[00:00:23]One of the unique concepts in Sweden and also in Gothenburg is fika culture. What is this fika culture? If you see these visuals, this is basically a coffee break with cinnamon buns and some other tasty delicacies, which is specially made here in Sweden.

[00:00:45]Anybody can join this fika culture, this fika, and they discuss on any topic.

[00:00:52]What is this fika culture? What does it mean to you? Fika really means taking a pulse from days work together with friends and having something to eat, have some hot chocolate or coffee, and just just just remember that there is a whole day ahead, but just few moments with people you work with. Okay.

[00:01:10]So, as he was mentioning, to take a pause. What does this pause mean to you?

[00:01:14]The rejuvenation, getting together.

[00:01:17]What does it mean? Well, it's always nice to take a little bit of a little bit of a break sometimes.

[00:01:23]Praying, kind of take a breath, and I think it's really nice of the time to really take the time to get some cup of tea, little bit of sweets, and then >> [music] >> spend some times with the people we work with everyday. Okay. What are the some What are some of the delicacies that you like to have at fika? Well, in this case I have the Swedish vacuum cleaner, which is a very rich flavor piece of pastry.

[00:01:45]How do you see the discussions that happens over fika and not necessarily it has to be, you know, concrete or something. How do you see it? I think see it as very important. It's not just gossip.

[00:01:58]It's also about sort of uh putting nerds together who learn things from each other. Discussing a technical problem at work that is fika for me.

[00:02:08]Fika is really important and it plays an important part in their culture that it is important to you know rejuvenate and have your mind over change over things and this is important because you need to have a calmer mind and fika gives you that.
