[00:24:20]>> Yeah. Um, cuz he sent us to the store to go get something, came back. That's what they were trying to steal. His card. He didn't have nothing for them to rob him, but my mom was trying to take all his money off his card and everything like that.

[00:24:34]>> Um, to get snacks and stuff like that at first. That's what he gave her the car for, but he didn't he came over to do that. He didn't know none of that was going to happen. My mom just did it. So, >> okay. So, did Tommy go to the store with you guys or did >> No, he sent me and my mom cuz my mom don't have a car, so we had to walk to the store.

[00:24:53]>> Uh, it was like dark outside. So, maybe like 7 or 8.

[00:25:01]>> Yeah, he gave it to my mom.

[00:25:03]>> Okay. Okay. But then when was your mom telling you to take money off of it?

[00:25:07]>> Um, which we came back in here. We went in my room and she sat on my bed and then she was like whispering and stuff like that and I was like I'm not going to do that cuz I'm not going to be involved in that. Turns out he didn't.

[00:25:18]He only had three dogs on car anyway that they was trying to steal them for.

[00:25:22]>> And so you came back from the store with your mom and she's telling you to do that. What did your mom do after that?

[00:25:28]>> Them two went back there in the room and everything was fine. Me and my brother sleep cuz uh my daughter, she was going to but me and my brother were asleep. I came out to please don't put the gun down. Don't kill me. blah blah blah. My mom's telling her, "Give us your stuff.

[00:25:41]Give us your stuff." So, she was a part of it just so your mom, you heard your mom.

[00:25:46]>> I heard me and my brother came out and I'm just like, "What?" Like, cuz this happens a lot. They're either fussing, somebody's like fighting something. Me and my brother come out and then Yeah.

[00:25:56]They make they throw the man shoes off and everything. They do it to where it's in the living room and I'm sitting right there. They're literally beside y'all doing it. So, at this point, I'm just watching it.

[00:26:06]>> Okay. And the police female police officer came. I told her like everything who it was and all that.

[00:26:11]>> Yeah. And then did both of the guys have a gun?

[00:26:14]>> Um, no. It was a Did y'all get It's a silver one, right? Okay. It's um >> It's not P's gun. It's Donovan's gun, but Donovan gave it to PB.

[00:26:24]>> So PB was the one that had it and he was doing a >> But you heard your mom say like just give stuff.

[00:26:32]>> Yeah. He was she was like just cooperate. um just saying stuff like that, cussing him out, you know.

[00:26:38]>> Um he's gonna do it, he's gonna shoot you, you know, >> I'm not I'm saying I don't got nothing to do with it. And she's going telling everybody like me and my brother snitching. So she's trying to like hide and stuff like that.

[00:26:52]>> That's my [clears throat] mom's boyfriend. Like they be like they be back there like they do drugs and stuff together. So like one they rob the people for that reason too cuz she sits there and sells herself too. But um that's her boyfriend and he just got out of jail like a couple weeks ago too. So >> correct their drug of choice. Okay.

[00:27:18]>> I haven't seen it as bad, but like she will invite men over here or whatever and then he will come in here and like they'll fight him and then most of the time they give them what they want them because I mean he's a big guy.

[00:27:38]>> I'll say probably like three weeks or something like that.

[00:27:42]>> Cuz normally it's just like a them two are fighting over but then like when they get low on money, you know, they got to set stuff up. So >> I guess >> how does your mom set it up?

[00:27:52]>> Honestly, I don't know cuz like I'm I only know when I hear fighting and stuff that I know something's going on. But I'm assuming like she sneaks on because he don't know she has a phone. She sneaks on her phone and text them on Messenger. She does it like that. That's the only way she could. Okay.

[00:28:08]So >> Okay. But it's your understanding that whenever they're >> low on funds to get drugs, she'll invite another guy over and then and then Peewee will come in there and >> take their stuff, take their money and whatnot.

[00:28:23]>> Yeah. and pee and sometimes my mom would try to do it herself trying [clears throat] to sit with them for it and pee like the back door be locked and she gave him a key. So he'll come in and see a guy in here and you know he gets mad cuz >> they're supposed to be dating. Yeah.

[00:28:37]>> So he'll go in there like him and start fight and fight and all that stuff.

[00:28:43]>> Okay.

[00:28:43]>> Then Yeah. The guy they'll fight the guy next thing you know.

[00:28:47]>> Yeah.

[00:28:48]>> Okay. What is Tommy's relationship with your mom still? And >> like I'm not going to lie, he still be giving her drugs. Like she be buying drugs and money. He'll give her money.

[00:28:59]Like that's her ex. So like when she needs something, he comes and does it.

[00:29:03]And he didn't know nothing about her boyfriend. So >> Okay. Would he have come through the front door when he got back? So you think >> the dude was sitting there waiting at the back? So it was planned. It was planned. But yeah, sitting there waiting at the back.

[00:29:15]>> Okay. Based on your understanding and what you've seen and heard, you think your mom had everything to do with this robber? She's in commerce right now.

[00:29:23]Like literally, she's telling everybody like, "I'm a [ __ ] and blah blah blah cuz I'm telling y'all." And she's just like saying a whole bunch of stuff that if something happens, I can't say nothing. Like that's why I'm saying like kind of a threatening thing. Like >> Yeah.

[00:29:38]>> But she's like, "Yeah, she's in comics right now riding around, making money, selling drugs. That's exactly what she's doing."

[00:29:43]>> Well, she prostitute >> basically. That's what it's called.

She gives him a key, but she had unlocked it. And um when the man came back there, my mom came in here and apparently told him like, "Hey, he's back here." So, you know what I'm saying? And then he let him in to come back there. They had literally masked them. So, let's >> Were they inside when Tommy got here or were they out back?

[00:30:35]>> Yeah, cuz Tom like Tom didn't know any of the guys here. She told him there was nobody here but me but me and my brother. So she had been waiting out there to open the door and you know came in with their mask on everything. I can't see the mask. One on was camo and one on was black I think.

[00:30:52]>> Okay. But but you know that ham guy though like if you saw him again like you know him and obviously you know peewee. Okay.

[00:30:59]>> All right. Do you think it was their intention to take Tommy away from here to get more money?

[00:31:03]>> I don't know about for uh was it Donovan but for Pee-Wee? Yeah. the stuff they do like if something don't go right like they'll pressure people you know do stuff like that and of course people won't do what they say to them try >> I'm going to leave you my card if your mom comes back or or whatever the case may be um tell her to reach out to me okay >> okay >> all right um and I do appreciate it okay you have a good day okay >> the boyfriend was booked for robbery false imprisonment firearm possession during crime possession of Coca-Cola poss possession of firearm by convicted felon, an illegal substance within 1,000 ft of a housing project. He plead guilty to all charges. He was sentenced to 8 years of confinement, 12 years of probation, and $100 in fees. The other male was booked for armed robbery, false imprisonment, and possession of firearm during commission of crime. He plead guilty to the charges. He was sentenced to 5 years of confinement, 10 years of probation, and $100 in fees. The woman wasn't arrested until a year later on January 24th, 2025. She was booked for armed robbery, later reduced to robbery.
