Don't take me with them. Don't take me with them. And she just keep like yelling. And I'm like, what? Ma'am, please calm down.

[00:03:48]What happened? Somebody's dead in my room. Somebody kills the king. And when she said that, I was like, okay, you are having an episode. It's something.

[00:05:56]>> I know. She threw the glass. That's I know. When she >> So, you want me to tell you what's going on? We get a call that she's breaking glasses, pushing the bartender. I hear her screaming down there. I see broken glass and all these things going on.

[00:06:12]At that point, I have enough to detain her for everybody's safety and the fact that I have reasonable suspicion she's committed a crime. When I go to detain her, she proceeds to start punching me.

[00:06:21]>> Okay. And then we both it takes two deputies to put her on the ground and detain her. So the main charges are those resisting. If she wouldn't have done that, >> that has nothing to do with what anything other than what she did.

[00:06:31]>> According to court records, Morgan was arrested on charges including two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, resisting an officer without violence, and disorderly intoxication. The case was later resolved through a no contest plea. The court adjudicated Morgan guilty of resisting an officer with violence and disorderly intoxication.

[00:06:50]withheld adjudication on both battery charges and the resisting without violence charge was dropped by prosecutors. Morgan was sentenced to 80 days in county jail with credit for 80 days served, 24 months of probation, ordered to complete anger management and substance abuse treatment, and pay $890 in court costs and fees.
