This is a classic case of a professional using regulatory compliance as a marketing moat to delegitimize cheaper alternatives. He frames basic safety common sense as exclusive medical wisdom to justify his own clinic's premium pricing.

The Stack Doctors Don't Want You to KnowAjouté :
Hey. Hey everybody.
Hey Jimmy. What's good my man? I apologize for being a little late. I uh just got off of a big meeting.
Just trying to get everybody off that meeting. I'm like, "Hurry up, hurry up.
We got to go. We gotta go.
All right.
Um, if a company says they are compounding in the US, but it still says research only, are they to be trusted?
I mean, that's a very convoluted question with a lot of back and forth on it. Um, because it depends on what your definition of trust is. If a Here's what I'll say. If a product, if a company says not for human consumption, for research only, doesn't matter anything else they say, doesn't matter because they are putting that there because they have to. Because what they're doing is making products that are completely unregulated by the FDA. They're making products in facilities that are completely unregulated. There's no standardization. There's no quality control.
anybody can just go into their garage, start making peptides, and legally sell it by saying not for human research, not for human consumption. So, um, when you're getting peptides that your doctor prescribes that are the reason why they don't have to put that on their packaging is because they're coming from a 503A pharmacy. that are coming from a facility that is FDA inspected, that is FDA regulated. That's the difference.
And so when you say, can they be trusted? I mean, a lot of people trust research peptides. So, you know, um let me know if that kind of answers that question. Uh can I can you rub my head?
I don't know. Can you rub my head, guys?
It's it it is I try to keep the head uh nice and shiny for you, but uh I'm on MRO and I'm not losing weight.
So, the number one reason why you stop losing weight is due to undereating. So, you're on these medications, you've been losing weight, but then you didn't you didn't know better. Nobody told you to stop. Nobody told you to pay attention to food consumption, right? So, you're not eating enough food over an extended period of time. That's that's the problem. And so, you go from a period of losing weight to not losing weight.
That's the pro that's that's the that's the Achilles heel, if you will. And so, um, the way that you fix that is with a structured medication or sorry, with a structured metabolic reset, like a like a reverse diet, if you will.
Um, hello blessed wife. Welcome, welcome. Thank you for being a uh YouTube member. I'm going to answer your question next because I do appreciate you being a member. Um, and then I'm going to uh discuss whatever else you guys want to discuss. So, I had SIBO, Candida, and parasites. Now, my colon isn't my colon isn't working. Everything gets stuck. Can peptides help my colon?
Um yes, the peptides in particular that might be of assistance to you if you had SIBO, candida, um gut issues, gut bugs would be uh uh LL37.
LL37 is a powerful antimicrobial peptide that essentially kills the bad bugs. It's anti-parasitic. It's anti- uh yeast. It's antibacterial, but what makes this peptide LL37 so powerful is it doesn't harm the bad bugs. It upregulates your immune system to target and kill the bad bugs while protecting the good bugs, if you will.
So, so it's called LL37. Another peptide that would be helpful would be thymus and alpha 1. But I'm going to tell you right now, guys, if you have SIBO, if you have bad bugs, um um candida overgrowths, um parasites, this is where functional medicine comes into play. Functional medicine is so powerful that it helps uh it helps move the the gut microbiome into the right direction. And and to to oversimplify it, kill the bad bugs, protect the good bugs, harmonize the microbiome, optimize the ratio of of good to bad bugs. So anyways guys, if you just joined us here here in the live, welcome, welcome. So my name is Dr. Jones. Um, just so you guys know, I have clinics that service across the nation, all 50 states. Um, thank you, Christine.
I work with our uh we have a team of medical providers. We have functional doctors. Um, I think what we do is is is very unique. Uh, we help people achieve lasting weight loss. That's the weight loss piece of what we do. I'm very very passionate about that because I used to be overweight. I used to be o obese myself. I was 100 pounds overweight and I struggled for a decade. So, so helping people manage their weight is a very passion uh a very high level of passion that I have for that. But we also help people in the in the biohacking, you know, physique optimization realm utilize peptides correctly. Um, we do hormone therapy for men and women. Um, and we also help people on um on the functional side. So, if you're struggling, hey Frankie, how are you?
You know, if I'm popping up on every platform, that means the social media gods, if you will, are trying to tell you something. I don't know what they're trying to tell you because I don't control what they what goes on your feed, but there might be something about my message that is resonating with you.
May maybe that's what it is. Um but uh functional medicine guys if you struggle with autoimmune disease postcoid inflammatory conditions and you're tired of standard health care because you don't get the answers you are victim of the standard labs trap. How many of you guys have this happen to you right where you go into your doctor and your doctor says hey your labs look great I'll see you next year you know Mrs. Richardson, but then you're like, "Doc, I feel like I don't feel good. I don't feel like I'm not okay. I'm gaining 5 to 10 pounds every single year."
But they're telling you you're fine. Go go go go go exercise, go try to sleep better, you know, eat better food.
That's what they tell you. THAT'S ALL THEY tell you. This is the standard labs trap. And and and this is what I call the gray zone. The gray zone for standard health care are people like you who are struggling, who feel like crap and they don't get an answer because standard health care doesn't address your issues until you've progressed to the point where you have a disease.
You've progressed to the point where now you have a disease. Now you're pre-diabetic and diabetic. Now you're 50 lbs overweight, borderline obesity, and now they say, "Whoa, whoa, whoa. All right, you have a problem." Hello everybody. Uh, let's treat you with this pharmaceutical agent.
Medication, medication, medication, right? Or surgery, surgery, surgery. But nobody ever has a conversation with you about staying healthy.
Ain't that a, you know, wouldn't how amazing would would would would life be if if doctors actually tried to keep you healthy and they had solutions for you. The system was set up to help support the doctors to work with you to keep you healthy.
Why do you have to get so unhealthy before they give a damn about you? Well, you know, that's not the doctor's fault.
Uh that is the way that the system is built. The system wasn't built for you.
The system was built for them being uh um stockholders.
uh cuz these are these are massive massive companies. Uh and and and you know, anyways, enough about that. But let me help you guys. What questions do you have? And and real quick, you know, if you guys are looking for my help, if you want to work with me, if you want to work with my coaches, if you're if you're tired of being sick and tired, shoot us a text message, guys, at the 229 number. The 229. Uh that's how you can reach out to my team. Just be sure to include your name and your email. Let them know that you want to get set up for a free consult, guys. It's a free consultation to speak with my team. Um, and uh, decide whether you want to work with me or my coaches or my medical team.
Okay. So, oh, and by the way, real quick, last thing I'll say is if you're watching me on TikTok right now and you aren't already following me on YouTube, YouTube is my number one platform. So, go to YouTube, type in Dr. Jones DC, you'll find my YouTube page, and uh be sure to turn on the bell so that you don't miss out because we put out five videos every single week where I discuss micro um uh actually micro doing uh uh base support protocols. Like, we really want to help you guys be as successful as possible and we put it out there on YouTube uh completely free for you guys.
Fantastic. River Horse, thank you so much. Uh, okay. So, let's see. Is it common that WGOI causes hair loss? Not so common, but it does happen. Usually, you're losing your hair because you're malnourished, you're stressed out, you're losing weight too quickly. Can a type 1 diabetic take right a true tide? Probably not a good idea. Um I would talk to your provider, your diabetes provider about changing any medications, especially if you have type 1 diabetes. Um micro doing is not five milligrams. 5 milligrams of trespatide is not micro doing. All right guys, micro doing means taking lower lower than the starter dose. Okay? So if your dose is higher than the starter dose, that is not a micro dose. Micro dose is lower than the starter dose.
micro doing GLP-1s is not a weight loss strategy. A lot of these large tellahalth companies are literally trying to just jump on the the bandwagon, if you will, because everybody's excited about the phrase micro doing. They think they're micro doing, but they're taking standard clinical doses. That's not a that's not a micro dose, guys. In the beginning of your weight loss journey, you need a standard clinical dose. You very very infrequently can someone start off on a micro dose and that be enough? Can it happen? Yes. Does it happen? Yes. How often? Very rare.
There's nothing wrong with needing a standard dose, 2 and a half milligrams of trespatide, for example.
What would be different about working with my company is that our goal would be to keep you on the lowest effective dose, the lowest dose possible to accomplish the sweet spot of food chatter suppression. I don't want you to be over suppressed. I want you to have an appetite. I want you to be able to eat.
I don't want you to be disgust, you know, disgusted with food or barely able to eat a couple bites before you get full. Like, that's awful. and that's not a good place to be. So, lowest effective dose if that's five milligrams, if that's two and a half milligrams, whatever it is, guys. Um, uh, GJ, will you have a possib possibility for online consultations with people outside the US? So, we do get this question a lot about individuals outside of the US. So, let me talk about that, guys. If you're watching me from the UK or anywhere else in the world, um all of our coaching is done on Zoom. So if you and it's a done it's done over American times usually between 2 to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. So if you're overseas and you can and you can make that time work and you have a good internet connection, you can join our coaching program and we can help you in the in the coaching. So, like for example, if you're trying to lose weight and you're frustrated and you know, you have the peptides out there wherever you're at in the world, but you don't have access to support and coaching, we got you covered. We can help you, but you got to have, you know, access to Zoom. You obviously got to speak English and your our time frame in in afternoon US time has to work for you.
Um, what is considered low test with your agency? Are you talking about low testosterone or what are you what are you asking about specifically?
Um yes I have seen the research on on GLP-1 medications and the cancer rate like literally impacting the development of cancer reducing cancer risk. And when you think about cancer and you think about metabolic health, we know that insulin resistance, inflammation, not the only driver of cancer, but it absolutely is a driver of cancer. So, it's not surprising at all that these medications are at the forefront of of helping individuals uh as part of of their program to prevent cancer. Um uh when we prescribe AODD guys, we prescribe uh AODD troies. That's our our preferred method of AODD.
Do you have clinics in Dallas? So, we service all 50 states, guys. Just so you know, we service all 50 states wherever you're at in the US.
Hello, LMG.
Uh, testosterone level of 328 um is a very low testosterone score.
Guys, if you have a testosterone score as a male beneath 500, below 500, that is starting to get low. Suboptimal and low. Clinically though, they don't consider you in the medical definition of testosterone levels to 95 and they think you're fine. Meanwhile, as a male, if your total testosterone is freaking usually above below 600, you don't feel good. You have brain fog. You're tired.
Anxiety. you can't build muscle, you can't maintain muscle, maybe your sex drive is decreased, maybe you're less confident. Like, and by the way, testosterone isn't only for males. It's also for females. Testosterone therapy is very, very powerful for ladies. And it impacts them the exact same way as it does for males. confidence, energy, motivation, um um resilience, uh responsiveness to the gym and workouts.
Um why would you add peptides alongside your GLP1? Because there are peptides that do different things than the GLP-1 medications. So guys, we talk about how to optimize your weight loss, how to optimize your GLP-1 results. There are four main categories. One category that's really, really powerful is inflammation. How can you bring down inflammation? And I want to talk about that next. How many of you guys currently are struggling with inflammation? Let me know in the comments right now. Do you have an autoimmune disease? What kind of autoimmune disease do you have? Do you have another type of inflammatory condition that's maybe non-autoimmune?
Right? Inflammatory conditions like PCOS, Lyme's disease, postcoid, uh, menopause is not a disease in the sense of a disease, but it kind of is like a disease. It's it's a it's an it greatly impacts your health. Um, and it drives inflammation and insulin resistance if you're in pmenopause or menopause, ladies.
um it is a detrimental impact to your overall weight maintenance and your overall health.
Um and then if you have both menopause and PCOS, it's going to be that much harder for you to lose weight.
Uh so you got diabetes, inflammation issues.
Uh if you have issues with healing, it's the ankle twist. Yes, BBC TB500 are going to be powerful therapies for you.
Uh best peptide to stay asleep.
I mean, Dip is your most powerful sleep peptide by a large margin, just so you know. How do I feel about tessammoralin for a woman? I think a lower dose. I see women taking doses the same dose as a man, which I think is kind of unnecessary. Uh usually with women, uh tessamorin starting off at 250 micrograms, maybe 500 micrograms. Men can be between 500 and 1,000 micrograms.
Um yes, Tracy, I would love to help you. I I would love to provide you the support that you need. So shoot us a text message. You you can get into my coaching program. Uh yes, we are taking patience, guys. And and and as a reminder, we do service all 50 states.
Do I think reachide is better than Tzepide? In most cases, yes, Tz reatride is better than Tzepide. But if food chatter is a really big issue for you, Tzepide is better at handling food chatter than retoide. So that's the difference. They're different tools.
Some of our patients are stacking tzepide and reatride because they want the best of both worlds. They want some some powerful metabolic benefit from reachide, but they still want powerful appetite suppression from tzepatide.
Uh yes guys uh pretty roasta we do service Maryland correct. Uh Sylvia I have two autoimmune diseases. I have a consultation next week. Fantastic. Super excited for you Sylvia. Uh lowd dose now track zone is very very powerful. Lowdos now track zone is awesome.
Uh, let's see. Good peps for PCOS.
So, if you have PCOS, thanks, Gabe. I appreciate that. That means the world to me. I I really really do put my best foot forward and and try to help you guys out as much as I possibly can with with the with the content that we put out. So, thank you. That that that does mean a lot to me. Um, best peptides for PCOS. So, when you think about PCOS, you're thinking about lots of insulin resistance and lots of inflammation. So, there aren't peptides that directly address insulin resistance besides your GLP-1 meds. So, your GLP-1 medications absolutely number one peptide for PCOS. After that, I would look at inflammation. So, probably BPC KPV. Uh we have a combo product that offers both 500 micrograms of the BBC and 500 micrograms of the KPV. Those are really powerful. Um and then lowd dose nraxone guys LDN is not a med is not a peptide. It's not a small molecule drug either. It's actually a medication. Now track is an FDA approved medication for different indications. But micro doing now is what they call LDN. Very very powerful. Uh yes mama splitting reatrite to tzepide lower doses is something that a lot of our patients are taking advantage of uh BBC M tessa moralin good to run. I mean, sure, Leo, without having any information about you or your goals, that could be a good cycle, just generally speaking. Of course, if I knew more about what you're trying to accomplish, if my team knew more about what you're trying to accomplish, they can give you better recommendations that are more tailored to you. How do I make an appointment? Yes, Ganna, if you guys, some of you guys are asking how to reach out to us. If you guys want to reach out to us, if you want to schedule a free consultation and decide whether or not you want my team's help, um, I do provide personally one-on-one coaching, I take a handful of of clients and patients for that. And I also have my group coaching, which is more affordable. So, what whatever makes sense for you guys. Um, and if you're looking for help with with functional medicine, we have an onstaff functional doctor. Uh, her name is Dr. Allen and she's freaking amazing. So, usually that's going to be for your bigger like I want to fix my autoimmune disease. I want to fix blank. If you have like health issues and this goes beyond weight loss that you want to fix your overall health and prevent the progression of disease, that's functional medicine. Of course, weight loss and weight management is going to help you with that because when you manage your weight, you are preventing disease progression, but functional medicine is a whole different nightmare.
like long COVID. GI, I'm glad you bring that up. A lot of people right now are struggling with long CO. Um, if you have a lot of inflammatory like symptoms and you don't have any explanation and you've had COVID in the past, that that could probably that probably is the issue. Of course, we don't know yet, but um any peptides for fighting a melanoma?
No, not that I'm aware of.
Um, the foundo I think is going to be an improvement on oral GLP-1 options.
I just don't think it's going to be all the oral options are just never going to be as good as the injections.
>> Any suggestions for a herniated disc?
Uh, I would do some local therapy. Like it sounds like you're doing the spinal decompression, which is great. Um, I would also add BBC KP uh BBC TB500. The BBC is anti-inflammatory. The the TB500 is also going to going to upregulate the healing uh impacts and and deliver better healing. So BBC K uh and TB500, that's our Wolverine stack. Uh Isabelle, if you're looking to get Tzepide or any peptides or or or any of these things that we're talking about, um we do service all 50 states. So, shoot us a text message, guys, at the 229 number.
Um, and uh we'll we'll get you guys the the the help you need, the support that you need. We have a medical team that prescribes all 50 states. If you're doing this on your own and you just want a good prescription and a medical team to back you up, we're here. If you guys want coaching, that's different. If you want coaching for your GLP-1 weight loss journey, if you want to work with a with a team of coaches that's going to help you stay on the lowest dose that's going to implement lifestyle change to to actually achieve permanent weight maintenance because that's what it's all about, guys, when it comes to losing weight. I hate to say it, but who cares about losing weight? Losing weight is only a fraction of the battle, but the majority of the battle is being able to maintain that weight loss for the rest of your life. How many times have you guys lost and regained the same 50 lbs in your lifetime? Right? Can you can you count it on one hand? Do you need two hands to count it? Do you do you need more than do you need three hands to count how many times? Um I don't have experience with PNC um MAD, so I apologize.
Uh, oh, thank you, Oscar. That's very, very kind. Wow. Nobody's ever donated 50 bucks. Thank you so much. That's a good lunch for 50 bucks. That's a good lunch.
Um, I'll tell you what, we uh have been uh there's a new um dinner. Uh there's a there's a new restaurant that me and my fiance go to for dinner cuz we try to like go out once a week. What what is some healthy food that you can get from a restaurant? If you want my opinion, I I got a big big uh um kick on hot pot. I think hot pot restaurants, if you're looking for food that you can eat that's that's exotic, that's different, that's tasty, that's relatively healthy, I think hot pot is where it's at because it's loaded with vegetables. You get a lot of flavor. the calories are reasonable because you can just stock up on a bunch of meat and veggies. So, I'm a big fan of of restaurants that I can try to eat reasonably healthy. Of course, when I'm going out, I'm I'm definitely, you know, a little bit more relaxed and and you know, it depends on what your goal is. If you're in the weight loss phase, you got to be a little bit more um put some more intention behind where you're going to eat, right? But thank you, Carlos. I appreciate that.
Uh, Brazilian barbecue is also if you're doing the carnivore diet, Brazilian, you can't go wrong with Brazilian.
Um, all right. I was told uh, eight days was okay by my doctor. Yeah, you can do every eight days as long as you're tracking the dose. Um, can you take Tessaoralin while you're on tepatide?
Yes, you can. Is it necessary to take lipo C early in your GLP-1 journey? Not necessarily. No. Although you can take it and it might help, but it's not necessary for everybody. What do you do when you're plateauing on tzepide? You, if you were working with my team, guys, um we would do a structured metabolic reset. So, a structured metabolic reset is um taking three to six weeks and slowly increasing your your calorie intake because you probably have been undereating. And I'll tell you guys, when you do a metabolic reset and you start eating a lot more food, oh my gosh, you feel so much better. Like any anybody in here watching this, some of you have done a reset and you guys know how that how that works, right? Your energy increases. you feel less brain foggy. Um you uh uh you're you're less constipated, right? Like everything changes. Uh oh, thank you uh Pretty Rasta. That is so kind of you. Thank you so much. Um I didn't even know donating was a thing on YouTube live, but thank you so much.
Um I was told one gram of protein per pound of target body weight. Yes. So if your target weight is 220, 220 grams of protein. Now look, understand that that formula is a quick estimate, one gram of protein per pound of target body weight, assuming that your target is in a healthy body fat percentage. If your target body weight is is is actually a bad target and it's more than you should weigh, well then that recommendation is going to be skewed.
So, so the proper protein recommendation, one pound per p, one gram per pound of target body weight assumes you have a good target, a good body fat percentage and and a good weight. I'll tell you guys to oversimplify it. For most females, 150 grams of protein. For most males, 200 grams of protein. Is that oversimplified? Yes. Is your individual recommendations maybe a little different? Yes. Would most people do fine if they just shot for 150 or 200 mA female or male? Yeah, you you you'd be fine. Um but I know a lot of you are not getting anywhere near 150 grams of protein. And so my concern would be that yeah, you start losing muscle mass. Getting enough protein is one of the easiest things to do to protect your muscle mass next to lifting heavy weights. You got to lift heavy weights.
Um, let's see. All right, I got one more question here and then I got to run, guys. As a reminder, um, I'll answer that question, Gigi. That's a really good question. Um, so the question is, why management and coaching versus self?
I mean, look guys, if you can do this on your own, fantastic. get off your ass and do it on your own and I'll support you with my free content as much as I possibly can. But if you've been watching my content for a while and you're still struggling, you need coaching. You need help. The best of the best in this world didn't become the goats of what they do on their own. They got help. They got support. They got coaching. They got accountability. They got they got someone to to report to. They got someone to help them, you know, deal with the barriers. And that's what coaching is all about. So, if you guys want to do this with my help or my team's help, shoot us a text message at that 229 number. Um, schedule a free consultation. Just so you know, the the consultation that's free. It's not a hardcore sales sort of process. Yes, they are going to recommend programs and yes, that's a sales process there. Full disclosure, but but there's very different types of experiences out there. And I want you to know that I pride myself on my team maintaining a good relationship with you and and never making anybody feel bad if they decide not to work with my company because my team knows that I don't tolerate that and and they won't work for me if that's what they do. So anyways guys, that's it. Um be sure to follow me on YouTube.
Uh if you're not already following me on YouTube, uh it is uh Dr. Jones DC. Um and uh I'd love to get you guys there and help you guys out as much as we can.
GHK copper, I think, is a phenomenal peptide. So, hair, skin, and nails, um, and and general anti-aging. Thank you, Lori. I appreciate that. Um, either way, whether now is the right time or not, but I got you guys covered. Take care, everybody.
