The money had to come from 10 separate bonding services, which is hard to find in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Now, Judge Melissa Blackburn changed the rules once again, making sure he has no bond. He can't be released to the public. There are actual killers walking the streets while they're waiting for a trial. Do you know who was given bond? Can I Taylor who shot 12 people in Toledo, Ohio just a week ago? He was given half a million dollar bond. So like a third of the value of the original bond given to Daltton Etherly who defended himself when he was attacked by Joshua Fox. You might be saying it's a different state.

[00:05:46]Well, in Montgomery County, Tennessee, the black criminal Richard Nolton is walking the street after murdering someone over a pair of headphones. He had 34 prior charges. He was arrested multiple times after he served time for this murder. He was out on probation when he shot his coworker over headphones. In the same exact county, Montgomery County, Tennessee, in 2025, Jeremiah Sanders murdered Jaden Ruglas.

[00:06:07]And the same judge who gave the bond to Cher, Judge William Goodman, gave this man a $50,000 bond for murdering someone. They denied Dalton the access to his Bible because they say he has access electronically is a violation of Tennessee code 4121-11. They won't release his vehicle to his fiance. They explicitly said that they are holding him based on his social media posts.
