Modern workers, particularly Gen Z, are increasingly dissatisfied with employment not due to laziness but because of systemic economic pressures including high cost of living, lack of meaningful career paths, and feeling exploited by the current job market, which has historically provided better wages and benefits than today.

Why Nobody Wants To Work Anymore?Added:
I was asleep. We had about four or five cops on it. We're doing a interview on We Don't Need Jobs Anymore with Wow. Yeah. Wow. Kids today don't want to work. Everybody complains that supposedly people don't want to work. Everybody's lazy. Everybody's getting unemployment. But that's about what it is. People just I don't want to work anymore. This generation does because I working I working every day very hard and I never had money.
What the [ __ ] are we doing on this earth, man? Every day, most of us wake up and go to a job that we really don't [ __ ] like, but we can't really quit because we got to get the money to pay the bills that they say it's important to pay. What the [ __ ] is the point of this life, man?
We go to grocery stores and buy food that God gave us for free. Why the [ __ ] do we pay for lights? What? That's just the way it is. [ __ ] you. I'm tired of all this. That's just the way it is. [ __ ] This whole [ __ ] system is garbage. America ain't nothing but a big ass [ __ ] plantation, man. A big ass [ __ ] plantation. What the [ __ ] If you are a part of the Gen Z burnout, you want to quit your job personally, then now has never been the time.
Now is has never been more of a time to express your feelings about how you don't want to work at McDonald's anymore cuz you feel like you have more to offer to society. Exploring some of these videos. Uh this is the first video I'd like to show you guys. People are not refusing to work.
People are refusing to be exploited. Those are Yes. People are tired of being exploited. Like I feel like it's not about going to work. It's more about going to work and then not being able to afford food. Like literal being able to eat? Like I feel like that's the difference. Do you think there was Do you think he's lazy or do you think there was actually no career path that made sense? like was he going to work for the next 18 years of his life and still be broke, you know, and think about how much of that life think about what he could be doing with what he wants to do instead of like getting money to provide. I mean, like we have robots and we have systems in place in businesses that we have used to travel things all over the world. So, we know how to do it. There's got to be I don't know anything about political stuff. I just know that there's got to be a better answer for some of this stuff, you know? Like I wonder what the percent of people is that want to keep jobs because they like their jobs so much because there's obviously people that don't like their jobs, but there's also people that definitely do like their jobs. So, I wonder what the percentage of people that do like their jobs is compared to don't. Comment that. You'll comment that for me so I don't have to look it up. American, British, and European workers of the 1950s through 1970s experienced something genuinely remarkable. Rising real wages, growing job security, expanding benefits, affordable hous, let's just get that back.
So, if you've been thinking about quitting your job and you think that's the answer, I think the best answer is just to talk about it like this on the internet and get everybody's vote and opinion.
I think the problem lies is that we think we're superior to other humans and other animals. Like, like stick with me for a second. We think we're superior. I think that's what religion teaches us. And I think that's what like like I think if I was to say if I had the worth to somebody and when I do say it to it's like if I me and a snake like I have intellectual superiority over the snake so I am better than the snake but I can't get my head around that because we are just one of the animals. I don't and I know that's not going to click with everybody that I'm saying how I'm saying it. It's not money that is the root of all evil. It's the love for money that's the root of all evil. The greed for it. And think about it like to keep on the society to continue money is the root of all evil. People should be doing what they want with their lives. We need to continue society. So, it's not just like white and black, but there shouldn't be a 1% of the population that lives completely different than everyone else because of something like money.
And there's a majority like a large population can't even afford to eat. Let's keep it real for a second. Do you wish you could go and travel the world, but you can't because of money? Do you feel like you are stuck in the city you're living in because of money? Every human should travel the world because every human has the opportunity to do great things. It it doesn't matter. You you you can be the next Einstein but born in poverty. Think about how that's setting our society back because they never had the opportunities other people had to. They got discouraged easier. Not because they were a weaker person, but because they had a harder circumstance.
So, I feel like for me, this idea kind of hit me like a train. I was applying for jobs right after I graduated and then I realized that half of these jobs are just ghost jobs. They're not even real. Like they're just for companies to get tax breaks.
I really hope we don't have to fight humans to humans anymore. Death should never be in the equation. We should never let money go over the environment or human rights to all humans.
You know, there's there's people that are thinking there's people that are evolving their minds in a way that we've never seen animals evolve them before. And that is really cool. And I think because evolution is there, you know, I don't think humans can stop that evolution. I think we'll still have those minds that evolve and eventually it all figure itself out. If I don't make a life for myself, I will never have a life. I will always be trapped in a 9 to5.

No, thank Can I get chopsticks?
Okay. Yeah, I think they put chopsticks in there. You You can You can eat while you talk if you want, but if you don't want to if you want to like do it first and then enjoy your meal after, it's all cool. I don't care. Yeah. I just want to hear your story and like, you know, hear your thoughts on things. Well, I I have uh multiple personalities. Yeah. So, it's like you just feel like you don't think the way everyone else feels. Right. Right. Yeah. And it it be a lot Yeah. It's kind of crazy to think that like our school system hasn't changed since like the birth of it. And now with the internet and AI, it's like we're discouraging new learning methods. And I was just explaining to him that all there's good people out here. There's some smart people out here. Yeah. Living on the land. Yeah. The way they choose to do it. Shouldn't see you, but it is. Yeah. But at least you are in touch with the world. At least you can say that. Appreciate you guys watching and I'm actually liking this new style of video. I'm trying to figure out all the little things and how I want it to work and just getting used to it. I'm tying in some of the real life stuff. But I like sitting down at the desk.
I like getting real up and close with you guys. I will see you tomorrow. Peace.
