Chemotherapy can cause various side effects including fatigue, skin pigmentation changes, and nail damage; patients may need to manage these through medical treatment (such as antibiotics for infections), indoor exercise, and increased protein intake (100-140g daily) to support recovery.

Cancer! Chemo 3 !Added:

This is just a random video, like all different subjects.
Um So, the biggest side effect I had was fatigue.
But, not this week. Um this week's been much, much better. I feel much better this week, apart from a few things that have now appeared, different side effects. So, my toes my actual toenails, my toes have been burning.
Um just for a couple of days.
And then, I went to podiatrist because your toenails can be affected by chemo, and he did what he had to do. And then, he said, "Your big toenail is infected."
Um that actually come from me doing too much dancing in December in high heels, and I traumatized my big toe.
And then, 2 days before I was due to have chemo, that nail fell off. But, obviously cuz I was having chemo, it's not healed properly.
So, I'm now on antibiotics.
Um which I need to get them done and sorted because a week Sunday is my big op.
So, on antibiotics for now 7 days to clear that up. Um yeah, so that was a bit of a worry.
And then, the other thing, which I don't know if you can see, but my skin's gone a different color.
So, I look like I've got eye shadow on and foundation on. I haven't got anything on.
So, if you look at my eyes, it's like the pigmentation.
I think people keep saying I look suntanned, but I can assure you I haven't been in the sun. But, my eyelid looks like I've got brown eye shadow on, which I haven't got any on at all.
Um so, yeah, it's been a bit weird. And then, I've been trying to cuz the heat, the exercising, and going out walking has been a bit difficult. Um I've been doing physio indoors and dancing on the spot indoors to try and get out of breath. Um get me muscles and etc. a bit stronger. And then, I thought I was doing quite well on my protein, but when I've worked it out and put it on Fitness Pal, I'm not getting enough. I need to be over 100 g, um if not more, 100 to 140 probably for me. And um so, I got this new protein powder.
Um didn't realize how much expensive it all was, but this one was £19.
And I'll put a picture of what it's called. Um the vanilla one is actually really nice, and it's 25 g.
So, I'm having two of these a day in addition to as much protein as I can eat, but you you can't have it all in one go. You have to sort of space it out. So, yeah. So, this week, feeling feeling fine.
Um as I said, it's been a bit hot for exercising and whatnot, so I haven't done any videos of that this week like I said I would, but um yeah. So, apart from that, don't think I've had any other side effects that I'm not aware of that have come up and got me yet. Um but yeah. So, week on Sunday.
