[00:00:33]Uh to begin with the 2026 all the way to 2029. And actually, this is our first phase.

[00:00:41]And our investment project has good to do with the Gala goats. And for the Gala goats, this is the main breed that is found within East Africa.

[00:00:51]So, we have the quantity, the price of the goats, we have the monthly fee, the annual fee, and the total management fee.

[00:01:01]To begin with the quantity. So, if an investor is to invest 10 goats, that means their unit price for one goat is 300,000 Tanzanian shillings. So, for 10 goats, the investor will be required to pay 3 million Tanzanian shillings.

[00:01:19]And upon paying the 3 million Tanzanian shillings, there's a management fee that is paid monthly for one goat, that is 15,000 shillings.

[00:01:32]So, for the number of goats that the investor has acquired, multiplying by the amount for each goat, that is 15,000, which will give you an annual fee of 188,000 Tanzanian shillings.

[00:01:49]So, for the 188,000 shillings, that will be equivalent for the 10 goats that the investor has purchased for that particular year, which equals to 1 million 800,000. That is the total management fee in line with the number of goats that you have paid for.

[00:02:10]Moving on to the next quantity, that is 20 goats.

[00:02:14]For an investor of 20 goats, he or she has to pay 6 million shillings.

[00:02:23]By the unit price which is 300 Tanzanian 300,000 Tanzanian shillings.

[00:02:29]And the management fee for those 20 goats, each goat will be required to be paid for 14,000 Tanzanian shillings for the management fee.

[00:02:40]Whereas the annual fee for those 20 goats will be 168,000 shillings times the number of months that were I mean when we talk of the annual annual fee, we are amounting to 12 months. So, the annual fee that is 168,000 shillings, you multiply it by the number of months, that is 12, to give you this figure which is 3 million 360 thousand Tanzanian shillings. [00:03:15]Next, we have the other quantity which is 30.

[00:03:18]So, for 30 goats, we still have our 300,000 Tanzanian shillings in mind which is our unit price. So, for the 300,000 Tanzanian shillings, the investor will be required to pay 9 million shillings.

[00:03:35]And for that case, each goat will be charged 13 thousand shillings for the management fee.

[00:03:42]Which amounts to 156,000 shillings for the annual fee.

[00:03:50]And at the at the end of the year, that means that that amount will be equal to 4 million 680,000.

[00:03:58]So, you still have a choice to choose between 10, 20, 30 as we move on.

[00:04:04]So, next we have the quantity of 40 goats.

[00:04:09]So, for 40 goats, this investor will be required to pay 12 million Tanzanian shillings. And for that case, each goat will have to to be charged 12,000 12,000 Tanzanian shillings as the management fee.

[00:04:25]Which brings us to a total of 144,000 Tanzanian shillings for the annual fee.

[00:04:31]That is for each goat. And the equal number or amount that is 5 million 760,000 by the end of that respective year.

[00:04:42]Next, we have the 50 goats.

[00:04:46]So, for 50 goats, uh the amount will be 15 million.

[00:04:52]Remember, we still have our unit price as 300,000 shillings. So, 300,000 Tanzanian shillings times the number of goats which gives us 15,000 I mean 15 million, sorry. 15 million Tanzanian shillings.

[00:05:06]For the monthly fee or the management fee as we call it, it will be 11,000 shillings for a single goat. So, 11 * 50 to give you uh to give you 132.

[00:05:20]That's the annual That's the annual fee. Which gives us a total of 600 and 6 million 600,000 Tanzanian shillings.

[00:05:29]Now, for this figure, that is 60 goats and 60 with the with the plus sign, this means six This could be 60, 70 to infinity depending on the interest of the investor. So, this investor will be required to pay 18 million for 60 goats as a startup.

[00:05:47]18 million Tanzanian shillings. For the management fee, this investor will be required to pay 10,000 shillings for each goat times the number that he or she has purchased giving us an annual fee of 120,000.

[00:06:06]And at the end of it, we have a total figure of 7,200,000 shillings. And the good thing is that with this layout, we have uh every investor's interest at hand. So, that you have the opportunity or the liberty to choose between 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, depending on your choice to to ensure that you're not left out because this is a promising investment project.

[00:08:04]That is the the price for the goats inclusive of the annual fee for the that that is the annual fee for the management to ensure that everything is taken care of.

[00:09:12]But another thing, the management fee also steps in to do with the the feeding process because to be able to get a good breed or to get something that is of great quality, the feed is also inclusive. So this goat will also need to be fed and be fed with something that is of great quality. [00:13:31]Having the investor, depending on the number of goats that he or she has purchased, we are assured of a profit that is through the breeding process where we have offsprings that are brought forth, regardless of gender.

[00:13:48]So, in every cycle, the investor is assured of two I mean, the the goat gives birth twice.

[00:13:55]So, in the for the first offspring, that belongs to the investor.

[00:13:59]The second offspring belongs to the company because this is a 50/50 share between the investor and the company. However, since we want to ensure that as an investor, you not just invest for the sake of investing, but investment for the purposes of profit.

[00:14:21]So, for the first year, the investor is at liberty to sell his or her kids.

[00:14:30]However, if the investor is not willing to sell the kids at that particular moment, we have the monthly fee coming in.

[00:14:43]Mind you, at the initial point of the of the project, you had Let's say for example, you had your 10 goats and you paid 15,000 shillings for each goat for the annual fee of 18,000.

[00:14:57]That means for your first offspring that you're not willing to sell, that means for the number of offsprings brought forth, each one will have to be paid for the management fee.

[00:15:13]And this management fee, as I said earlier, that is meant to run a number of costs while taking care of your investment, having in mind the profit aspect.

[00:15:25]So, if the investor is not willing to sell their offspring, they will have to incur the cost for the management fee for every single goat to ensure that there is a smooth running or taking care of these goats.

[00:15:44]And there are a number of factors that we also have in mind as a company.

[00:15:48]Remember, we want to make sure that at the end of these 3 years, your profit is of good is of good is a good match.
