"Possible selves paradox " — the endless possibilities of who i could become.

[00:00:00]I have a stable family business, but I still feel like something is missing. As if I'm made for something more. And I thought it's because I lack purpose, but then I came across this concept called possible selves. And it totally explained why I feel this way. What it means is that there is endless possibilities who I could become. Social media has turned every career option more visible and more achievable. And whichever path I choose, the other doesn't really disappear. So I can never be truly satisfied with what I'm doing, only because I'm constantly reminded that I'm not doing enough. Now I couldn't find any solution to it and I don't think there is one. Because if that is making me want to do things, there is no harm in it. And that is one of the reasons why I started creating content. Only to increase my surface area of luck. So maybe the feeling doesn't really go away, but at least now I know why it's there.
