People Buy From People They Trust

[00:00:00]Relationships matter. People like to buy from people, but value matters in the relationship. But I think people get lazy on the relationships in a lot of ways and they stop paying attention to value that they're bringing.

[00:00:10]>> My dad, he knows his customer and he knows how to position his product differently even though it's a commoditized world and they trust him because they he can relate to who they are and and their day-to-day. When you think about value, it's not about taking people out for dinners or golf or whatever. He doesn't do any of that.

[00:00:27]>> Everybody says people buy from people they like. I'm like, "No, no. They they buy from people they trust." Do I trust AI? You know, do I get value out of AI?

[00:00:34]Sure. Do I trust it 100%? No, obviously it lies. But the human on the other hand, there's a trust factor there.

[00:00:41]There's a value factor there as well.
