[00:06:27]All right, let me say the hard truth that nobody dare to say.

[00:06:31]Many Nigerians, especially from the north and east, are just coming to believe that grant is real. They are begging to enroll.

[00:06:41]Anytime they see you say this postment this week, some soft and pitiful minded grant handlers will beg for more time to cover much more in the north and east saying my people are not aware. There is surplus money which has been laying in uh various accounts to be disbursed.

[00:07:10]The apps has been deactivated pending disbursement time.

[00:07:15]The app will now be activated for immediate disbursement and the country director is waiting for order from from above to disburse the money on ground.

[00:07:32]That the money on ground is surplus.

[00:07:35]Uh that the director is waiting for order from above to disburse. The money on ground is surplus and the grant handlers don't want to return any money back to IMF through CBN.

[00:07:49]Even till tomorrow, grant handlers are still enrolling people legitimately through the IMF window portal and uploading directly to the IMF database as well.
