed that the man refused to leave when asked.
>> It's not false.
>> Yes, it is.
>> Keep throwing stuff out that you have no idea what you're doing.
>> Yes, I do. I >> You don't have any idea what you're talking about.
>> You're the police officer.
>> You have no idea what >> you're the police officer. The public enforcer. He works for Disney. You don't >> Did he did he refuse to leave when you asked him?
>> No, I as No, I I told you I was waiting for my mom and you said >> What did you say? What did you [music] say? I got it on on camera. We can review it whenever you want. Let's go.
At one point, he pulls out his medical cannabis ID card, stating that if marijuana is legal, there shouldn't be a problem with the shirt. Not >> to be mean or not, but I just want to prove it to you. We're in a state where things are legal. They're looking at medical cannabis identification card.
>> Okay. It doesn't mean it's legal for everybody.
>> It's legal for me.
>> You didn't say that.
>> Yeah, but it is legal for me.
>> You didn't say that. You went You didn't ask. You didn't say it.
>> Yeah, but we didn't talk.
>> We didn't even get to personally talk.
You know what I mean? You started assuming that these people were telling you everything that was true. You can't just assume people are being honest to you. Sir, >> they're the ones I work for right now.
>> I know, but I'm just trying to be manto man with you.
>> In the end, the man was not only trespassed, [music] but arrested as well.
>> But what are you asking for my ID for?
This is a criminal investigation at this point.
>> I'm asking what the criminal charge was.
Trespass >> with the bot paid for ticket. Give me the office.
We can go go to uh the other one over here.
>> Yeah.
>> He's saying this is criminal now.
>> Yeah. Trespassing.
>> What? What part?
>> When he asked you to leave and you don't go.
>> That's trespassing.
>> Oh, so you're giving me a trespassing.
No, >> there's a difference.
>> No, you're being arrested.
[music] If you ever wanted to see a Phineas Infer character almost break a kid's arm, here you go.
[music] It's surprising he didn't put this boy in a headlock after that maneuver.
Now we enter level two, the chaos.
Get ready to see a lot of clips of parents with very young children behaving like absolute jerks. This woman decided that she and her bundle of joy didn't need to wait in line with everyone else. Instead, she got into this kitty ride from the exit.
>> No.
>> [music] >> Thank you very much.
>> [music] >> to someone. Thank you.
>> When someone confronted her about it, she screamed about how it was ridiculous before demanding to speak to a manager.
Upon seeing she was being videotaped, she dropped a nice big fbomb for everyone and their kids. Mom of the year over here.
Let's take a journey over to the Art of Animation Resort at Walt Disney World.
This is one of the park's value resorts and features big family suites inspired by Finding Nemo, Cars, [music] and The Lion King. As this man will tell you, they also sell alcohol.
After too many poolside drinks, this guy became convinced that he had been locked out of his room. In reality, he was simply at the wrong door. Apparently, he screamed and banged for 30 minutes before the police showed up and took him away.
Splash Mountain may not be the best ride Disney has to offer, but you shouldn't have to deal with this. There's [music] no stop.
[music] Give it back.
>> Viral footage shows riders clinging to their log boats as it slowly sinks into water that, to be honest, probably hasn't been replaced in a long time.
Disney park workers are held to incredibly high standards. When this employee attempted to move this woman's stroller out of the way, she produced her phone and immediately started screaming like a lunatic.
>> Hi, Sean. It's not a sign. If it's not a sign, don't touch my shoulder. I don't care if you sign. Show me the sign.
Let's go over there right now. Show me the sign.
My shoulder does not say no.
It doesn't matter. You don't make me look all my shoulder. Then you stand there and let me know.
They're not going to be here.
That's great.
>> There's not a sign.
>> Imagine paying all that money just to be kicked out over a stroller.
Lots of people don't know that Disney has an ultra exclusive private membership club known as Club 33. For decades, it was the only place in the entire park that sold alcohol. And it was alcohol that got this Arizona couple banned from the club permanently.
However, they claim it was actually a misunderstanding and that the husband was actually experiencing a medical issue. They loved Disney so much that they spent over 400k suing the company to get reinstated.
It failed, but they weren't about to give up on the exclusive experience, which includes all sorts of insane perks.
>> $10,000 back when we first joined. Today, that membership is $32,000. It's like four times as much money as as you know we thought it was going to be. and was like, "Okay, great." But, you know, I mean, this is this is our world at this point.
>> Apparently, the couple loved the VIP access so much that they went to Disney more than 80 times a year. Their visits amounted to over 125K per year, but Disney still said no to having them back.
Disney is not a cheap place to spend a day, so [music] you'd think you'd prepare your finances accordingly.
However, when this man finds out his child has reached the age limit for the [music] free pass, he gets extremely combative.
>> I have to even though he has a pass, you're saying I have to buy a ticket for this is the way I talk.
Even though we got the passport, [music] my whole family has a reservation for him.
But not getting crushed by these sons.
So we're all here talking to him except for him. I have I have to buy for him because your policy doesn't allow him to buy a ticket.
Buy a ticket.
[music] The poor park employee is being extremely [music] patient, but this man seems determined to use his child as a prop for his angry rant.
This video is a real shame because this person didn't even make it to the park.
You can see this woman being physically restrained on an airplane, screaming insults at the flight attendants before kicking her feet like a tantrum. To understand what's happening here, we'll have to rewind.
>> Don't touch her. Don't touch her.
>> Don't touch her. That's where her [ __ ] is.
>> Do not touch her.
>> Look at her.
>> Shut the step.
Let go.
Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. You cannot do that. Let go, man. Let go of her hair.
I don't think I know as soon as I come back.
>> I'm not. Andrea, >> I'm not even touching your hair.
>> We need the police right now.
>> You need to let go right now.
>> We need those 91 91.
>> You need to let go.
>> 911.
>> You need to let go right now.
>> Yeah. I'm sorry. I didn't want to lady.
Let go over here.
>> You guys are already past.
You're already pass. over here.
>> So, y'all see me. You know what's going on.
>> It just [ __ ] Yeah. Put me on the ground. Put me on the ground. All right.
>> Look at this fat lady. Look at this fat ass. She can't even Look, you can't even see her stomach. It's horrible. Look at her outfit. Look at this fat ass.
Hilarious. You can't even show your mouth cuz you're embarrassed.
You can't even see it cuz you're embarrassed. Shut up, man.
>> Who is alone?
>> Sorry, I can't hear you. I can't hear you, ugly. He's never going to >> Okay, I'm sorry, black guy. My boyfriend's black. So, shut the [ __ ] up.
My boyfriend a black guy. My boyfriend's a black. My boyfriend's black. My boyfriend's a black guy. You're joking.
>> Oh my god.
>> We're not doing all that. Shut the >> shut the >> shut the shut up.
>> Yeah, >> this woman was on a plane when she started causing a serious disturbance, eventually swearing and grabbing the hair of the woman behind her. She seems intoxicated and grins like a lunatic as she refuses to let go of the woman's hair. After lobbying a series of insults, [music] she starts actually spitting on the passengers near her.
All right, I can do this.
>> No, you need to leave me the >> You're so Leave me.
>> The woman continues to throw a tantrum in the airplane aisle as the flight attendants scramble to resolve the issue. Guess she's not going to make it to Disneyland after all.
Now we're kicking things up a notch.
Level 3 isn't just chaotic, it's depraved.
For some people, Disney parks are the perfect place to do crimes. It's crowded, people are carrying money, and everyone is distracted. But even if you succeed for a while, you'll get caught eventually. On November 27th, 2022, police arrived at the main gates at Disney World to deal with a group of people who had been previously trespassed, but had somehow gotten back into the park. These same people were suspected of picking guest pockets, including stealing wallets and phones.
>> Where you from?
>> Me? I'm from here.
>> Okay. Where is that?
>> Like, where am I born?
>> No, no. I'm just asking you, where do you live? Orlando.
>> I live in Orlando.
>> Okay. What part of Orlando?
>> Um, airport.
>> Airport? It's a pretty big airport.
Executive Airport, the International Airport.
>> Give you if you want to search my information, sir.
>> You have your ID?
>> I don't have my ID. I got pulled over the date and they took my ID from me.
>> How old are you?
>> I'm 21.
>> 21. Okay. What's your last name, sir?
How did you enter the park today?
>> Um, I actually had an old ticket.
>> Um, >> okay.
>> Matthew.
>> Yeah.
>> Smart guy.
>> I'm a smarter guy.
>> You're a smart guy?
>> Yeah, I'm a You're a smart guy. I'm a smart guy. How'd you enter the park?
Well, I actually had a ticket that I paid for and I didn't use it.
>> So, you didn't scan anything?
>> I didn't scan.
>> Okay.
>> The 21-year-old suspect claims he didn't have any ID and that he entered the park using an old ticket.
>> See a little camera lights above the tickets?
>> Yes.
>> I have you on camera.
>> Not my first day.
>> Yeah. Okay.
>> Yeah. Well, >> shirt's going to stick out. You're driving a Hyundai in the parking lot.
>> Hyundai.
>> Hyundai car.
>> Hyundai.
>> Silver.
>> No, I'm not driving. Okay. Then you're in the car with five other people, right?
>> Okay.
>> And you guys all came together and he's wearing a Spain jersey.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. I know what's going on.
>> Okay.
>> So, you made unlawful entry into the park.
>> Yeah.
>> Whose car is that you were driving or in Who's the owner of the car?
>> My friend.
>> I got a lot of friends, too. What's their name?
>> Him.
>> What's the name?
>> His name?
>> Who's >> Who owns the car?
>> Um, well, it I think he has it under a friend's name. I'm not sure.
>> The officer immediately starts to inform the young man that he knows more than they think. He describes what vehicle he drove there, who he's with, and what they were doing.
>> Theft. You entered a park illegally without a ticket.
>> Some of these are previous trespasses.
>> Which ones?
>> How long ago? And do we have the paperwork? Yeah, this guy and the guy in the white shirt so far.
>> Okay.
>> How long ago?
>> February 9th >> of this year.
>> Mhm.
>> Within 365 days?
>> Yes, sir.
>> Is not to leave. He never trespassed me before. Okay.
>> Oh, okay.
>> You're willing to press charges on behalf of the Disney Corporation for trespass after warning?
>> Yes, sir.
>> Okay.
the gentleman in the white shirt.
>> Previous trespass.
>> At this point, the park employees informed the officer that some of the suspects had previously been trespassed.
>> All right, Matthew.
>> I need you to to to to bear with me.
Okay.
>> I am bearing with you, sir.
>> Okay.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Have you ever been trespassed from property of the Walt Disney World Company before?
>> Walt Disney World?
>> No.
>> You've never been trespassed on property?
>> I've been trespassed from Universal.
>> Okay. Okay. What about here though in February?
>> No.
>> Okay. You know we have computer systems and you know I can pull up the original trespass warning.
>> So were just in February were you trespassed? Yes or no?
>> Trespass from here.
>> Were you given a trespass warning? Do not return to Disney. Were you given that?
>> I don't remember sir. I I' I've been here a couple of times but the time I came here was with my family and we paid everything.
>> I just came here because I didn't have money this time.
>> Matthew. Yes.
>> I'm smart. You're smart.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Tell me the truth.
>> You were trespassed before in February, correct?
>> Are you?
>> No, I haven't made up my mind yet.
>> Why?
>> You can be honest with me and just tell me you're going to me.
>> Okay.
>> Put your hands behind your back.
Drop the paper in your hands.
Put your hands together like you're praying.
Part your feet. Spread your feet.
>> Spread feet apart.
>> Spread your feet apart. Sir, >> interlock your hands like you're praying. Interlock your fingertips.
>> At this point, you're being detained on suspicion of being trespassed after warning back in February on the Walt Disney World property. Do you understand me, Matthew?
>> Yes, sir. I understand.
>> Okay.
>> After confirming that the park wants to press [music] charges, he asked the first kid if this is true, he denies it and continues to offiscate. After asking the officer to be honest about arresting him, the boy is immediately handcuffed and searched.
>> Put your butt against the railing. Don't move. If you move from there, it's going to be called escape. Do you understand that?
>> Okay, sir.
>> You know what escape is?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. It means where you're not free to leave and you're under and you're secured. And if you run away from us, it's escape prisoner.
>> Okay, sir.
>> Okay.
>> Okay, sir.
>> We're crystal clear on this.
>> We're clear, sir.
>> Why'd you come back to property if you know you've been trespassed?
>> Sir, I'm going to be honest with you.
I >> hold on. I'm going to advise you of your constitutional rights. Okay? You know what those are?
>> Everything I'm said is going to be >> used against you as evidence and stuff like that. Because if you make a statement to me right now and you are an adviser of your constitutional rights, that's me violating your your rights.
And I don't do that. Okay? Have I been nothing but yes and no and firm with you, but polite? Yeah.
>> I haven't raised my voice. I didn't I didn't toss you over the rail.
>> You're cool. You're cool. It's all right. You're doing your your job. It's all right.
>> I appreciate that. You're doing your thing. I do my thing. You get caught, you know, it's part of the game.
>> It's cool.
>> All right.
>> The officer places the suspect on the rolling and starts to ask him why he's at the park. He quickly advises him of his rights.
>> Matthew, what are you involved in?
>> What am I involved in?
>> Yeah.
>> What do you mean I'm involved?
>> You got five people here.
>> Yes.
>> Who you guys are all just friends?
>> Yeah, we're friends.
>> Okay. They don't know you very well.
>> They don't know me very well.
>> No.
>> Why do you say that?
>> Cuz we asked one of them.
>> What did they say? So, they didn't know you very well. They were just You're just here throughout the Friends.
>> I know what's going on here.
>> What is going on?
>> That you're here to pit pocket people.
You're here to steal people's phones as they watch the fireworks. I'll tell you one thing. One, you came through with this black hat and I have a picture of you coming through the security checkpoint with this hat on.
>> Okay.
>> Would you like to see the hat?
>> Sure.
>> When the officer asked him to go into detail about why he and his friends are there, the young man doesn't answer.
That's when he says he knows that they're part of a pickpocketing ring.
>> So, You came through security checkpoint wearing this hat, right?
>> So you had this hat on.
>> Yeah.
>> Then you changed your hat to a gray hat.
>> Well, that's weird, isn't it? You're wearing a gray hat, but she was wearing the hat. So you changed clothes, outfit, right? Yeah.
>> Because she has a very distinctive shirt.
>> The other thing is is you're wearing a black shirt underneath.
>> So you can change your shirt. You say, "No, I don't have a black hat on or a white t-shirt. I have a black hat and a gray shirt."
>> Yes.
>> So you're out here. So you can change your appearance relatively fast.
>> Yeah, >> I give you credit for skill. You have skill.
>> Okay.
>> Your whole team has skill. The guy was wearing the Spain jersey. He's got another shirt that he came in over his shoulder with it. I know it's a Spain jersey. I know Spain played today.
That's why he stuck like a sore thumb.
You guys also came in wearing the same kind of sho shoes almost. You guys are all here to commit the same act of pit pocketing people and change your appearance. Why else would you change your appearance? Why would you look over your shoulders the whole time?
>> He goes on to explain the entire operation and how they [music] wear multiple layers of clothing so that they can quickly hide if needed. Even confronted with all of this, the suspect still has jokes.
>> Look over your shoulders.
>> You made out the plain clothes to people who are watching you guys. That's why you guys left before the fireworks.
You're not stupid and I'm not stupid.
Okay.
>> Again, I applaud you for at least having spirit about the thing and you're showing initiative.
>> Mhm.
>> You know what that means?
>> You're smart. Sort of.
>> You're smart. You're not an idiot.
>> No, I'm not an idiot, sir.
>> But you came here with a plan. You didn't just >> plan.
>> I mean, yeah, I love Disney.
>> You didn't pay anything.
>> I love Disney. I can write it up and say, "Listen, throw the book at him."
>> Mhm.
>> Or I can just say, "Matthew's willing to work with us."
>> Mhm.
>> And show leniency. Do you want to either show lenency and talk about your people here or what they're doing?
>> Do you want to be a cooperating witness?
>> I don't know what you're talking about.
Do you want to talk cooperating? I mean, do you want to work with the police and figure out what's going on with this group of people over here who are over here stealing stuff?
>> Okay, then you're just going to go to jail.
>> All right, come. In the end, the officer gives him the opportunity to rat out what is probably an entire syndicate of thieves, but he declines and is taken to jail on the trespassing charge.
>> Is that made of metal hel?
>> Yes. And >> you know what that means, right?
>> Wi-Fi, so you can't track it via Bluetooth or satellite.
How are they doing this?
>> Oh, yeah. You see that bag? Take a look.
>> Oh, bag of goodies.
>> They stick it in this bag right here.
>> Okay.
>> This block >> cuz it blocks the tracker cuz of the magazines. What does it have like a >> And then so >> um so he's got all the >> What city in Colia?
>> Boota Bota Colia.
>> Wow. Yeah.
>> But how do they get this?
>> So are they pickpocketing the cell phones?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. And nobody knows what happens till later. So there's no witnesses.
>> Nobody sees them. There's no suspect information.
>> So >> he's like, "Oh, I found these inside."
Right.
>> Those are like brand new phones, too.
>> Wow.
It's clever, right?
>> It's not like you can sell that cell phone for more than maybe $500. Like, so what are you 500 bucks? Really? It's worth it?
>> When police search the suspect's car, they find an entire cache of bones hidden in a bag capable of blocking their tracking signals. Quite the hall for a day's work.
It should be fairly obvious by now that you can't just act a fool at Disney and get away with it. In fact, if you push things too far, you're likely going to end up going for a nice police car ride.
On March 27th, 2024, sheriffs from Orange County responded to Disney Springs in Orlando due to reports of an intoxicated individual causing a disturbance.
>> Excuse me, sir. Orange County Sheriff's Office.
>> Yeah. Step over here and speak with me for a minute.
>> Yeah, I lost two. They break 70 in the morning. What's going on with you tonight?
>> All right. What What's going on with you tonight?
>> Oh, wow. Florida.
>> What's going on?
>> Four days. Four. Four days.
>> Bro, y'all stop that [ __ ] >> You all right? You [ __ ] deal right here, >> sir.
>> They track the man down outside a restaurant and bar and go to confront him. He immediately starts attempting to explain himself and seems to be in pretty bad shape mentally.
>> I need you to go ahead and listen to what I'm asking you to do. Please provide me with your ID and don't light a cigarette right now. Okay.
>> Here.
>> Appreciate it, sir.
>> So, >> Pardon?
>> I ain't going to be in a hotel.
>> I'm going to get off any >> this property on my own. You pull me to the exit. be dead.
>> We'll do that in a minute. Disney just wants to issue you a paper trespass warning. Basically says that you're not invited back. They don't want you to come.
>> Okay. They're just going to issue the paper version of it.
>> Got ID, but if I can't get it with >> He's got it right there. So, >> I don't really need the ID.
>> Going to get done somewhere.
>> So, hold on. Just leave that down there.
We'll get it all taken care of in a minute here.
>> What's your name?
He provides his ID and continues to rant in a very deep and very drunken southern draw. The police explain that Disney is trespassing him and ask what's going on.
>> All right, Zach.
>> What's going on tonight?
>> That's not a question.
>> Pardon?
>> Almost idiot.
>> What this? What this? What are you looking for?
>> Please, please don't light that cigarette. This is a non-smoking area.
>> What are you going to do?
>> Don't worry.
>> Zach seems more concerned with getting a cigarette than anything else and continues mumbling to himself. The police ask him to walk out with them now that he's officially trespassed, and he seems to be complying. Then it all goes wrong.
>> Good.
>> You got a cab.
>> You are not authorized to touch me in any mean, shape, or form at all. I don't know why you thought that was a good idea.
>> I'm sorry. That is the worst idea you could have made. Lay down on your stomach.
>> At some point during the walk, Zach puts his hands on one of the officers, resulting in them grabbing him, throwing him to the ground, and arresting him immediately.
>> All right. So, you're now under arrest for battery law enforcement.
>> Security.
>> Yeah.
I told you I didn't want it and you tried to shove it down the >> time.
>> They arrest the man for battery against law enforcement and continue the long slow walk towards the entrance to the park. The officers are shocked that the situation went wrong so quickly, but with that many substances at work, it's clear Zach was not in his right mind.
Apparently, some people think that the high price of emission means everything inside the park is theirs. This family had their wagon stolen while out the park only to spot it later in the hands of a completely different family.
Um, we had a wagon stolen. We think it's the one that they're taking.
A wagon? Yeah, a red wagon.
Spotting a security guard, the family goes up and reports the incident. They then proceed to follow the other group of people.
>> No, it ain't shower.
>> That's what I'm saying.
I know that's hard to get.
We feel like y'all harassing us.
>> YO, GET THIS AND GET THE [ __ ] AWAY FROM US, RIGHT? Y'ALL Y'ALL FOLLOWED US AROUND THIS WHOLE [ __ ] WORLD TELLING US THAT Y'ALL [ __ ] Y'ALL CAN HAVE YOU FOLLOWED US AROUND THIS HOTEL. YOU CAN [ __ ] HAVE IT. You are the only one.
>> YOU CAN HAVE IT. YOU CAN HAVE IT.
>> After being confronted, the thieving family tells the kids to get out of the wagon. But when they tell the father what happened, he denies it belongs to them, but still says they can have it.
Even accuses them of following them, insisting that they're the crazy ones.
Think about that for a second. They claim they didn't take the wagon, but they're willing to give it away. Not exactly a rockolid case.
Here's one of those rare situations where we get a lot more from a very short story.
This woman went viral when footage of her being dragged out of Disney and handcuffs surfaced online. According to park officials and police, she had been sneaking her children in for free for months by lying about their ages as children under three are permitted to enter for free. Disneyland staff offered to let Diaz simply buy the necessary tickets and stay in the park, but she refused. The mother later took to Tik Tok to claim the allegations against her were full of lies, stating that she actually had purchased three tickets, but Disneyland security confiscated them and her phone. Her wearing the Mickey Mouse ears makes the situation that much worse. Whoever is in the wrong, those kids are probably traumatized.
Some people really like Disney. They call themselves dizzerds, but they don't always look or act the way you expect.
On July 26th, 2023, Orange County Sheriffs were called to the Lake Buenav Vista Golf Club due to a security alert.
Apparently, a frequent player had been charged with stealing a golf bag from another club. Disney wanted him trespassed [music] for good.
>> The bowl we're going to put out and they're going to freak out when he comes through here.
>> I know.
>> And we're going to have to explain to him.
I don't like >> as long as he's just going to the golf course and not stopping at the hotel for any reason. Like he must come straight here to the golf course.
>> I think he's a a big Disney guy. So, this may >> well >> really tick him off then.
>> They locate the man on the course and start to question him.
>> Yeah, we got to speak to you for a moment. Okay.
>> All right. So, you're not in trouble right now.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Uh, I guess Disney was made aware of an incident uh from the 11th at the Rosen.
>> Uh, in involving some golf clubs, I guess.
>> So, well, you're not in trouble right now. We're not going to haul you off in handcuffs.
>> Disney wants to trespass you from Disney property, which does not include the golf course.
>> The golf course is just >> any of the parks or anything like that.
>> Disney was made aware of it cuz all that stuff's public record. They were aware that you were here. So, someone somewhere in their infinite wisdom goes, "Oh, trespass them. That's why we're here. That's the only reason."
>> And and I I don't know. It's It's up to you if you have an attorney.
>> I was going to say, "Does this have to do with my ex-wife or >> I have no idea who your ex-wife is?"
>> No, I have no idea. No. Our job right now is just to hand you this piece of paper and tell you if you go on Disney property, you end up going to jail. But you can drive through Disney property to get to this particular course because it's not only >> you have to go through the hotel to get there.
>> Yes. So, >> and the roads on Disney property, >> I don't know what it's about to be honest. The roads on Disney property are Ready Creek property. So, you know, even though you're at Disney, you're not on Disney property. So, >> unbelievable. I She is something I'm going to toss.
>> I don't know if that's because of your ex-wife.
>> The man claims that the issue has something to do with his ex-wife, but the police are emphatic that they only care about enforcing the trespass. The man again claims that this is all due to his divorce.
>> So, that's entirely up to you. Uh what they they say it's if they want him off the property immediately. senior.
>> I'm going to say >> right now >> he's he's the boss. The guy you just spoke to.
>> I'll call you.
>> No, you're not going to be able to.
>> That's I don't know how you guys want to do whatever with what they paid or anything like that.
>> That would be him.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. We'll we'll take care of the paper.
>> Okay. Yeah.
>> He then asked if he could finish his golf round, but that idea is quickly shot down.
>> I don't know if you want to reimburse half of it or >> I will give him the whole thing.
>> All right.
Yeah, he's he's control like he's managing the property. They'll give you a refund.
>> So, but yeah, just to make things easier.
>> All right, sir.
>> Uh here's your copy. I doubt you'll be able to read much of it because it's like the sixth copy down, but >> that's okay. As long as >> I'm sure that I'm sure the experience will be memorable enough where you won't need to be able to read it.
>> You're good.
>> Yeah, go ahead. Cool.
>> So, he's got to read you that little blurb per our policy and then we're done. At least the golf course manager states that he'll give the man a refund.
While they make the trespass official, they start to ask the man about the previous incident.
>> Do you remember speaking to detective Ronald Allen >> about some?
>> Yes.
>> Okay. So, that's what that's about.
>> And that's that whatever case that is, >> they were made aware of it. K9 have come over to >> their higher ups, whoever's on the phone >> was made aware of it and they thought, "Oh, well, let's just trespass him >> before." So that's why.
>> So then in that case, if those charges are dismissed or never brought to >> that, that would then be between you and the 10,000 PO box.
>> This friendly interaction should have been the end of it. But less than 30 days later, police revealed a call that the man had returned.
So, is this a new friendship?
>> I'm not sure. What's your name?
>> Jeffrey.
>> Jeffrey. What's your last name?
>> Part.
>> Okay.
>> Or have you been previously trespassed from Disney?
>> No.
>> No.
>> Can you come with us? We got We got to figure something out.
>> Upon locating the man, he provides a false name. Obviously, he knows he's in trouble already. He also denies that he's been previously trespassed from Disney property. The police have no choice but to take him into custody.
>> You have a car?
>> I do. That's >> Is it a rental or is it important?
>> It's my car.
>> Where's the park?
>> That's why I was asking if you guys I didn't know I I didn't know I was not allowed here. I thought I just couldn't go to the golf course.
>> I'll turn the air off for you.
Apparently, the man was confused about the nature of the trespass, but it still doesn't look great that he's given a fake name. Even then, the man could simply not stay away. Just two weeks later, he appeared again near the entrance of the Magic Kingdom theme park.
>> How you doing, sir? Hi.
>> Can I talk to you for a second?
>> What's up?
>> Do you have any identification on you?
>> Uh, yeah. It's back at the hotel. Okay.
>> You want to walk with me or >> No, just hang out here. Hang out here.
All right. Just come over here to my car.
>> Hey, Mom.
>> Hang on.
>> Hey. Um, >> come here.
>> I'm with the a sheriff right now at Disney again.
>> I love you.
>> What is your name?
>> My name is Jeffrey.
>> Jeffrey? What?
>> Okay, Jeffrey. Uh, you don't have anything on you with your identification?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. So, is this okay?
>> That is all right. Do you have anything else on you that's going to hurt me, cut me, poke me? No.
>> All right. Do you mind if I search you real quick?
>> Am I in trouble? just for my safety and your safety.
>> What What have I done wrong?
>> Nothing. I just checking out with you.
Make sure that you're all right. All right.
>> The officer quickly moves to search the man who seems very confused. He expresses a desire to leave, but the officers instead attempt to confirm that he is the person who has been repeatedly [music] trespassed. He even lets his mom know he's about to be arrested.
>> Mom, I think they're arresting.
>> I I don't I haven't said that. Why are you telling Why are you telling her that I'm arresting you?
>> Because you guys are surrounding me with police cars.
>> These are my friends. Remember I told you my friends were coming to help me out so I can figure this out. All right.
And that's what we're doing. All right.
You're not in handcuffs. All right.
>> Okay. Just calm down.
>> He's fine. Everything's fine, ma'am.
>> All right. So, you're more than welcome to stay on the line. There's no reason to, but you can if you want. All right.
Um, so like I was saying, you've been trespassed for Dizzy before, right?
>> Correct. I have and then we took care of that where we got it all dismissed.
>> How'd you do that?
>> Because I went to court and because I had purchased things on property that they said that that negates the trespass.
>> Okay. And >> that's why they got rid of the charge.
>> Okay.
>> So, they let me go.
>> Okay. But that's not how a trespass works, unfortunately.
You guys just let me leave the property and cuz I didn't know I >> I'm not in charge right now. I I have to talk to my partners at Disney and you know we got to go from there. Okay.
>> The man explains that he took care of his previous trespassing. [music] The officers however disagree. They also find out that the man has a warrant out in Nevada.
>> Uh I have and and that's supposed to be nonextraditable.
>> Okay. because I have someone fixing that as well.
>> Oh, okay.
Yeah, that's uh pretty bad. Pretty bad, right?
>> If you get arrested or got a warrant out of Nevada.
>> Well, that's a month ago. That's when they ram my driver's license.
>> You had a really bad month, didn't you?
>> I did.
>> Yeah, I did.
>> You got trespassed from Nevada and you got or you got >> Disney.
>> You can't go back to Nevada. You can't go back to Disney.
That's a pretty bad month.
>> Huh?
>> I swear I would never come back.
>> Just hold on tight. Let let me work with Disney here. See what we got.
>> Hopefully.
>> Has he got the paperwork?
>> Yeah, they picking it up now.
>> Oh, okay.
>> Yeah, that's what we know.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> All right.
>> He promises never to set foot on Disney property again. Unfortunately, he was right the first time. He's getting arrested.
>> All right, Jeffy, turn around.
>> Okay. Well, you just want to make sure you're you're going to be arrested for trespass after warning. Okay.
You are not under any circumstances allowed to come back to Disney World property anywhere for any reason. Okay. All right.
You can see a lot of things at Disneyland, but one you usually don't expect is a nude man. Yet, either due to the heat, alcohol, or pure madness, this guy decided to strip down and attempt to go swimming on one of the rides.
>> Oh my gosh.
>> Idiot. What about you, kid?
It's almost a sure thing that he's on drugs, but that won't help him when he ends up on the sex offenders registry for exposing himself to hundreds of minors at once.
It's not just Disney parks that can make people crazy. It's happened during a screening of the new Little Mermaid movie. Seeing parents acting so terribly while beautiful animated images are dancing around on screen is VERY DEPRESSING.
IN FRONT of my daughter.
>> Don't tell me I need a refund on my ticket. No, we getting a refund cuz uh NOBODY order Hey, hey, hey. Excuse me.
>> We need a refund.
>> What's going on?
>> This is a kids movie. Oh my god.
>> You have to agree with the people filming. They need a refund.
>> Go ahead. Take a picture here. One picture of my neck.
I got a carrot in the wild, guys.
>> There's a [ __ ] in every crowd.
[ __ ] in every as long as you're in the room.
>> Probably. I'm curious.
>> In the room.
This old lady said you're talking about me having my period cuz she's jealous.
No, I'm not. I'm definitely not jealous of that tattoo. No. No.
>> Once again, the problem here stems from a line cutting dispute, but it seems like both of these women need some attitude correction. Apparently, the older woman cut in line and got angry when the younger woman confronted her about it.
>> Yep. I am teaching my little girls that you don't cut in front of people and then act rude when they point it out to you.
No matter how old you are, you don't just get away with it.
>> Yes, ma'am.
>> Hilarious.
>> Where'd you get your college degree from?
>> Hi. You're welcome.
>> Say hi, Karen.
>> Hi, Karen.
>> And what what do we never be? Karen, >> remember the burger pan.
>> I was like, you are nuts.
>> I put her on Facebook.
>> In the end, the older woman decides to give the younger lady a taste of her own medicine, posting her image on Facebook before cackling like a cartoon villain.
Maybe Disney will hire her after this.
People are disgusting. That's just a fact. If Disney doesn't have toilets every 15 ft, issues like this might be more common. This woman was caught being in a cop in public while inside the park. Management wants her removed. But she claims she did it because she has a bad bladder.
>> I am a I am a teacher. A teach therapist, sir. I literally have to urinate in a cup cuz I don't have time to go to South Central on Slawson and Crunch to urinate. Sir, >> I cannot believe you're judging me.
>> I'm not judging you.
>> No problem.
>> It's okay. I will leave. But I'm telling my family member what's happening here.
>> Okay.
>> By the time she starts talking about having to pee in cups at her job, it's pretty clear that this woman is just intoxicated. She may also have a bad bladder, but she is likely also under the influence of something.
Welcome to level four.
Nobody liked CO. However, it was what it was. Workers around the world had to enforce mask mandates whether they liked them or not. But some folks just couldn't let it go, even when they were on vacation. Footage shows Disney security arriving on Main Street.
They're on their way to the Princess Fairy Tale Hall, which is essentially a meet and greet for kids. This being 2021, the cast members were required to wear masks. Apparently, one of the cast members asked a man in the crowd to wear a mask as well, at which point he became iraid and started screaming and swearing. He then attacked her physically before exiting the area.
Because Disney is a big park, it took some serious coordination to locate the man. But they pulled it off.
>> Sir, >> sir, we're going to head over there.
>> We're going to we're going to go back there. Okay.
>> Or we're going to make you go back there. Am I under arrest?
>> You're detained right now.
>> Am I under arrest?
>> You're being detained.
>> Being detained right now.
>> Orange County Sheriff's Office. You're being detained. Come with us.
>> Brad.
>> Brad.
You're leaving. leaving the park.
>> Please leave him alone. We are leaving for repairing here.
>> What's happening here?
>> He does not have a man.
>> What's he being charged with?
>> Get away or else you're dead.
>> Move.
>> Move. You're going to be arrested for what?
>> Move. You're going to be arrested.
>> They locate the man and ask him to follow them to a more private area. He asks if he's under arrest, at which point they inform him that he is being detained. They immediately handcuff him while his family tries to argue. For some reason, the man seems convinced that this is some sort of joke, as if he doesn't know what he had done a few hours previously.
>> So, there's been some allegations against you. We could have avoided the whole thing downstairs.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> If you had cooperated.
>> I didn't know how I >> But you didn't.
>> Tell me how I didn't cooperate.
>> So, just so you know what's happening right now.
>> You're going to jail for battery and resisting without violence. Okay.
>> They walk the man into a security office where they tell him he's going to jail for battery. Do >> you have an ID in your pocket or no?
>> What's your last name?
>> I'm extra my right to remain silent.
>> Okay. You're going to be placed in jail as a John Doe and you're not going to be able to be released until that >> is confirmed. Do you understand that?
>> Can I get a lawyer right now?
>> No.
>> No.
>> Just so you know, you're right to remain silent. You can you can do that. But this isn't have anything to do with your case.
>> I don't know what you know what I'm doing here.
>> This is a trespass warning. simply for you your own records and for Disney's records, saying that you've been advised by Disney that you're not allowed to come back on the Disney property. This has nothing to do with the arrest. Okay.
>> The man decides to invoke his right to remain silent. He continues to pretend that he hasn't done anything. Even as they inform him that he is being banned from Disney property.
>> So, the obviously I'm not the judge.
You're going to get to explain this to a judge in court. That's what your right to a trial and all that is for. Um the claim is when that cast member was interacting with you earlier about the mask issue. Um that you shoulder checked her at the end and she wanted to press charges. It's a misdemeanor. We probably probably could have just filed charges.
Um but the fact that when Disney was trying to talk to you about it, it became a little more difficult cuz you didn't want to stop and then we were trying to get you to step off stage and you didn't want to.
>> So we had to secure you on Okay.
>> That was never sent to you.
>> No, it's fine. to leave the park, which I would have gladly done.
>> Yeah. So, um, we're also charging you with resisting without because you were resisting our effort to >> talk to you about this.
>> The deputies finally inform him about what he did. He denies it and claims he has a different version of events.
[snorts] Uh, you >> want to do this one?
>> I don't want to do I'm not consenting to a photo.
>> Yeah, you don't have to.
consent.
>> You don't have to consent to anything.
>> Just so you know, your photo is going to be public record, so they're going to have it anyway, >> right? We're not the ones making the accusation against you. It's this cast member that said you did whatever. Okay?
We're just doing our part. Okay?
>> I can get >> and you'll be able to bond out today.
>> Chances are that we ended up on TikTok.
>> Oh, look, please.
meditation brother was everybody was >> I know we were right in the middle of that crowd too. I didn't want to do that but >> his demeanor finally starts to change once he realizes everything is being recorded and will be made public. He was officially arrested and processed by responding deputies for misdemeanor battery and resisting an officer without violence. It's safe to assume that his daughter did not enjoy her day with the Disney princesses.
In case you've wondered whether or not the kids are growing up, okay, there's this video. These teens were called out for cutting in line and proceeded to go '80s movie villain on the poor family who had the guts to point out the rules.
Between calling the guy a nerd and bragging about playing football, they really let this poor guy have it.
>> Record this. Yeah, record me, homie.
What you want? You want my name? Social security? What you want?
>> I make money, homie. I'm a businessman.
>> But actually, I I'd like to know the family that you cut in front of all of us to be with. Really? Because I was here for they cut on the wall.
>> They cons.
>> When you give people attention, attention is currency. You're done.
You're cut off. I ain't talking to you.
Last.
>> That's why you keep getting >> He's recording me. I'm going to record y'all back then. How about that? I'm record you back.
>> Shut the up. Meet me on >> Make it a two for two.
>> Let's do it.
>> Oh my god. Like tried to pull up my phone.
[laughter] Oh, he looks like a [ __ ] Honestly.
>> Wow. Okay. Okay.
>> Okay. Okay. Okay. Oh my god. Instead of >> just is recording me cuz he wants to be famous. [music] So, I'm going to give him his 10 seconds of fame on my Snapchat.
>> What's your app?
>> That's a really >> What's your app? What's your app?
>> What's your app? They'll add you.
>> What's your app? I got clout. So, what's your >> I don't know what that means. I'm too >> What's your What's your Snapchat? When he points out that there are kids around, they keep swearing and insulting him.
>> Weird. What are you recording me for?
>> You watch me on Saturdays. You and your family tailgate outside of my stadium, [ __ ] >> Blue ass boy.
>> Oh, entitled. I'm not entitled at all.
>> Hey. Hey, ma'am. I took off my shirt cuz I'm hot. I don't disrespect. Like I said earlier, I men I'm not going to talk to females, >> bro. Don't say stupid, bro. You're lame in >> Eventually, other people in line get involved, which draws the attention of Epcot security.
>> I make money. I don't argue with people.
I make money.
>> You're how old?
>> I'm 21. I got more money in NIL than you ever >> Look me up. Google me.
>> Google me.
>> What's your name?
>> Google me.
>> Yeah, he's recording me. Boss, man. He's violating my privacy right now.
I hope they're getting kicked off.
>> Yeah, me too.
>> In the end, the teens are escorted out.
Not to anyone's surprise. The man who was doing all the bragging about playing college football turns out he was lying.
He later issued an apology.
This brawl apparently broke out over line cutting, which is a shame, especially since there are kids involved.
When Epcot opened up in 1982, it stood out among Disney parks because it served alcohol. But almost immediately, the park started to have a problem due to intoxicated guests. According to this video, it is still a problem.
I understand.
>> CAN WE GET OFF?
>> MAN, YOU GOT 30 SECONDS OR I'M COMING BACK THERE AND I'M TAKING you down.
This woman was visiting Grand Fiesta Tour when she got impatient and jumped out of the ride vehicle. When people tried to urge her back into the boat, she started arguing with them.
That door's locked.
And you cannot leave the station.
>> She attempted to climb out of the ride and even made it to the exit, but no doubt there's going to be some personnel waiting for her.
Here's another nasty fight at a Disney park. this time at Epcot Center. Footage shows a group of people milling around near one of the attractions. One of them is holding an infant and they all appear to be getting along just fine. Shortly after this, things apparently went very, very wrong. Body cam footage shows police arriving on the scene where security shows them to the mission space area.
>> Get on the ground.
>> Get on the ground right now. on the ground. Calm down.
>> Tell him Tell him to get on the ground.
>> I'M A MARINE, TOO. Listen to me.
>> We're going to figure it out. Calm down.
>> Calm down.
>> You see the guy? Do you guys with their shirts off?
>> Get on the ground now.
>> Get on the ground.
>> GET ON THE GROUND.
>> I'M A MARINE, TOO. LISTEN.
[ __ ] RYAN, STOP. STOP. RYAN, STOP. ME.
Get off me. Get off me. Don't touch me.
>> The officer spots the disturbance and immediately draws his taser, ordering the men who appear to be the aggressors on the ground.
>> Calm down.
>> I'm in the military. Yes, sir.
>> Calm down, brother. We're going to figure it out. Okay. I get it. I'm in the military, too. I get it. Give us a minute.
>> Give us a minute. We're going to figure it out. We're going to figure it out. We don't want anybody to make this [ __ ] a tick tock [ __ ] when I die. Calm down. I fight for this country. Calm down. Stop, man. That lady was wrong.
>> Are you listening to me, >> brother? That lady was wrong.
>> Are you listening to me? Watch lady.
Where is she at? Where is she at?
>> I don't know. She was wrong, man.
>> We're going to figure it out, >> man. That lady was wrong.
>> Calm down.
>> No.
>> That lady was wrong. Come on. Got that one. Come on. That lady was wrong, man.
There you go. I'm telling you to relax.
>> No. Go ahead. That lady was wrong. But I'm telling you to relax the whole time.
>> He didn't do nothing. He didn't do nothing. Sir, that lady was wrong.
>> No, I know.
>> That lady was wrong.
>> This country is fight.
>> I FOUGHT EVERY DAY. FIGHT FOR >> THAT LADY WAS WRONG. STOP, >> BRO.
What's this way?
>> My son, please.
>> Everybody's okay. Nobody's hurt. Keep walking.
>> He didn't do nothing.
>> Nobody's hurt.
nervous.
>> The man is very angry and keeps talking about a lady who was wrong about something. He also repeatedly tries to justify his actions by stating he's in the military.
>> Oh, man. It was really my father, bro. I promise.
>> They start to escort the two men to a security center. They both seem intoxicated, which is hindering the officers from understanding what's even happened.
>> Bro, here I know that you lost your dad. I know you lost your dad, baby, but it's not worth I know you're matter, okay? We're all grand. My son's a Marine, too, brother.
Do you think you should be treating a Marine like that?
>> No, I bother [ __ ] [ __ ] Do you want to shoot? You You think I want to shoot a marine?
>> No.
>> Okay. So, you know that, right?
>> We're trying to help you out.
>> The primary suspects cry virtually the entire time, talking about their father's passing and various other personal problems while their wives try to console them. Finally, the suspects calm down enough to explain.
>> Who's this lady and what does she do?
>> When I came to the ride, we have reservations. Recipient passholders. I had a reservation to come to the restaurant with my family. Okay.
She came, my father came, was like, "Hey sweetie, how you doing?" She said, "Don't effing talk to me. Bye. I promise you on on Allah himself. I promise you, sir. I promise you." She said that to me.
>> Right. Then my dad, of course. You know, he was like, "What? What the hell are you talking about?" Yes, father. He was like, "What the hell are you talking about? Why would you say that?" Okay.
And she blew up and she fell on the ground like he pushed her and made a whole scene. And that's when we were like, "Okay, we're going to jail." We already knew what it was about. We're going to jail. Let's go. And that's what happened, sir. Okay.
>> The man claims that the park employee swore to him for no reason, then fell on the ground all on her own in an attempt to act like she was assaulted.
>> The woman act.
>> Okay. What did she say?
>> Show the video before I talk, bro.
>> Okay.
>> My son has >> I'll take all the I'll take all of it, bro. I'm sorry you told me. I'll stop.
My son has nothing to do with it.
>> We came up with what's going on. We're going to here figure this out. Okay.
>> When you got a weapon like that, >> he's still acting.
>> When you got a weapon like that, >> I get it. Shock me. Put me down.
>> He hit me the big side of me. I ain't going to lie to you.
>> I ain't going to lie to you.
>> I'm sorry to hear that, man.
>> Listen.
>> What's your first name?
>> Raymond, my dad, my kids.
>> Listen, my dad died on >> I don't care, bro. The second man, the father, makes similar claims, but is too intoxicated and upset to convey [music] them. Now it's the wife's turn.
>> Check in.
>> We were literally consoling him because he was breaking down outside.
>> Can you come down? You'll see us back here.
chair and then we're by this woman who has an attitude because we're >> so she doesn't even want to hear why you got the restaurant the hostess she's just like and she literally puts her hand to him and he's trying to check his phone to show her okay we have the resation maybe you don't have to be we're trying to resist is his phone.
>> Okay.
>> To his face, >> the one with the hat, black hat.
>> And he's then he like, "You don't have to act like that. What's your problem?"
>> We're trying to check in my daughter-in-law with the baby literally already in there. My daughters are already in there. We have no reason to act like that. And then she tells my son, she gets to my son's face to get loud with me. And I said, "Ma'am, I'm his mother. You don't need to talk to my son like that. You're an employee here.
>> I'm getting here like last minute.
>> So, I I understand somebody said something. Somebody got upset and that's if I can figure out >> walked into the restaurant. We had reservations. He's walking in. He's had a very tough father's day. His father just passed away. He's walking inside.
The lady said, "If you can't walk, you can come in here without the scooter."
He's been drinking. He said, "I can walk just fine." She got in his face and said, "You need to go move your scooter." Why did she get in his face?
First of all, she touched him first.
>> Hold on. Hold on.
>> Just so I'm clear. The biggest guy here is the one. Okay, >> that's right. I want to establish who was in the scooter. And >> he was in the scooter. He's in the scooter all day. He has problems. He's out. He has problems with his knees.
Okay. So, she goes in there and she says, "You need to go get your scooter."
He said, "I need my scooter. I can walk just fine." She got in his face. He said, "What are you getting in my face for? I can have somebody move the scooter."
>> She got nasty with him, right? And then put her her hand out to grab it. She touched him first. She grabbed him first, >> so he pushed him her off of him like, "Don't Why are you touching me? Don't touch me." She felt like it was like her life.
>> Go over there.
>> Okay.
>> Just hang tight. Okay.
>> Yes, sir. Facts.
>> So, I'm just trying to catch up to what actually >> And I'm letting you know that since you're coming in after the fact, what you need to put on record is that these Disney employees put their hands on guests, on customers with a child.
>> Okay? That's why they got so because as soon as they see somebody around this baby getting violent, getting handsy, they go off and there's there's no stopping it. I hate to say it.
>> Okay, we're just >> They put their hands on us.
>> We're just trying to figure out what's going on.
>> Yeah.
>> Does anybody happen to have video of this event?
>> Can I see it?
>> Yeah.
>> I think after it got crazy, not the beforehand where she started off.
>> There was no reason for there was literally no reason for her to start.
>> Finally, we get some clarity. Both men had been drinking and the older man, who uses a mobility scooter, had been told that he could not enter a restaurant because he wasn't walking properly. The hostess was apparently quite nasty and even put her hands on the guests. That's when things snowballed. They eventually decided to bring the two men in to sort out everything. Apparently, due to the two men's tribal tattoos, when this happened, everyone on the Disney staff was saying Maui from Moana got arrested at Epcot.
On New Year's Day 2023, police were called to Disney to deal with an intoxicated man who was causing a disturbance. The man quickly proved to be one of the most insufferable guest in Disney history. Between screaming at the security personnel and threatening to have his daddy fire them, this young man puts on a performance for the ages.
>> I'm going to jail.
>> No, you're not going to jail. But you got to leave.
>> You got to leave. Shut the up. I have an annual pass for this.
>> All right. At this point, it doesn't matter.
>> You got to get up. You're trespassed.
You got to leave.
>> My boyfriend made me feel like and just kicked me out of our hotel room. I had nowhere else to go.
>> Were you staying over there with your boyfriend?
>> Yeah.
>> If I understand him correctly, his boyfriend kicked him out of a hotel room, so he's got nowhere to go.
>> They found the man crying on a bench and refusing to leave. He had apparently gotten in a fight with his partner, at which point he decided to do some drinking. Because he was violating park rules by being intoxicated, Disney attempted to kick him out, but he refused to go.
>> He tried to come over here, but he's acting a fool, violating their courtesy and conduct policy. Oh, Don's here. We can leave.
>> All right. Good.
>> How are you?
>> You have your ID. Can I see your ID, please? Amen. I know you're going through a lot right now. I just need you to gain your bearings a little bit.
Okay.
>> You can go through my bag and look.
>> I can I can go. Yeah, absolutely. Are these your glasses? Absolutely.
>> Just know the more you cooperate and chill out, the better. It may work out for you.
>> Trying to cooperate.
>> You're doing I mean, you're doing good.
You're doing good, man.
>> You're doing good. What is this?
>> Hey, stop throwing stuff, man. This is Don't do stuff like that. Don't do stuff like that, Sam.
>> Yes.
>> Sam. Okay, cool.
>> Sam.
>> Sam, listen to me. My name is Deputy Chris. Okay. And I'm going to treat you manto man. Okay.
>> I treat you first of all treated like [ __ ] and I get out of >> listen to me.
>> So don't say that you're [ __ ] treating me like that.
>> Listen to me.
>> No you get >> Okay. Where were you drinking today?
>> All of that.
>> Where were you drinking today?
>> I know you're upset. There's a lot of kids and families walking by. Hope you can just watch the language.
The police try to be polite to him, but he continues to make things worse. He starts to insult the police officers and refuses to stop swearing.
>> Here's the deal. Okay, you have one more chance. One more. If you swear or curse while there's children around, >> don't look at me and don't talk about that.
>> Excuse me.
>> Me, sir. You me, sir.
>> If you do, you're going to violate their conduct and policy and you're going to be banned. I'm going to trespass you. Do you understand that?
>> Trespassing.
>> Good. And you can't come back here.
We're going to get that done for you.
>> When it comes time to do the actual trespass, [music] Sam walks away. At this point, his fianceé shows up to try to calm the situation down. He claims that the two did not have an argument at all that morning.
>> We got scared of the cops by himself right now.
>> He's not going to hurt anybody. Please, guys, >> you cannot be acting like this and think you're not going to be put in handcuffs.
Eventually, Sam is arrested. Even then, he continues to lob threats and spit on the officers before ultimately having a panic attack requiring medical attention.
This footage shows one of the largest Disney World brawls ever caught on tape.
As you can see, it involves two full families just throwing down in the middle of Midway, leaving shoes and Mickey Mouse ears scattered across the ground. Numerous other guests attempt to intervene only to be pushed away or dragged into the fray.
There's something Everybody chill. Chill.
Stop.
>> I appreciate that [ __ ] >> I like that though. But you know what?
You about TV.
Every time someone seems to calm things down, two members of the opposing sides will see each other and start going at it again. Finally, security manages to separate the two parties, but there's still a lot of shouting, anger, and racial slurs being thrown around. The most shocking part, all of this started because someone went to retrieve their phone and get back in line. That's how quickly things can deolve.
It seems pretty clear that alcohol is behind 90% of the Magic Kingdom's problems. While Disney is happy to provide adult beverages, [music] they expect the people who buy them to act like adults in return. This incident shows a North Carolina woman having to be forcibly removed from Disney Orleans Resort.
>> My name is Christine Neil. If you would like to charge me, you can meet me down to the sheriff's department. Okay, I'm going to charge you. I don't need anybody else speaking for my name.
>> Okay. How are you today?
>> I am not well. I came here. I fled Key West because my family's toxic.
I unfortunately came back to my room.
Callie was here with another woman and I kept asking what they were here for. I didn't know.
>> I had already paid the um room fee.
>> I'm sorry, ma'am. Do you happen to have your identification on you?
>> Can I see it, please?
>> Sure. When none of them are around.
>> After receiving some reports of an intoxicated female, officers arrived to help Disney serve the trespass, but things only escalated from there. She starts off on a Saab story about her toxic family, but the police are only interested in her ID. They even let her know that she's not being charged with the crime.
>> So, I know it's the protocol to go ahead and charge me.
>> Well, we're not charging you with any crime at this point. Well, yeah, but I have to vacate the premises and I paid $1,700 to stay here.
>> Okay, I understand.
>> They need to vacate.
>> You have something around your um neck.
Do you happen to >> No, sir. This is for tonight.
>> No, your wallet around your neck.
>> Oh, hey, Mom. I'm sorry. She called Ma'am. Ma'am, I'm sorry. I tried to call yourself.
That's my mother. I fly old Key West.
You can ask her.
>> Okay.
>> I see something around your neck. Do you happen to have your ID in there?
>> Unfortunately, I do >> have your ID in there.
>> I don't have my key.
>> No, your identification.
>> She is reluctant to get her ID as she's worried the officer will keep it.
>> I do, but I don't want to give it to you in case I'm being locked up. My mom >> You're not being arrested.
>> Well, I don't have any place to go.
Unfortunately, I came to vacation in Orlando and y'all don't seem to >> May I see your ID?
>> You can see it, but you can't have it.
>> I'm not going to keep it. I promise.
Well, either way, you still put my information in and I still get locked up, so I'm not doing it.
>> Okay. All right. Go ahead and read the trespass to her.
>> I have no idea. I was drinking at the bar. I >> Do you guys want to prosecute criminal if she refuses to leave?
>> Because >> after you trespass, >> do you want to prosecute criminal if she refuses to leave?
>> Oh, she can.
>> I'm the manager's call, >> but they are going to go ahead and arrest.
>> Absolutely.
>> The manager reads her the trespass warning.
>> So, if we read the trespass warning to her. So, give me a trespass.
>> All right. Uh, you're here by trespass from all Walt Disney World properties to include, but not limited to theme parks, water parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. Um, you're hereby warned that you're not authorized, licensed, or invited to be on these premises and may be arrested if you refuse to leave or return at any time in the future.
>> Okay. You want to fill out that punishment for what?
>> He doesn't have to give you any reason.
>> Oh, no, he does. Because I paid and I already facilitated the money for your venture. Your name is Christina, right?
>> Christine.
>> C H R I S T I N E.
>> The woman is confused about why she's being removed and seems to want a refund for the $1,700 she spent to stay there.
>> I don't have your identification.
>> E I L.
>> I do know that when you trans when you make a transaction, sir, I'm trying to make >> You just want to talk over me? That's fine.
>> No, sir. I would like to talk in private. I can't figure out how I got here. And I don't know why this keeps going further.
>> Quit raising your voice.
>> Oh, cuz I I got louder to speak to the officer over them. That's what causes >> Nobody's saying anything.
>> So, cuz I came here cuz I [ __ ] was abused.
>> No, >> she continues to get angrier even with her mom there trying to calm her down.
>> Calm down.
>> I tried to talk to the officer. I tried to talk to [ __ ] her. There is no talking. All these people want is your [ __ ] money.
>> Stop. Calm down. calm down.
>> Where do you guys live?
>> Thank you, sir.
>> Go ahead and give me the copy.
>> Okay.
>> I need my money refunded. Thank you.
Okay. Refunded for what?
>> For the last uh next days that we paid till Saturday.
>> What was your birthday?
>> I can't stay, sir. Is that correct?
>> What's your birthday?
>> Hold on. Can I not stay until >> That's what the trespass warning is for.
>> Once that's signed.
>> Okay. Well, don't touch my paperwork.
>> Hold on. I'm just asking. So, once that's signed, I can't stay. Shut up.
Once I can't So once you Once that's signed, I can't stay until I paid for it.
>> Sorry. It's already signed. You >> Okay, so I can't stay until Saturday.
Okay, perfect. All the paperwork. What would you like?
>> We need to pack up and leave.
>> Yeah, as usual.
>> Okay. Where's your car at?
>> After taking her notice, she starts again to ask about a refund.
>> So, when's my refund be going to be available?
>> Ma'am, you've been asked to leave property.
>> You had chosen to call the police. I was at the bar. I came here and stopped.
Just shut up. Just stop.
>> I came here seeking refuge.
>> I should have went to the police department. You're right. I went there and I need your help. So, I came here. I did every resource I had.
>> Go sit by the door.
>> It's not available to get my money back.
>> Go sit. No.
>> Go sit by the door.
>> Hey, Mike. Give me >> Go sit by the door >> and >> No.
>> We'll pass up. You need to [ __ ] on me and I paid all this money to come here because of everybody else.
>> Miss Neil, have I yelled at you?
>> No. So, you haven't?
>> Can you guys head off for me?
>> Do we?
>> Though the woman's mother implores her to leave, she continues to make a scene.
After leaving for a brief moment, she comes back and makes a big mistake.
>> I will not leave.
>> You come near me again. I'm going to take you to jail. I said officer.
>> You did not walk up on me like that.
>> You said I had officer.
>> Go to your room and pack the things.
>> I said officer.
>> No, you didn't. You were running.
>> No, I didn't. I ran out of the room and said officer.
>> You don't run near these people.
>> I didn't run.
>> Move over here. Please do.
>> Go pack up your stuff. Go pack up your stuff.
>> Go pack up your things, ma'am.
>> Ma'am, please go pack up your things.
After she runs into the officer, he starts to get angry and demands that she leave. She again leaves to pack up her things, but returns again soon after.
>> I can't figure out why I fled here and why I'm being arrested.
>> You're not being arrested, ma'am.
>> She's already been trespassed.
Uh, >> no uncertain terms.
I had to step in between for >> under no uncertain terms this happened to anybody else, officer. Ma'am, >> pack your things up. Pack your things up and >> I came here in the middle of the night.
>> Pack your things up and start heading out.
>> What happened?
>> Pack your things up and start heading out. Please, your mom's already downstairs. She's got in the car. Just pack your things up.
>> But I done.
>> She is still convinced she's being arrested, but the officer tells her again that this isn't the case.
>> Okay. Right now, you're refusing to leave. I don't want to take you to jail.
>> I do not want to take you to jail. What did I do wrong? It doesn't matter.
You're intoxicated in public. That's pl and simple.
>> Okay. So, they offer alcohol. So, that's all on them. So, it's up to you to be responsible.
>> Okay. So, if I go into my room, what did I do wrong? This illegal, sir. I'm asking you.
>> Here's the thing.
>> I'm asking the officer and he walks away. So, officer, what did I do wrong?
>> Can you pack your things up and head out?
>> Sir, I'm packing my things up. My things were packed last night to come here.
What did I do? option is you're refusing to leave property after being trespassed. You already been given your copy of your >> summon trespass cuz they already gave me key.
>> You can tell the officer is starting to run out of patience. She simply won't leave.
>> What did I do?
>> No, mom's leaving, too. Everybody's leaving. So, they're going to >> What did I do? At this point, it doesn't matter what you did. If Disney doesn't want you on their property, they can ask.
>> Okay. So, Disney, because I paid into all this can ask me to leave. Yes, ma'am. Correct.
>> Okay. Once I'm off Disney property, do y'all have any disposal? What do you mean >> of me?
>> Nope. It's >> I paid to stay. So what's the problem right now?
>> If Disney doesn't want you on the property, they have the right to say, "Hey, we want you to leave." It's a civil issue.
>> So they can have an abuser here and that's okay.
>> Who's the abuser?
>> Shut up and get in here and pack.
>> Of course, cuz officer so soon.
>> Thank you, ma'am. I appreciate you, Miss.
>> Yeah, of course you do.
>> Not you, Miss Neil. the other miss.
>> The mother is doing her best to get her daughter to leave, but she keeps getting more and more demanding.
>> Is the refund coming? You said there was refund from there.
>> They're working on it.
>> So, are they working on it or not?
>> Yes.
>> Is it going through?
>> I don't know. I don't work for Disney.
>> Okay. Well, she works for Disney and I'm sure you can ask. Okay. Well, we'll ask her for you.
>> Okay. Well, you guys help me in between leaving from an abuser. So, you know what? You guys can figure out everything you need. No, I don't.
>> Okay, start with >> Unfortunately, I put everything in this room. Unfortunately, I need to know where I need to go cuz I need to find another room off property.
>> Yeah, I would say always wins.
>> Imagine that.
>> Yeah, imagine that.
>> Can they work on >> the bezer always wins? Of course.
See that? Right.
Police >> stairways that way.
>> It is.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Got a pack from my mom.
>> Thanks.
>> The refund has already been processed.
>> Perfect.
>> Your mom take your [ __ ] out.
>> Ma'am, are you staying on property somewhere? I have a room west of my >> Okay. You know, she cannot stay there either. She has to be completely off of all Disney properties, Disney Springs, the water parks, the theme parks.
>> Leave tonight.
>> Well, she can't she has to leave immediately. So, >> should stop it.
>> Your refund is being processed now.
>> As long as we vacate the premises, we'll be fine.
>> Yeah, I'm sure you are.
>> At some point, while backing up the car, Christine and her mother get into a physical altercation. Though this was not caught on film, the results were >> Was it Ow.
That wasn't >> What the I didn't do anything.
I didn't do anything. That wasn't >> Relax your arms.
>> I wasn't I am relaxed.
>> All right. You have anything on you that's going to poke, stab, or anything like that, ma'am?
>> No. Sorry. This is my voice wrong. I'm serious.
>> Okay. Well, I actually quit turning around.
>> Now I got to ping you up against the wall.
>> Oh no.
>> I don't know why you're doing such stupid things out here.
>> ID for my other.
>> She's coming back up. I'll get to do this. I didn't want to be with my sister and brother-in-law. I never would have come. I'm sorry.
>> I don't want to walk.
>> Ow. Sir, I didn't know you told me to stand up. You told me to lean on you. He was my sister and brother-in-law. I never wouldn't come. I'm sorry.
>> All right.
>> Ow. Ow. Sir, I didn't know you told me to stand up. You told me to lean on you, sir. I didn't know fall. I didn't know I'd fall. I'm sorry. I've never been in handcuffs before.
>> Are you done?
>> What the >> Are you done acting like that?
>> What is wrong with you? You told me to stand still >> and I stood still. What do you want from me?
>> Stand up.
>> I've never done anything wrong to deserve this.
>> Okay.
>> Is wrong with you?
>> Stop.
>> You keep telling me to fight FOR MY OWN.
I'M TRYING to leave.
>> Just like her, she seems intent on fighting her ass tooth and nail.
>> What do you want? I can't stand upright.
What do you want? I'll stand up.
>> What are you doing? Stop. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
>> STOP. I'M ACTING LIKE [screaming] AN [ __ ] >> OH, OKAY. Shoot me. Shoot me. I'm sorry.
>> Why are you acting like an idiot?
>> I don't know what's right. What's wrong?
>> Jesus Christ. You're kicking at cops.
>> I'm sorry.
>> I don't know what your problem is. You almost HIT THAT DEPUTY.
>> I'M SORRY. I'M SO SORRY.
I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I didn't disrespect your officer. I'm sorry.
>> What is your problem, lady?
>> Look, I didn't know what I did wrong.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.
your car and I'll send you a picture of mom's ID and we can >> you done?
>> She'd be having a pretty bad issue right now.
>> You going to gather yourself for a minute?
Miss Neil?
>> Yes, sir.
>> Can we walk down quietly or no?
>> I don't know [crying] why I'm being arrested. I'm just putting myself in handcuffs. I'll be quiet, sir. I'm sorry.
>> Okay. Well, I'll explain to you. You can't push your mama cuz you guys are >> I didn't push my mom. I pushed her to ask her what the she did to call the law on me.
>> Okay. Well, she didn't call the law on you. It was Disney. Who would need you out of here?
>> Imagine that. I came for a vacation under the premise of it would be a vacation. It's not.
>> All right, ma'am. Let's get you up into the car. Okay.
>> Yeah. Arrest me.
>> Yes, ma'am. We are placing you under arrest.
>> Want to roll over?
>> Roll towards me. Roll over towards me.
Roll over towards me. Put your knees in.
Okay. One, two, three, up. Sir, >> I have a broken right foot, sir. Okay. I can't put all my weight on it.
>> One, two, three, up.
>> There you go. All right. We're going to take you to jail. Okay.
>> Stop, ma'am.
>> Sir, I You're just Stop. By the time they get her to the ground, the woman is having a fullon meltdown.
>> You were just running around. You were just running around.
>> I was, but it's my piggy.
>> Okay. Okay. Just walk.
>> OH MY GOD. WHAT DID I DO TO YOU? I'm sorry. Okay. Okay.
>> Stop this nonsense.
>> I quit. I quit. I quit. Okay. I quit. I don't know what I've done. This could >> stand up like an adult. I'm sorry.
>> Stand up and walk like an adult.
>> What is wrong with you? Why are you mad at me? Why?
>> Cuz you're not cooperating. What did I do wrong? Tell me what I did. You told me to get down and put my HANDS BEHIND MY BACK. I DID. WHAT DID I DO WRONG?
PLEASE TELL ME. Please tell me WHAT I DID WRONG. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG.
>> The fighting and crying continue when they try to get her downstairs. She claims her foot is injured, leaving her unable to walk. Minutes later, she's walking just fine.
>> I'm here.
>> We're trying.
>> No, you are me.
>> And I haven't done a 10 feet wrong in my whole life. You won't do it.
>> I haven't done a damn thing wrong in my whole life.
But go ahead. You know I do you right.
>> After nearly 30 minutes of drama, they finally get her into the car. You really have to feel bad for the poor mother who has apparently been dealing with this for a while.
>> She has a no bond status. That's the that's standard for all domestic crimes in the state of Florida. She'll have to have first appearance tomorrow and there'll be stipulations according to that. That is a large contusion. And how old are you, ma'am? 68.
>> Okay. Uh well, because of your age, it's elevated >> because it's elderly abuse.
>> Well, it's not that, ma'am.
>> At your age, you shouldn't be dealing with none of this.
>> And I can see your eyes starting to get a little black and blue as well.
>> That was when she was throwing things in the room yesterday. It's It's been a bad time.
>> Okay. So, alcohol issues, >> huh?
>> Alcohol issues. Actually, can can we not talk in front of everybody now, >> Miss Neil?
>> What?
>> You all right?
>> You do like you were going to do what you do.
>> Okay. I'm just I'm just I could just go ahead and do what you do.
>> Ma'am, you say nothing against my family. I'm not saying anything to it.
Just take me to jail. Just take me to jail.
>> Okay. All right. I was just making sure you're medically okay. Do what you do.
>> Okay. Watch yourself. Here's yet another multi-person brawl. This time inside of one of Disney's many shops. The look on the poor employee space says it all.
This is the fifth and final level. The inhuman.
Disney is first and foremost a family destination, so you can imagine how seriously the park took things when they found out one of their employees was secretly filming under the dresses of women and girls. A man named George Diaz Vega worked at Disney inside the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Park. During the time he worked there, his fellow employees noticed something strange. Vega had been using his position to target women and young girls. On March 30th, 2023, deputies arrived at Galaxy's Edge Park in response to a complaint filed by a mother on behalf of her 14-year-old daughter. The mother had filed a report stating that a Hispanic man approached them, dropped a toy, and when he been over to pick up the toy, he used his phone to snap a photo up the girl's skirt. The mother immediately notified security, but they were unable to find the man. The next day, a Disney employee spotted Vega and saw him do the same thing, which she reported to her supervisors.
>> Um, he was standing directing the line, right?
>> And he was holding like menus of the different lightsabers that we had >> and he dropped one that and it fell directly in front of him, >> right?
>> And there was a guest on to the right of him >> that was at the counter looking at the female >> um guest looking at the lightsabers.
>> Yep. And when he dropped his menu, he pulled out his phone.
>> Mhm.
>> And he bent down and with his left hand, he reached in front of him to grab the menu. And with his right hand, he reached under her skirt with his phone camera up and he was like taking photos of her.
>> How How you know he was taking photos?
>> Well, in my Did you see a light flash or >> did not see a flash, but >> you hear clicking or?
>> No, it was very It is my assumption. can go to make it easy.
>> Especially because there was no need for him to reach that way >> to pick up his menu and it would no need for him to have his phone out either.
>> Okay.
>> And there's no phone in that position.
>> You kind of you kind >> wasn't like a um work phone or anything, >> right?
>> Um and I feel like I don't know if he knows that I saw him, but as soon as he did it, he like put his phone back away and then he turned around and made eye contact and then he turned back around really fast. And then that's when I called my peers and reported it.
>> After Disney did some of his own detective work, they were finally able to identify one of the victims.
>> Unknowingly, you were a victim of a crime. Unknowingly, you didn't know. So, it it occurred. You you bought and then you left.
>> Okay.
>> So, what I'm here to fill in the the blanks. As you were at the register paying, a certain person came underneath your skirt with a cell phone and took a picture. That's in Florida. That's a that's a crime.
>> Video video borderism. So, I'm here to ask you, do you want to prosecute?
>> Um, one of the security officers stopped me um and told me that I might have been a witness to something and that they needed to talk to me.
And what did they tell you happened?
>> Um, well, at first I was just told that I might have witnessed something and that I'm not in trouble, but they'd like to speak with me. Um, and then another officer came in and he told me um that somebody was caught taking like a photo under my dress um in that shop um to let me know that it had happened. I didn't I wasn't aware previously that it had happened [music] until he told me, but the store and the time and everything checked out.
>> With a witness in hand, the deputies found Vega the next day. Upon searching him, they quickly confiscate his phone.
>> How you doing?
>> How's it going?
>> Good. Where's your cell phone, big dog?
>> Right here.
>> All right.
>> Yeah. Thank you.
>> Thank you.
>> All right. Just come with us.
>> Appreciate you. Is that the only one?
You don't have any other phones on you, right?
>> No.
