First one is the nasal breathing hum technique. Most of us are chest breathers and some of us are mouth breathers which is not good at all girls which actually lowers your oxygen levels. Nitric oxide is a gas that is produced in your nasal paranasal sinuses. To boost it naturally, you can use the Brahmi pranayyama technique or the hummingb breath. The technique is that you will inhale slowly. You will take a full breath in and while you exhale, you will keep your mouth closed and you are going to make a humming sound as you exhale. The vibration of that hum increases nitric oxide production literally by 15 times compared to your normal breathing. Okay, let's breathe it out for you. Okay. So, you take a deep breath.
While you exhale it out, you will still keep your mouth closed and you will take out the hum sound.
I hope you got the technique. Okay? And don't do it just once. Obviously, take 10 15 minutes and do it continuously.

You know, I love my ancient rituals and oil pulling is something I have mentioned quite a few times in our older videos. Oil pulling with extra virgin olive oil or with coconut oil. With coconut oil, if you do, it is more bearable. It's not like very bitter. I do it with coconut oil. It is not just good for your oral health, but scientific studies have shown and proven that nitric oxide levels directly depends on your oral health. So, there are these specific good bacteria in your tongue that converts nitrates from your food to nitric oxide. By oil pulling every day for 10 minutes, you clear out the bad bacteria that actually blocks that process, allowing your body's natural chemistry to work perfectly. And I guess you girls know how to do oil pulling.
You just have to take a spoon or a little bit of oil, okay, in your mouth the first thing in the morning before you drink water or do anything else and keep goggling your mouth with it. That's it.
Swish it all over. Okay. Do not swallow it by mistake. Right. And good. Uh, you know, 1 2 minutes is not going to do any good, my girls. Okay. I literally get bored sometimes when I do it because I time I see the watch and I keep it for 10 minutes. I do it. Okay. I get tired and irritated sometimes even though I do it every day. But still. But anyways, dude, you got to do what you got to do.
You have to keep it for 10 minutes. have that patience and nicely gargle.
I mean squish it, okay? And not goggle, I mean like play around with your mouth and throw it out. Third technique is going to be a diet I'm going to give you which is a nitraterich beauty diet. If we need to feed our body for the molecules so that we can increase our nitric oxide levels, then you need to focus on the diet which is basically a glow diet. First important food in the glow diet is going to be beetroot. This is a gold standard for giving natural glow to your skin. My girls, it is packed with natural nitrates. The best way that you can directly consume that molecule. Second is going to be leafy greens and broccoli. These foods are precursors to nitric oxide. And the third one is going to be arugula. It has got more nitrates than any of the food girls. When you eat these foods, your saliva turns those nitrates into the youth gas your skin is actually craving.
So I hope you are clear. But those of you who are new to our channel, when we talk about foods, we are not talking about you taking them for just like 2 days a week or uh once a week or few days in a month. No, as you girls know very well that our body works on signals. When you take a certain food, the molecules in that food, whatever objective they have, they give a certain signal to our body and our body obeys that signal and produces collagen, elastin, nitric oxide, blah blah blah, whatever it has to do. So it all depends on the messenger. It gets emails, it get WhatsApp, it get messages and according to it, it works. Messenger signaling is what and how our body works on. So to give constant messages signaling to your body for a certain objective you need to be very very frequent with that certain food deliberately like let's say now that you are uh you know sure that you want to increase your nitric oxide levels you want to bring that natural glow in your skin okay you want to keep it youthful you want to keep your oxygen flow your circulation going you want to keep your heart strong all the advantages I told you in the beginning right then you have to take your broccololis your beetroot your leafy greens your arugula regularly. You have to sit for 10 minutes and do your breath work regularly. You have to just get a good you know coldressed oil, olive oil, coconut oil and do your oil pulling every day deliberately and regularly then only it is going to work for you.

Basically giving micro bursts to your body. Let me tell you how. You don't need to run an hour in the treadmill to increase your nitric oxide levels. It is released when your muscles it demands oxygen. You can basically do a 4 minute of micro burst.
That is when your muscles will demand more oxygen and that is when your nitric oxide is going to be released. It means you have to do something in your body that your body gets agitated. Okay. And it demands more oxygen at that time. So HIIT techniques can be really good for that. 30 seconds of fast air squats, 30 seconds of high knees followed by 30 seconds of rest. And again you can repeat it four times, you know. So you're giving your body bursts of movement where your body is instantly getting tired. It is demanding oxygen because oxygen levels is going down because of the certain movement. And again, you're relaxing. Again, you're going strong that way. This rush of movement, it signals your arteries to dilate and release more nitric oxide through your entire system. So, that's like a really way really good way of doing it. You can just do it at home in a bedroom. There's no special place you need to be. And the fifth way is going to be your sunlight and your red light synergy. Nitric oxide is stored in your skin in a latent form. When UV rays and we are not talking about UV rays of the middaytime I'm talking about the UV rays of early morning that is when the sun rays are very red. When that red rays they hit your skin it releases stored nitric oxide into your bloodstream. Your body is only doing all the job. It is creating nitric oxide. It is storing nitric oxide. But externally these movements, this exercise, this diet, what it's doing, it is triggering your body to release more of that nitric oxide and that is why you feel energized after an early morning walk. Just starting the protocol of fasting properly, it took me around one year, one and a half years to think and you know to stop my heart and mind from becoming a constant sugar eater to an ardent eater to a junk eater. It takes us time sometimes. We are human beings. But in the quest of beauty, you have to also constantly make your mind very strong. That is the most important aspect because if your mind is not strong then you will not be able to follow these things and structures and protocols that we have to do. So work on your mindset as well my girls. Okay.
Affirm to yourself that you are healthy.
You do the right things for your body.
You eat the right things for your body.
You are constantly positive. You're constantly working on yourself. You are every day becoming the most beautiful version of yourself. You grow younger every single day. Okay? You look like your 16year-old young beautiful version.
Say these things to yourself and it's going to start working individually, mentally, heartily, through your soul, through your emotions. Everything is going to functionalize and is going to make you the most beautiful version of yourself. Because when positivity, okay, is in your life, my girls. Positivity is the true magnet that uh you know invites magnetizes everything beautiful in your life be it materials like the things you need to become beautiful let's say your skincare your supplements it's going to manifest it into your life physically as well as it is going to make you do things that is going to encourage you that is going to motivate you that is going to keep you disciplined to do everything that you need to become the most beautiful version of yourself.
