[00:00:03]Did I hold higher anthem in my tender heart and bleed berry red with the little ones I couldn't save despite lifting them by armpits to heaven dis squeals of delight.

[00:00:24]I still see her fair hair swishing a French cut in late spring a globe of light.

[00:00:36]And on that strange and curious day I fled to wave-lapped shores with ice cream and black silent screams when the clouds turned day to night.

[00:00:56]God blot this day away if you can sweep away our days.

[00:01:03]I wasn't there in the splintered chaos on that fateful afternoon when childhood dreams turned to ash and blew their years away so lightly like autumn maple leaves caught up in the impulsive play of a breath of God we supposed cared more for simple young souls.

[00:01:34]But on simple faith we simple folk grow old.

[00:01:42]I was I supposed a free man with a free mind but now I share common courtyards and cells within this weathered self finding infinity in bonsai trays, the whisper appearing streams of a time without space.

[00:02:07]A mind and heart so squeezed.

[00:02:12]May this juice fill a noble chalice to be poured in a later time when dreams are golden and paths are watered.

[00:02:24]The humble brooks flowering forgotten herbs that bless you in unknown ways.
