How I’d Build A $50K/Month Organic Dropshipping Brand With Claude AI

[00:00:00]Organic drop shipping used to be one of the easiest ways to make money online.

[00:00:04]You'd post a few videos, then one of them would blow up, and then suddenly you'd get sales [music] on your Shopify store without ever having to spend money on Facebook ads or Tik Tok ads. Now, I know this the best because I was one of the earliest people to do organic drop shipping. And I've even got case studies [music] on this video from 2022. In today's video, I'm going to be showing you this Shopify store that's sent over $7 million in revenue using between 90 and 95% of the traffic being organic.

[00:00:31]Now, let that sink in a minute. That's absolutely crazy. But then everything changed. The platforms got too competitive. I'm talking about Instagram real organic drop shipping and Tik Tok organic drop shipping. But now AI has brought organic drop shipping back in 2026. Check out these accounts on Instagram and Tik Tok that are making hundreds of thousands of dollars every single month. Just look at these videos, guys. It's crazy. These look like real people making real content. But the truth is, they've all been made with AI.

[00:01:03]Now, if you're watching this and [music] you're seeing these videos and you're thinking, "This looks great, but I don't know how to do it." And I'm going to be showing you step by step how I'm going to be using Clawude AI to do all of this. So, the first thing that I want to do is show you guys the proof that there are organic drop shipping pages now using AI to generate tens of thousands of dollars and sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars. So, here on my screen, you can see this is one of the pages here. And you can see they've got 48,000 followers, and some of their videos are generated 300,000 views, 500,000 views, 45,000 views, 4.1 million views. And these videos are all made with AI. If we take a look at their video with 4.1 million views, let's have a look. So, it says here, "If you're still balding in 2026, you need this hat." Then it shows this guy. Then he puts the hat on. And then it shows another guy in the bathroom. And then it shows him that he's got hair. Now, this video, guys, was all made with AI. Now, you might be watching this video thinking, "This can't be AI." It is AI, and I'm going to be showing you me remaking this video, and it will look just the same in the next few moments.

[00:02:07]But you can see all the videos on their page are all AI videos and they've been able to generate tens and hundreds of millions of views that have now generated them tens of thousands of dollars. And the best thing with organic drop shipping is all the money you make is basically profit because there's no advertising spending. Now, if we take a look at another page, you can see this one's on Tik Tok and this one's generating tens and tens and hundreds and hundreds and millions and millions of views, but this one's on Tik Tok instead of Instagram. If we take a look at this one, this one is for a back massager. Again, tens and hundreds of thousands of views. Another page here.

[00:02:44]This one's for the nose allergy relief.

[00:02:47]This one's getting hundreds and millions of views. Now, this one's a little bit obvious. It's AI. I feel like they look very AI. The skin tones do, but still, either way, they're getting loads and loads of views. Now, if we look at all of their descriptions, guys, you can see there's a link and it takes you to their store. This is clearly a Shopify store and this is where they're generating the money. If I go to the first page I showed you, it's again just a Shopify landing page as you can see. Now, if I show you guys one last example, and this is the craziest one. This is a page that's got 400,000 followers and it is one of the first AI models ever made and you can see she generates loads and loads of views. I think her combined accounts got something like almost 38 to 50 million views. And again, everything you see here, guys, is completely AI.

[00:03:36]There's nothing real. It's full AI. And if you go over to the link, you can see there's a link tree. She does Amazon.

[00:03:42]This is an Amazon. They make money based on Amazon and brand affiliates. Now, although this isn't organic drop shipping, I'm just showing you this to show you how powerful AI content has got on Instagram and also on Tik Tok. Now, before we get into the next part of today's video, I just wanted to tell you guys something really important. I've been in e-commerce now for over 10 years. I started as a college dropout with zero grades from school, no rich parents, [music] and no safety net. Now, since then, I've been able to generate over $50 million in e-commerce and drop shipping revenue. But the reason why I've been able to survive and become so successful was because of what I was able to adopt. And that's extremely important because when the game changes, you constantly need to learn how to adopt. And unfortunately, most people don't. [00:06:51]So, you can see here it generated my images first and then it's generated my videos. So, let me show you the videos in a minute. But before I show you the videos, let me show you the ad that I got it to copy. So, the ad that I got it to copy, guys, is this one here. This video's got 12.3 million views. So, let me quickly play the video on their Tik Tok page.

[00:07:20]So, it's basically again an AI avatar in his work with his hive viz on and it's got 12.8 million views. Now, let me have a look at the video that I was able to make with AI in literally 5 minutes and AI did all the work. So, let's have a look. Anti-gravity. We can open all these up. Video one.

[00:08:04]>> So, just like that, guys. All I'd need to now do is just edit the video so it's all one video. Then add a caption on the top. And that's the video done. Now, you've just seen it live in the flesh. I was able to remake that whole ad very quickly using Claude. I'm going to be showing you guys how to do the exact same thing, and I'm going to be doing a live video with you. So, now you guys have seen the proof, which is there are accounts out there generating millions of views and tens of thousands of dollars with organic drop shipping AI accounts. And I've also shown you famous influencers. And I've just shown you how I was able to remake an ad in literally just a few minutes. Let me now show you guys how to do it the right way. Now, the first thing that we need to do is find a product that's making money and it's got traction. There's no point us picking any random product. We need to pick a product that we know is making money and it's generating revenue and views. Now, the best way to do this, guys, if you head over to Wing Hunter and you go to Tik Tok shop, it's going to show you all the products right now making the most money. So, you can see here in the last 30 days, 7 days, or yesterday, I change it to 30 days. I then go over to where it says products.

[00:09:12]I then change it to where it says top new products. And then you can change it to the United States. And now what you're going to do is you're going to see all the latest and greatest products that are being sold right now. And it shows you guys the revenue, the revenue growth, the sales growth, the highest revenue videos, and the top creators for that product. Now, you can even come down here in the categories and you can filter it by, let's say, beauty, phones, computers, if you've got a specific niche you want to go for. But for example, what I can do is I can go through these listings. You don't want to go for like the top five cuz they're too saturated. But if you scroll down and you look past let's say 15, these are less saturated. Now, just for this instance, guys, I'm going to go to category and I'm actually going to filter this by beauty and personal care as those are the products that always do the best on Tik Tok. And now you can see them all being listed here. Now, you can see here this red light belt has got $96,000 in the last 30 days. The growth is 142%.

[00:10:13]and I've got the top videos that are being made for the product here. So, what I can do is I can open up this listing and what I can do is I can actually scroll all the way down to where it says videos and I can see the top performing videos for the product cuz at the end of the day I want to remake the videos that are doing the best. So, you can see this is one video, this is two videos, these are all the videos being run. So, now I found the product. I can go to Tik Tok and I can go to the search bar and I search for the product name which is called Red Light Belt. And you can see I found loads of videos for the product as well.

[00:10:46]So if you're looking for organic videos that have got loads of views, you can simply do it just by this as well. You can see this video here has got 20,000 views. Now if we go to their page, you can see they've got loads of videos. And this one's got 1.1 million, 90,000. Some of these videos have got 300,000. So you can see here there is loads of videos for the same product. And this is an organic page making millions of views.

[00:11:12]Although this is a nonAI page. So this isn't AI organic drop shipping. This is actually real organic drop shipping. We can simply remake all of this with AI.

[00:11:23]So this is an example of how if you want to find winning organic products, this is the best way to do it. There's no point using this AI clawed solution if you're basically using products that are dead and people don't want them. The product is more important than the videos, by the way, because the products will sell everything. So, now I found an example product with you guys live. Then you need to head over to USA Drop because you need to see if you can source it from the supplier. Now, USA Drop is the best supplier for this because they're a private agent. Usually with private agents, you used to have to pay a very high monthly subscription or you used to have to do huge volume to work with a private agent. But now, USA Drops changed the game because they allow you as a complete beginner to work with them as a private agent, which means you get the best shipping lines, the best rates, and you don't need minimum order quantity. So, I've gone on to USA Drop and you can sign up for completely free in the description and in the pin comment. And I went to where it says products, find products, and I typed in belt. And you can see here the red light therapy bell is available. So before you even think about using the product that you found on Winning Hunter, make sure you can source it because not all the products that you see on Tik Tok are drop shipping. Some of them are legitimate brands. So now I've verified that I can source this product. I can now proceed. And as we are doing organic drop shipping, we are still selling the products on Shopify.

[00:12:39]Guys, click import. Click confirm. Go to where it says description. Make sure that's all right. Click import. Select my store and I can click confirm. and then that will be sent to my Shopify store. I'll be talking about the Shopify landing page that I built a little bit later on, but that is essentially what I'm using to source my products because at the end of the day, I want to make sure that I'm getting between 5 to 10 to 12 days in shipping times. So, now we know we can source the products. We now need to create the video content because we need to now create an organic page for the product. Now, in this instance guys, I am just going to stick with the red light cap. So, this product here as that's the one that I showed you at the start. Now, for this to work for you guys, you do need to find a few pages like I have that you're going to recreate the content for. Like I said to you, I'm now going to remake the most viral video, which is this one here, which has got 4.1 million views. Now, before I recreate this video for my organic page, I need to have the tools and softwares to be able to do this.

[00:13:34]Now, remember guys, we are going to be building a page. So, you do need to create a Tik Tok and Instagram page.

[00:13:40]Instagram for reals, Tik Tok for videos because we are going to be uploading videos every single day. Anyway, the tool that we're going to be using is Higsfield. Higsfield has the best image and video generation models and it's the best platform because you can use it as an MCP or you can use it in your command line. Now, me personally, I'm going to be using it in my command line as I get better results from using it in the command line. Now, to do this guys, you do need to be on a paid account on Higsfield. I'm not sponsored by them.

[00:14:08]I'm just telling you what I'm using. And then once you're using the command line option, I use something called anti-gravity. Anti-gravity is from Google. It's completely free to download and install. And you can use your Google account with them. Then once you're on anti-gravity, you can click new conversation. And you can just copy each one of these. So copy this, copy this, copy this, and then just paste it in here. And then what you can also do is go to the GitHub. And then once you're on the GitHub, you can go to where it says HTTPS, copy this as well and send it. Now, once you've given anti-gravity all this information, it will be able to work through this and install it into your computer. Now, the reason why I'd recommend the command line is because it's accessing your computer and it's a lot more effective than an MCP. Now, you can still use the MCP version if you want to. I just find it takes a little bit longer and the results aren't as good. Now, if you are to use the Claude MCP version, you'd simply open up Claude desktop on your computer, you' then go over here to the little bar and you go to customize. You'd go to connectors and you'd click add custom connector. You'd add the name and the URL and then it would log you in to Higsfield. Now, I do use this method for video ads, but I don't use it for organic. If you're going to do organic, again, please use anti-gravity. It is the better option.

[00:15:22]Now, I will leave a full step-by-step guide on how to use anti-gravity to another YouTuber's video explaining how anti-gravity works if you don't know how to use it, but it is very, very simple.

[00:15:32]You give it the command line prompt and the GitHub, it will do the rest for you.

[00:15:36]Now, once you've got Higsfield set up, now just to show you guys that I had to go through the same setup as you guys, you can see here I installed Higsfield the exact same way that you guys are going to do. I gave it the exact same commands and it was running inside of my anti-gravity. Now, in terms of being able to create any organic video that you want, you need to come over to this Google Drive that will be available once we've hit the like goal, which is only 500 likes. And you need to download this skill, add tearown skill and the hyperreal image skill. So, you need these two skills to be able to create organic videos really fast. Now, once you've downloaded those two videos, you're going to go back to anti-gravity.

[00:16:14]You're then going to tell anti-gravity to go to the downloaded folder that downloaded the skills and learn both skills. So, it'll download a folder, tell it to learn both skills. You can see skill one and skill two. These are the same skills that I've given you guys. So, now anti-gravity has learned those skills. Then, once you've got the skills that are learn, you're then going to want to get an image of your product added to Higsfield. The next thing that you're going to want to do is you're going to want to get a few images of your product. A front angle, a side angle, a back angle, an inside angle.

[00:16:46]Like with my product, there's red light in the cap, so I need to get the inside shot. And you need to be able to upload those files by clicking the plus media.

[00:16:53]And you can simply upload the content because remember, you're going to want to make sure the product is correct and it isn't fake to what it really is. Now, once you've uploaded your reference images of your product, the best way to get them is usually Amazon or AliExpress. make sure they're high resolution photos. When the video model tries to remake it, it will not be accurate. 1080p is minimum. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to the page that I want to remake. So, this is the video that I genuinely want to remake. So, what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to download this video.

[00:17:21]Now, this one doesn't allow you to download. They've kind of like blocked the download. Usually, you can rightclick and download, but what I'm going to do is I'm going to click copy link. I'm then going to go to Google and I'm going to do Tik Tok download. So, now you can see I've got the video here.

[00:17:34]here. So, I'm going to click download video. And just like that, guys, the video should be downloaded. So, you can see here we've got the video. Let's play it. Okay, perfect. The video has been downloaded and it's played. So, now all we got to do is we're going to go to our downloaded folder. This is the video.

[00:17:51]So, we're going to copy this. Make sure you copy the full file name. So, you can see the full file name here. I'm then going to go back over to anti-gravity chat and I'm going to say, I need you to remake this video in my downloads. Now, what anti-gravity will do is it will go into your downloads and it will find the folder to the video and start watching it frame by frame. So, now I'm going to click yes, allow, click submit. You can see it's gone into my user folders. You can see now it's starting to watch the 13-second video. So, you can see here context sheet. So now you can see it says let me view frames for each point of detail. So you can see what it does is it analyzes each frame. So it takes a screenshot of each frame and then it knows what to remake next. Something I did notice from the last video it generated is it didn't get the red light technology in the hat correct. What I'm going to say to it this time so it makes sure that it gets it right is I'm going to find an image of the red light therapy in the hat. So you've got this product here which is the correct one.

[00:18:52]So now I'm going to take a screenshot of this because it shows the inside of the hat as well. I'm going to go back to anti-gravity. I just put just make sure you get the cap right as it's a red light therapy. So you can see now it says the hair regrowth angle is now legitimate. So now what it's going to do is it's going to generate the images of the frames first and then what it's going to do is it's going to generate the video of the scene. So now what you can see guys, it's completed all of the images and it's saying for act number one, pick your winner. Do you want variant A or variant B? So for each shot it makes two images to see if you prefer image one or image two for the shot. And it's done the same for number three. So now what I can do is I can either open up the links here or I could simply just go over to Higsfield and view them myself. So you can see here which one am I going to prefer. Now in my opinion they're all very very good. There's just little differences. So in my opinion guys they're all very good. So, I'm going to go back to anti-gravity and I'm literally just going to say this A, A, A, and click send. That means I prefer those shots of each scene. So, you can see here it says all A again. That's fine. And now you can see it's going to fire Sedance 2.0 to generate these into videos. And now I'm going to click submit, submit, and submit. That's just me submitting the three videos to Higsfield. So, this can do that. And now you can see that it's running this command and it's done it. Now, this will take approximately around about 5 to 10 minutes as you've got to wait on Higsfield to then give you the videos.

[00:20:21]Now, whilst we're waiting for this to give us the videos back, what we can do is we can actually have a look at the Shopify store that I built for this product. So, this is the actual Shopify store that I built for the product. And in my opinion, guys, this is 10 times better than my competitors. Look at how amazing this Shopify store looks. You probably think it was done by a developer, a paid dean, but the crazy part is I got Claude to build this whole Shopify store for me. This whole store was built with Claude. Again, this is my Shopify store. And if I look at the competitor that's making the most money, this is their store. And in my opinion, mine looks way better than theirs. Now, just to give you another side by side, this is my store and this is their store.

[00:21:08]Now, I'm not in this video going to be showing you how I built this Shopify store using Claude because I'm going to leave a link to a video that I made a few weeks ago teaching you how to build stores just like these in 20 minutes using Claude designs. There'll be a link to that in the description and in the pin comment or you could just simply go onto my YouTube channel and look for that video. But what I'm trying to say, guys, is your stores all need to look just as good as mine. These are the stores that convert. These are the stores that people appreciate. Now, as you are doing organic drop shipping, remember you do need to send them to your Shopify store. And that's why it's important to make sure your Shopify store looks good. Now, whilst we're waiting for that video to be made, we can now go back on these competitors Instagram or Tik Tok. And what we need to do is look for the next video that we're going to want to remake. Now, this should be based on the views. So, this one here has got 4.7 million views. So, I might want to remake this video. But your goal is to remake whichever videos have got the most views. So, this one's got 1.6 million. So, for example, this could be the next video that I might want to remake. This one here as well, guys, is the next video that I might want to remake. Because AI is so quick at making these videos, you just need to blast as many as you can out and prioritize them based on views. This is another one that's got 2.1 million views. So, that's another example. Now, remember, you guys need to create an Instagram page and a Tik Tok page, and you're going to be posting on both platforms. Don't just post the same videos in the same order. If you're going to be posting video A on Tik Tok, post video B on Instagram. Okay, so let's check on anti-gravity to see what we've got going on. So, video one is done. So we can click this and watch it.

[00:23:28]So you can see this is like the target of seeing all the caps and the boxes for it in the shot. So what I can now do is click download.

And I can change this one over to the bottom. And I can change this to saying day one. And I can make this a capital D. And then we can put it so that it starts when he puts the hat on.

So like with Instagram and Tik Tok, you add the background music as a sound because it can help you go viral. So you'll add it after on the native platform. Now I'm going to spend a few more minutes making this better and then I'll play the examples that I'll make. So, I'm going to make three organic videos for this product, and I'm just going to play them on the screen now, so you guys get to see the final look.

The same old organic drop shipping rules apply today, which is you need to post for at least 30 days on your account. Do not rush the videos, although you get an AI to make them.
