Is React Network Inflation Out of Control? Full Tokenomics Explained

[00:02:46]Okay. So let's begin and talk about let's talk about reactive network.

[00:02:53]So as you can see on my screen the current price of reactive network is around a cent.

[00:03:02]The market cap is 7.82 million.

[00:03:08]The volume seems positive today and it seems to be going up. Uh the volume by volume I mean the trading volume.

[00:03:18]Uh the total supply is at 587 million and the circulating supply is at 587 million.

[00:03:29]The max supply there isn't a cap to the max supply.

[00:03:35]I'm going to come to this because this is where it does get interesting.

[00:03:44]You can see uh React hit an all-time low.

[00:03:48]of 1 cent uh four days ago.

[00:03:54]Uh just just over 1 cent four days ago.

[00:03:57]Its all-time high is 16 cents. It was nearly 6 months ago. Seems like a long time.

[00:04:07]But there are some positive news about this token which I would like to share in this video today.

[00:04:14]Um, now you can see the holders that are currently holding React is 6,766 and the max supply you should always refer to Ether Scan for the max supply.

[00:04:34]It's at 587 million.

[00:04:39]Okay, so here I was going to talk you through this. Reactive network integrates with multiple chains.

[00:04:50]You can see the chains on the screen.

[00:04:52]It's Ethereum, BNB, Avalanche, B, Arbitum, Hyper EVM, Sonic, Abstract, Plasma, Uni Chain, and Linear. quite a lot of chains there and it says more coming soon. So, React is an infrastructure project for those of you who do not know and it is multi-chain operable. Okay, it integrates with multiple chains as you can see the recent addition has been linear and you can see here um if I go to react hopefully I'm on the right u screen okay so this talks about tokconomics which is 588 million which we discussed it's circulated Everything supply is 588 million. The target inflation the target inflation is at 4.6%.

[00:06:02]So this is where it gets interesting. So if we look at the target inflation, it says 4.6%.

[00:06:13]And you can see here the article is called React tokconomics and staking. inflation rewards and APY buy explained.

[00:06:24]There are three phases early expansion, growth and maturity.

[00:06:30]We are currently on phase three which is maturity and that's when the inflation 4.6% is there. So currently we can see that the inflation is 4.6%. So we are in the maturity phase which is the last phase of react.

[00:06:54]It's a POSOS token which means proof of stake and it is similar to Ethereum uh Sana Matic and Atom with one significant difference. So you can see here it says block rewards increase the supply while 100% of fees are burned when network activity is high. Burn fees can exceed emission. Okay. So when React has burns, it basically means that the new coins that are being emitted, the burns can exceed that, right? Um it also has a staking feature. If I go to stake earlier, they used to have staking for a month, two month, and three month. I believe that they have uh they have made a change on that. Um can't see it here now.

[00:08:04]So I can only see a pool for three and two months. Uh probably is because uh the one month pool isn't accessible at this point in time. I'm not sure because I do not stake. But I just want to let you guys know that if you stake, your coins are locked for that duration.

[00:08:26]Which basically means if you would like to withdraw your coins in the meantime, you would not be able to do so until the uh until the time e expires like 3 months or 2 months, whatever you choose.

[00:08:44]you would not be able to withdraw your coins before that duration.

[00:08:50]If you do stake, you do get rewards, right? Um if you stake for 3 months or 2 months or a month, you do get rewards.

[00:09:00]Um and staking is good because it secures the network.

[00:09:06]Now, if we talk about the markets which I completely forgot about. So, React is available on Gate io, coolcoin, Mexi and Crypto.com exchange and crypto.com as well. And there are quite a few other options to trade re react on. You can even trade it on a DEX like unis swap. Uh React is also available on base which is really positive because it has it has uh contract on Ethereum. It has contract on base which makes it available on Coinbase DEX.

[00:09:49]Now to give you more overview about this project um I was just trying to have a look at this. So this is from react docs and it says reactive network is an EVM compatible chain built around reactive smart contracts eventdriven smart contracts for crosschain onchain automation.

[00:10:17]So here you can see um if I go to origins and destinations usually chains have like um test net on one particular ecosystem.

[00:10:32]Like for those of you who who have been doing airdrops with me would know this that if you have Ethereum you probably have a test net on Seolia. If you have AVAC, you would have a test net on its ecosystem like Avac, Fuji. Then you have Basoleia and so on. But when when it comes to React, you can see that it has been on several chains which is extremely bullish.

[00:11:07]It also has multiple testn net chains.

[00:11:10]It's on Bapoleia, BSC testnet, Ethereum Seapoleia, uh reactive, lassa, polygon, uni chain.

[00:11:21]So it is multi-chain operable available on multiple chains.

[00:11:30]If I look at um the X for React X account for React, let's see.

[00:11:39]It has got close to 101.4K followers.

[00:11:45]The good thing is that the team is active on X. It posts about the project almost on a daily basis.

[00:11:59]they there had been issues with tokconomics and the team is trying to update its tokconomics. So you can see here um just trying to see where is that.

[00:12:28]Okay, tookomics update is cooking. Find out the latest community and tech updates. They posted this on May the 2nd. Today is May the 5th. So team is definitely working on to economics and I've heard that this is the top priority.

[00:12:47]So just to let you guys know that it is being worked upon.

[00:12:53]Um, apart from all of this information, uh, I did cover the chain integration with Lineia, which was recent.

[00:13:05]And, um, let me see if there is anything else that I need to cover.

[00:13:12]Oh yeah, I need to compare its market cap with other coins. So here I did say about the max supply having no cap. So basically react is a proof ofstake coin.

[00:13:29]For those of you who do not understand the concept if I compare this with let's say atom is another proof of state coin.

[00:13:43]So, Atom has an uncapped max supply which doesn't mean that the tokens just keeps on emitting. You can see the circulating supply of Atom, it's around 56.7 million. Okay, the price of Atom is at around $1.88 compared to what the price of React is.

[00:14:07]It's at a cent. So I'm not saying React is Atom or it's going to get near Atom.

[00:14:14]I'm just trying to make you understand the concept so you can make an educated guess here. If I compare React's market cap with Atoms market cap, let's see.

[00:14:30]So don't know why it says Salana here. Let me just refresh the page. So if I compare React market cap with Atom market cap, if React reaches the current market cap of Atom, even in the bull run, the price of React would be at around $1.91, which is 145x from the current price.

[00:15:00]Now, I'm not saying it would get there, but I'm just trying to compare its market cap with other proof ofstake coins.

[00:15:08]Similarly, if I compare React market cap to Solana, which is another proof ofstake coins.

[00:15:19]Now, what is common here? If you look at the circulating supply, they they're all at 576 million. Solana circulating supply is. and the price is $86.

[00:15:33]If I compare React market cap with Solana, let's see what we get.

[00:15:51]So, React with the current market cap of Solana would be at $100.

[00:15:57]Okay.

[00:16:00]And if I compare it with MATIC which is polygon which is another proof ofstake coin.

[00:18:51]Yeah. So you can see here when you compare the market caps with different proof ofstake coins you get a rough idea in terms of circulation supply in terms of max supply where your coins at. And out of all the examples now these are established ecosystem when I talk about Solana atom react is brand new. Okay. So when we compare it with other ecosystems, you get a rough idea because React circulating supply and total supply is roughly at that point of other tokens because they are also near 500 millions. Okay, but there is a huge difference in terms of price.

[00:19:40]So that's all I wanted to say in today's video. I'm not saying that you go go and buy the token, uh, but it's just an educational video to let you know how proof ofstake coins work.
