The physical feat is remarkable, but the sensationalist framing risks reducing sacred indigenous heritage to a mere backdrop for adrenaline-fueled content. True discovery requires more cultural humility than a clickbait title suggests.

I Discovered the Most Dangerous Ancient City in America... Hidden 2000 Feet Up (day 3)Added:
Here we go.
I just hiked 21 days straight in the canyons of Utah. I discovered ancient cities no one has seen in a thousand years. I repelled off cliffs. I free solo climbed up cliffs. I found pots. I found cities.
I found things that no one's seen or touched in a thousand years. I'm repelling 100 feet down to an ancient cliff dwelling. So, this is day three of the most extreme ancient city in America that I discovered. And we started over here by this giant megalith.
You can see the walls.
And then we went along the cliff, all the way over here.
You can see some doors in there.
And then I hiked all the way over here, over a canyon, over there, over here, all the way back to here, and we made it.
You can see a greenery down below.
And those crazy free solo ancient people.
There's evidence there was a tower on top.
That is nuts.
The ancient warriors free solo climbed up there. So, now I haven't found a way down, but I'm just going to repel down the cliff [snorts] down to there, and hopefully I can find a way back up. I just found something so beautiful, but it's a heartbreaker.
Look at this arrow head right on the surface.
It has hit its mark.
Probably hit a animal's bone.
Broke off.
Still gorgeous.
That could be 10 to,000 years old.
Another strange thing. I've never seen so many with holes. Let me blow that out.
[snorts] Ah, didn't blow out. But that one has a hole.
This one has a hole.
Something tells me they had these on a string.
Like that's I've never seen so many with a hole.
Today is so exciting. We're going to repel down cliffs into that newly discovered ancient city I found here in America.
But look how exciting it is. Look at that giant hole.
It looks like it goes up and over.
And there's definitely room.
Someone could climb up there. And right off the bat, I spot a hidden grainery I've never known about.
I'm just so exciting.
Excited.
We're going to find so much. We're going to see so much.
Let's do a quick trip over to this greenery.
This ancient city keeps on getting wilder and wilder.
Look at this. They dug, they cut out a hole to trap water.
There's a huge cave on this side.
Looks like it goes way up and over.
Look at the landscapes below.
And we got the greenery right over here.
What a wild place.
Look at this.
Whoa.
It's a whole cave system.
Holy.
What?
It's all filled with rat poop now, but it went way that way.
Whoa.
This could have been a whole dwelling back here.
That is so crazy.
This is by far the most interesting extreme city in America.
Look at these dwellings.
Tiny, tiny little greenery.
But it gets more extreme. I found another ancient city right up here.
Those two dwellings.
So this whole canyon people were running away from something and hiding. [clears throat] I might have to camp for a fourth day.
Continue exploring.
Now I got to explore around in this cave.
Guys, I am literally exploding with excitement now that I found a third ancient city way down here.
What the heck forced these guys to live under the cliffs?
They'd be literally crawling around.
Look at those crows. Ravens.
But what a beautiful place, man.
Look at this. It's like a 2,000 ft drop.
But the landscape, man. [sighs] Look at that little hot dog, man. I want to go explore down there.
Look way over there.
Oh, look at that. There's a legit cave down there.
The entrance is full of tiny pebbles.
was definitely blocked off at one time.
It was probably dug out with fire.
Same with this.
That is cool.
I need to go down into this canyon.
This is amazing. I spotted a grainery on the other side. I doubt you guys will be able to see, but comment if you can see right up above the al cove.
It's got like four ruins. I can tell looking out at it with the binos.
Same with this little al cove.
That is crazy.
So, I have not found a way down.
So, I'm going to have to repel straight off this cliff 100 ft down.
I tied a good knot to this branch.
I got a good deal off team on this rope and climbing gear. So hopefully this $20 pays off.
All right, here goes here goes nothing.
All right, made it to the bottom.
Still holding pretty good.
That'll do the trick. I'll get on my climbing gear.
Hopefully team you is good enough. Wish me luck, guys.
Someone help me quit caffeine. I drink a lot of coffee in Red Bull.
Someone give me ideas on how to quit.
That's the only thing I'm addicted to.
It's caffeine.
Keep telling myself it's not bad.
That's the only thing I'm addicted to.
But I need to slow down. So, I'm going to have this Red Bull put on this Teamu thing. I don't know what it does, but I'm going to put it on. Then, we'll repel 100 ft down.
If you guys haven't yet, subscribe.
Once I hit 100,000 subscribers, I'm gonna let you guys vote where I should go. Anywhere on the world, any pyramid, any country.
I'll explore all the most mysterious ancient places in the world.
But right now, I'm repelling 100 ft down to an ancient cliff dwelling. So, subscribe.
Here we go.
All right, guys. We survived. I just repelled 100 [clears throat] ft down and now we're going to explore repel one more time to the ancient cliff dwelling.
If you haven't, hit the hype button.
That makes the videos explode like a rocket. Thank you guys.
So we repelled down this 100 ft down.
Now we got another 100 ft to repel down.
And then we can see this ancient ka along with this the roof on top.
I can't believe these ancient guys climbed up there.
But I am so excited. I don't think anyone has ever been down there. There's something else over here.
So, this will be the first time in a thousand years someone goes down and explores these ruins.
the very first time you will ever see this on YouTube. So, please hit the hype button, comment absolutely anything, one word, one letter, hit the like, and I'll see you guys down there.
I am so excited to get down there.
It looks like there was three kas, one here and another ancient ka here.
But look at all those logs and the bark.
That is 100% a collapsed ka.
And then this who knows what's in there.
So this is cool. I came to the other side.
There's another hidden grainery deep under there.
So, we have so much to see if I can just find a way down.
So, it was too scary. I couldn't find a way down.
I think I'm going to have to head back.
You know, I'm kidding. I just free solo climbed down these cliffs. And it gets better. We finally found some rock art.
Guys, this is the rarest opportunity ever.
This is the first time anyone has seen these in a thousand years.
Look at that.
We got that uh what do you call those throwing spheres?
Man, it just left me. But we got the sun, a spear in the back of an animal.
And what is that?
Got a lot to take in.
And then something really cool. You might not be able to see, but see all these that is like a 12T snake.
Goes all the way to here.
This is an incredible discovery, [snorts] guys. There's literally no way to get to this besides climbing [snorts] down a sheer cliff.
So, me and you are the first ones to see this in possibly a thousand years.
Oh, yeah. That's what it is. Adaladdle.
But how did they get up there?
What is this? It's like a snake with legs. Oh, no. That's That's like a sheep with like seven six legs.
But going to set you guys down so you can see how big it is.
How did they get up there?
That's incredible.
How did they get up there?
That highest one is like 10 feet up.
What? Comment below what this makes you think of.
And this one's just bizarre.
What?
It's like a caterpillar sheep.
Same with the one above.
This ancient city gets more mysterious the more I look away. Look around. It gets older, bigger, and crazier.
So, I was looking at this cave down here, and then to the right, I noticed something.
There was another site down here. Those are logs from Aka.
That's from Aka roof.
And to the right is a fullon wall. You can see there is 1 2 3 four five six rooms.
And that looks extremely old. And if they're living there, of course, they were going into that cave. So they were living up here, down there, even on that side of the cliff.
They were living all through here.
And then there's ancient sites on this side.
It was one massive city.
I can't believe National Geographic Discovery Channel. No one comes and covers this stuff. Like there was literally hundreds of millions of natives in these canyons. Wasn't thousands, it was millions.
So, I just solo climbed down another set of cliffs. I almost pooped my pants.
But look at this.
We're getting so much closer.
Look at that ancient ka.
Look at this.
I don't think anyone's been in that in the last thousand years.
But if you guys haven't subscribed yet, subscribe. Once I hit 100,000 subscribers, I'm going to give you guys [snorts] I'm going to let you guys be in charge of the channel. I'm going to let you guys vote which ancient mystery site I should go to. Doesn't care what part of the world it is. I literally have no fear. I'll climb any mountain, go in any cave, go in any pyramid.
Literally have no fear. Well, except spiders. Those things are greasy as heck.
Why do they look so greasy? But anyhow, this is going to be one epic channel once we hit 100,000 followers.
So, I just repelled down another couple hundred feet.
And now I found a secret cave that I got to climb down into.
Whoa, stupid binos keep falling out.
This is wild.
So, the last time people were doing this was probably a good thousand years ago.
So, I got to find a way to friction climb.
Oh, there we go.
Friction climbing is fun. scrape your body.
I think that is it, guys.
This is the pathway to the ancient city.
Whoa, there's so many hidden chambers.
Whoa. Where does that go?
There's another hidden cave.
This is amazing.
There is no city like this where you got to repel down 1,000 feet, climb through a cave.
Looks like they had wood.
So, my guess is they had rope and ladders to get down where I repelled.
But I think we made it.
Dang.
We made it.
Hey, look at that. Now I could crawl over to that.
Whoa.
This rock is wedged.
Man, I got to move fast.
That rock is literally hanging 1,000 ft.
Whoa.
There's all kinds of hidden rooms.
There's a wall there, a wall here, and a cave that goes way back there.
Insane.
How old do you guys think this is?
Look at all this.
So, a room here.
This is so ancient.
I feel like this is older than a thousand years.
Wow.
The first time a human has been here in a thousand years. It's so old. That's the door that Oh, man.
Yeah. These are both doors from when this was a full sight.
No way.
A rounded one. Usually when they're rounded, that was a living space.
Because if you guys didn't know, a round building is good for your electromagnetic field. There's so much more to our bodies, but this is where these guys lived 1,000 years ago. Look at all this soot.
They always left a hole for the smoke to come out.
And then the big part of the city is over here, man.
So, we came from the very top about 1,000 ft up, repelled down.
Man, now I see a greenery I never saw.
Man, I'm excited.
Sorry.
Can't help it.
I get way too excited.
Look at that.
It's preserved pretty good for how old it was.
Wow. [sighs] I cannot wait to get over there. Yes. I see rock art.
I see rock art.
Awesome.
Is that a bird or a man?
Superman.
Wow. I have got to be careful.
One fall and you're going thousands of feet.
Yeah. These were all rooms just destroyed by nature.
Oh man, guys, these warriors must have felt like kings.
Look at this little outlook and a vertical drop like a,000 ft down.
My goodness.
Yeah, you could travel all the way over to that other site.
I think it's time to go over there.
Check out that rock art.
One more look.
This little dwelling literally off the edge of a cliff.
Can you imagine packing these giant trees down here?
Wow.
So, now we got to hop on that sketchy rock.
It's just balanced.
Man, I'm going crazy in my mind. I want to go down in this cave. Want to go this way, that way.
That was scary.
So now we can either go under.
That is scary.
This is all loose.
That's angled.
Ooh man, that is all that is all cracked.
Is there another way?
Look at that. Another cave.
Oh man.
I'm just going to have to go.
Oh man.
Okay, I'll run.
Oh, I made it.
There was a dwelling here and here.
Now we're almost there.
Holy.
Come up a little higher.
It's less sketchy, man. [sighs and gasps] What a place.
So this is where the first ka was.
All these logs were the roof of a giant ka.
Man, that's wild.
So much history.
Here we are.
We're here.
in the newly discovered city.
Literally, we're the first ones here.
In a thousand years.
Take a look.
Think how long that took to cut with rock tools.
And this is how they would uh waterproof their kas with juniper bark.
They would have covered the entire ka.
Wow. [sighs] A collapsed ka.
I see corn.
Lots of corn cobs.
Scattered rock everywhere.
Oh my goodness.
Look at all this bark.
was a huge city. Look at all the soot.
Oh yes.
Uh pictographs.
Woohoo.
This is so exciting.
Oh yeah, the rock art pictograph.
And over there you can see the swivels like the whole wall is painted red and white.
That is so cool.
Here we go.
The first ever look on YouTube.
the first ones to see this rock art. Now, is that a bird or a human?
And notice the red dots.
I bet those represent stars.
Wow. Everything was painted.
Look at those handprints all around. And there's this white line.
And look at these sticks protruding out where they would probably hang meat to dry.
Wow.
Whoa.
This is so cool.
So, there's all these kas, but of course, they would have been living way back here.
Look at the layer of soot.
That is way over a thousand years of soot.
All right, I see the first piece of pottery.
Look at this. This is interesting.
No one else noticed this. Lots of people think these are the lines of a basket.
These are actually hand pressed in by a human thumb. Look at the fingerprints on each one.
That is amazing.
Can you see? Each one of those was pressed with a little finger.
Wow.
So there was a ton of kas.
I think this was one.
This was one.
And this was one.
And there's even more logs. There could have been another one.
My goodness.
This one's built on top of a rock.
That is amazing.
There's tiny red pictograph.
Oh yeah, this is all solid ground.
That is so amazing, you guys.
There was another dwelling here.
That's the door.
Yeah, I think there was Wow, look at that giant bee.
Yeah. So, I think there is one, two, three, four, five.
And then that one over there, six kas.
And then that dwelling over there.
So, seven, eight dwellings.
[snorts] Oh my goodness. There's too much.
Too much.
Look at that.
A bone.
Corn cobs.
Thousand-y old corn cobs.
Here's where the corn is pressed in.
Oh, wow. Here's one of the doors.
Look how perfect it is.
Is literally a door.
So, we were just over there. Look at those rub marks there, the [clears throat] handprints there, the pictograph here, and there's a mysterious depression right here. I know for a fact there was another ka here. There's all this all these logs here and here.
But I think it's time we look into this.
Look at that.
Wow.
Look how sketchy that is.
Big old drop.
And there's literally no way around besides inching down here.
Foot there.
Wow, that is scary.
Wow. [sighs] Yay.
That is so fascinating.
I just love how they always put these little rocks in. I'm 100% sure they let the children do that so they could feel included.
So strange how the um door was on top.
Okay, let's take a peek inside.
What do you guys see?
What a wild wild adventure this city. So we started our adventure by this megalithic rock and you can see the wall there.
Another dwelling here.
And remember, I scrambled all the way over here.
Sketchy, sketchy there, made it to here, and then we looked at these.
Then I went back up the canyon all the way up here. I repelled hundreds of feet down, climbed down the cliffs in here.
Then we looked over there.
And now we're here.
Do you know how lucky we are?
What the heck kind of fly or bee is that?
It's been buzzing around here for an hour.
It's not a bumblebee or a black hornet, something different.
So, I'm celebrating another year around the sun today.
I've never felt so much gratitude in my life.
And what a better way to celebrate it.
This is like one of my biggest discoveries.
You guys will never know though when my birthday is cuz this won't get posted on my birthday. So, I've never thought of birthdays as anything special like I celebrate every day. It's beautiful.
The fact that I get to explore the fact that there's still paint on there is so beautiful. Starts out as white and then even into the black.
That is cool.
And then there was even it continued with this red.
I wonder if one time it went all the way to this bird or human like thing.
What a crazy cool opportunity.
It's so strange.
They put the roof I mean the door on top.
That's cool.
So they painted it red and then white.
I bet there was so much art up there until like I see bits of white up there, bit of red, but everything just got washed off.
But this is cool. You can see the ancient engineering The roof is just gorgeous.
Wow.
What would have it been like to live up here?
It's crazy. You'd see those guys over there having fires. They're having fires.
They were all in the same tribe, obviously.
Man, it's too much.
It's beautiful. Look at that big old buggy's back.
What is that?
He's been here for like an hour.
That looks like it was something.
Then there's a bunch of dots here.
Looks like there was art on there.
This is so crazy.
He will not leave.
What kind of bug is that?
It's literally been here for an hour.
What are you doing, bug?
I got to come past.
What the being all defensive?
Hey, I had to run out of there.
Crazy bug.
Must have a nest.
So, now I scaled some cliffs to get over here.
And now we're going to try get over to those greeneries.
What a wild place.
Cannot believe yesterday we were right over there.
Okay, so there is the first dwelling we explored and now we'll be right by these greeneries.
Wow, look at that engineering.
Whoa, that is crazy.
How'd they get that to stay? They must have drilled holes, put sticks in there to keep this from falling.
Look at that. The ancient wood roof.
That is some mindblowing engineering.
Check this out.
This would have been a whole another ka.
Look at that. All this wood.
That is wild.
That's the original door.
This is all the logs on the roof.
That must have just been their grainery.
What else will we find?
Wow.
There was definitely another dwelling here.
There's all this stacked up stone.
Oh yeah.
So there is a dwelling there. Kea here.
Something else here.
It is so old and gone.
Look at that. Only a foot away from the cliff.
This is all just balance.
Got not touch it.
Whoa, that's scary.
That is so scary.
Wow.
Whoa.
That is mindblowing.
This is really strange. This is the only piece of rock art. It's about eight feet up and this is all it is.
That's the only piece on this end.
What the heck?
What do you guys think that means?
Today is an extremely big day for me.
Not only is it my birthday, but I'm also celebrating 10,000 miles on my feet.
15,000 miles if you count all the tracks I did around the world.
But something big happened.
Uh 6 years ago on Christmas Day, I had my fourth neardeath experience.
I was up on a mountain in wintertime, but it was extremely icy. I slipped on some ice, tomahawkked all the way down the mountain. I hit my head and I was knocked out for five or six hours.
That's when I woke up. But I woke up with tears like just thinking, man, I got to live out my dreams.
But unfortunately, it tore everything in my back. So, I had to sit upright in a hard wood chair for three months, averaging two hours of sleep a night.
It was like the most pain you can ever imagine.
Then I had chronic back pain for three years.
The doctors, everything, they were useless. They were pretty much making it worse until I found a guy on YouTube that showed me all the stretches, workouts, just things to strengthen your back. I started doing those and hiking. Then I noticed when I hike and don't stop, it would keep my body warm enough where it would take the pain away from my back.
Man, I'll have to make a whole video about this and all my near-death experiences. But anyhow, I I had chronic back pain for three years and finally healed it myself just by working out and hiking nonstop, like 20, 40 miles every single day.
But just to take that pain away, it was all worth it. And now that I wake up painree in my back, it literally gives you tears of happiness just waking up painree. If you know anyone that has chronic back pain and have somehow gotten out of it, they'll tell you. But there's not many days like I have tears of happiness all the time now. Like just coming here, seeing this with my own eyes. Like there's even evidence down there.
There was another dwelling down there.
Like these big cities are so mysterious.
Like why does National Geographic discovery history any of those why don't they come and show all this show what was happening get more people thinking about why they all disappeared like 700 years ago millions just disappeared boom that's not even the strangest part oh the rock art the fact that they even moved to the canyons, moved to the cliffs. Can you imagine crawling around these little cracks, you and your family?
Like, what were they hiding from?
But I got to stop it here. If you guys are loving these, hit the hype button, comment, anything. Literally, just a letter. It helps the algorithm blow these videos up and we're going to blow this channel up and travel the world together. So, thank you guys. Have a good night. I got to climb back out of here before dark.
So, this is what my boots look like every single year after 2,000 miles or more. But I actually buy the most expensive boots crispy because they actually last. Even though I do coat them with shoe glue because if I don't do that, the seams on any boots will be gone in a week.
If you know anyone that does 2,000 or more miles a year, they'll understand.
But I have to buy a new pair every single year cuz they just disappear. Crispy, please sponsor me. I buy a pair of your boots every single year just because they're the only thing that lasts. If I buy any other pair, they only last like a couple weeks and then they're shredded.
But these things, I can take them over any mountain and they'll just last.
