CARDANO ADA - Games Being Played! The Votes are In! Watch Out For This Scam!

[00:00:00]Well, good morning everyone. Hope you're having a great start to your week so far. Bitcoin has a pretty big decision to make here in very short order. We're riding the trend and here's what I would say is ADA's riding that trend as well.

[00:00:12]It's seeing some green here to begin the week. I do want to take a look at prices, need to talk about a development actually from the Middle East, how the Cardano proposals shaped up because voting has concluded on those, and I need to warn everybody about a major scam going on so you do not make this mistake. But obviously, we're seeing a little bit of baby green here today so far. Up 0.66% for ADA. Yesterday, we actually closed up 0.58%. We're still bouncing off of the longer-term structure. So, that's all looking really good right now. Would love if today actually finished the candle that we're seeing right now cuz that would be a hammer candle.

[00:00:57]That's a bullish reversal candle. So, we'll see if that can continue in that direction. We're very close to the RSI actually flipping above the signal line. We still have stochastic RSI actually down in the oversold range. So, this move that we're seeing right now, this what looks like attempted bottoming is actually setting up nicely. Giving us some potential fuel here for another another move, another attempt at breaking, you know, 25 cents, breaking past those those, you know, 20, 50, 100-day moving averages.

[00:01:27]That could be taking place in very short order, but it is going to come down to BTC cuz BTC, while it has stacked, you know, three straight green days of green, we're green again today, so that'd be the fourth straight day.

[00:01:39]Uh we're we're still just riding this 50-day moving average, right? We're not deviating from this at all. Now, these last three candles have finished above that 50-day moving average, closed above them, which is a good sign. This so far would be the highest extension in close above that 50-day moving average, but we also have US money kicking it into gear today. I will say US oil is down still anticipating further de-escalations from the Middle East, which we'll talk about in just a moment here. Capital still kind of hesitant to really flow back into the space, but we did get that rejection off the longer-term trend in terms of USDT dominance like we discussed, and we're waiting to see how stock futures are going to kick it in today. So, hopefully hopefully stocks open up green or at least if they don't open green, hopefully they flip green and gives us a little bit more positive movement in the crypto market. Now, here's the thing.

[00:02:31]Iran says it will only reopen the Strait of Hormuz 30 days after a final US agreement to completely end the fighting. The current ceasefire could also reportedly be extended by another 60 days. That's the the kind of big news lately that everybody is is hoping is going to happen. Now, here's the thing is there are some things going on behind the scenes. For example, the US has launched strikes [clears throat] on southern Iran in a test of the 7-week-long ceasefire as both sides played down hopes for an imminent peace deal even as negotiations from Tehran began new talks in Qatar. US forces targeted missile launch sites and boats attempting to lay mines, US Central Command said on Tuesday, but stressed that the strikes did not did not indicate the ceasefire was over with Iran. CENTCOM continues to defend our forces while using restraint during the ongoing ceasefire.

[00:03:26]So, that's the thing is Iran has come out and said, "Oh, yeah, we we don't we don't have the capability of finding the mines that we laid, but we have the capability of laying more mines." So, it's kind of this this backdoor BS, if you will, that they're playing games is what they're doing. They're trying to make things so bad in the strait that they can truly control that, and obviously the US is not playing. They they don't agree with this by any stretch of the imagination.

[00:03:54]So we'll obviously see if there are more developments as the day uh as the day progresses. But I thought that was definitely worth noting. Now, let's talk about [clears throat] this for just a moment. Six treasury voting for input outputs 2026 proposals closed on Sunday evening. Six proposals received approval, consensus, Cardano upgrades, Cardano maintenance, Plutus, Cardano high assurance, and developer experience. The input output research proposal remains ongoing.

[00:04:23]The teams behind Pogon, Blockfrost, and L2 scalability are now absorbing community feedback and assessing the strongest way forward for each initiatives or initiative as development continues. Those were the three that did not pass this voting.

[00:04:37]So it's very nice to see that the Cardano community is showing up, making their voices heard, actually taking the time to read through these different proposals proposals cuz obviously the large variance from the top yes voter to the bottom no voter. It's it's big, right? So and even amongst the yeses, you guys can see how different the the voting breakdown looks like. So that's really great to see. You guys can take the time to read through those individual proposals if you want. It's great to see that the teams here are as well are in fact make listening to people and actually making sure things are done in a way that are very beneficial for us as community members. Now, speaking of us as community members, I have to say there are a lot of people out there that are trying to separate you from your assets.

[00:05:25]They're trying to steal everything that you have. They're trying to scam you out of your future. And these scammers have gotten more and more creative over time.

[00:05:33]Now luckily we're in an ecosystem that has been resilient, that has 100% uptime, that hasn't been able to hack or been hacked. All those things are great.

[00:05:44]But we also as people need to make sure that we don't make mistakes. There was actually this is a post that I saw this morning that I thought was was something that was worth discussing. Scammers have pocketed at least $400,000 by running fake Uniswap phishing ads on Google search. Always verify links through official channels before connecting your wallet. Now, obviously we don't have Uniswap on Cardano.

[00:06:10]But, people do go to DEXes. People do trading within the Cardano ecosystem and many of those are done through links to websites. It's very possible we could see these phishing ads on Google for Cardano DEXes, for other pieces of our ecosystem. And I think [clears throat] it's very important that people are being cautious, right?

[00:06:36]Me personally, I never click on the sponsored results because I I know that these things can happen and it'd be a very bad time to make some of these these big mistakes. So, I really wanted to just kind of put a warning out there for everybody to make sure that you're you're not making some of these very very easy mistakes to make. Obviously, there's tons of emails that that come out as well. Tons of scam emails, I'm sure many of you have run into that as well.
