[00:00:08]So, anyone who requires organs is registered by that hospital where he's going to receive the transplant. So, his name will come in the waiting list, which is a computerized waiting list.

[00:00:22]So, his organ allocation is done by the concerned state organ and tissue transplant organization, which is [music] the SOTTO, and they will look at the waiting list number. They will look at the urgency criteria. And many times, depending upon the compatibility, like blood group O, blood group matching, or HLA matching, so that is also considered.

[00:00:47]>> [music] >> Similarly, sometimes geographical location is also considered, particularly in case of heart and lungs, where the time is very limited. So, we look for a center which is near to that place where the donation is happening.

So, in a it is a totally a fair system, a computer-based registry through which the organ allocation is done by the concerned by the respective state organizations.
