So, I I think I'm going to have to stay in Vernon for a couple of days because it's just insidious what's going on. We'll meet you over there. Anyways, I was just talking to this lovely lady that owns the Caribou house.
>> [laughter] >> And the Harley, she's got pretty a bad ass Harley. What are you saying about this place? How long have you lived in here? Why did you move in here? And what happened to your nephew and that story?
>> Um, I've lived here almost 2 years. I moved in here because my nephew, Blaine Ferguson, was South Bay, James Ben Roe, Stephen Boys, uh, Nick Cannonelli.
>> Are these guys in jail now or >> walking free because there's no body.
>> Uh, what?
>> They They haven't found the body.
>> Okay, so how did all this happen though?
Like so the Snapchat story.
>> So, I guess when they were beating Blaine, they decided to film it.
And while they did that, uh, they put it on Snapchat.
And Snapchat got hold of it and got hold of the Vernon RCMP.
>> Okay.
>> And said that something bad is here. You need to come and look and we haven't seen anything.
>> police came here but they couldn't find a body, they didn't find anything else.
And you came.
>> Yeah, I sat out here every day on my bike.
>> On your on this bike?
>> [ __ ] right I did. [laughter] >> And just so just so we're well aware of this bike, my friends, don't mess with the the the pedophile police.
>> And what it is is this white hillbilly, he'd already murdered other people's kids thinking he's a hero.
So he told them if >> Is he a drug dealer or something? Is he just Is he just a [ __ ] head?
>> was just an idiot. He told them like, "Oh, if we do this, we can get into the we can get jumped from My Griffin rides.
>> Yeah, yeah.
>> You can be a member of HA.
So they beat him and then I he had to leave.
And when he left, he said, "Do whatever."
And so I befriended that guy 7 months >> She's no longer here though.
>> No, he's dead.
>> He passed. He just gone.
>> He He died in jail.
>> Oh, he died in jail?
>> Yes, he did.
>> Oh.
>> checked >> No one knows what happens when you go to there and you pass away, but God bless.
>> He checked in >> and he never checked out.
>> No, but I I friended him for 7 months.
>> So So you you need to you need to explain to me what what you're doing here. I've seen a couple of people come out with bags and stuff. There's homeless people living in a make make tent here. What are you doing? Are you helping people?
>> Yes, I am.
>> So what happened bylaw? Tell me the bylaw story. The whole hot chocolate story.
>> Well, bylaw said they had complaints of traffic coming into my yard and it's winter time and I put a little shed up with hot chocolate and food warm mittens blankets.
>> You weren't trying to get them in there with the hot chocolate to solve the math.
>> Well, no, I >> [laughter] >> Would have been a good would have been a You know what >> It was my warming station those >> My warming station. It's my warming wet station.
>> Yes, and it was a safe the safe place for them to use it.
>> cuz no one's going to mess around with you at this the place.
>> OD'd, I'm here.
>> Yeah.
>> a community support worker for 20 years.
I worked with the handicapped.
>> You're retired now?
>> Uh yeah, I went up and worked in New Afton pots for a while.
>> Okay, good for you.
>> Yeah, and now I just sit here and help and >> Well, God bless you, girl.

>> Yes, we do.
>> We definitely need >> [laughter] >> Now I got to go collect some money, don't I?
>> I know I got to go collect. If you need some help, I know a guy.
I KNOW A GUY THAT I DON'T KNOW A GUY.
ANYWAYS, MY FRIENDS, going to stay in Vernon for the night.
Um >> I know a couple of >> you in the morning. We'll see >> [laughter] >> I got I need a couple of at least three.
So I'm going to She's like [laughter] she Oh, her eyes are just wandering.
