[00:02:39]We're underneath the five. You guys can see this. We normally hit the five, but the last few days we've been so far underneath the five. We haven't. We finally hit it today, but it did push back down. So, I am watching this. The 13 has crossed. The big thing we want to do is confirm above the five. The five is only at 137.

[00:02:57]13. Make that 130. Make that What are we at? 138. 138 is where we're at right there. Um, we're at 137. So, we want to get back above there and confirm. But this is now bearish. Make no doubts about it. This is bearish now. Every time we got down to the 135, 136 mark, we have held. We hit it, push back up.

[00:03:19]Hit it, push back up. Down here, you can see we hit it, push back up. Hit it, push back up. Hit it today, push back up. Now, are we going to hit the 136 tomorrow or are we actually going to run? Um, I'm not sure. As much as you guys want the answer, you guys can see the green is starting to bounce nicely higher. Normally on that kind of trend, you guys can see it right here. We start to move up, maybe a red day or two, but then we do move higher. So overall based on some of the prior uh this was kind of support here support here pushed up uh same thing with support here up support here I wouldn't be surprised to see it going up but remember what I told you everything can change with a tweet with a message with a social media thing out there if the president comes out and says that the Iran and the US have come to a peaceful agreement we got a peace agreement you would see the markets absolutely skyrocket. higher. Now, the president came out and said that they're close to a deal. Close to a deal, but he also said he was close to resuming attacks. So, it's I you know, I just don't know. Now, I'm on the side that they're not going to resume the attacks. I'm on the side that they're going to use negotiations.

[00:04:32]They're going to try to get there, but they are going to talk the talk. Uh I don't know if they're going to resume. I I will say when I say that, let me rephrase that. I believe they're going to give up to a moment uh peace a chance. They're going to give peace a chance. And I do think there will come a point though that I don't know that something will happen that will make things resume. Will it get as bad as it was before? I don't think so. But I just don't know. I I I have experts around me that tell me that there's a 70% chance of some kind of of um hostilities resuming and there's only a 10% chance of the the pe the full peace agreement.

[00:05:13]Uh the the other thing is they're going to just slowly over months and months and months make little agreements, little agreements and it'll add up to a bigger agreement but no overall massive uh peaceful deal. So that's what I am going by because like I said, you surround yourself with people who know things you don't know. You don't have to be the the person who knows everything.

[00:05:35]Uh what is it? The jack of all trades, the master of none. I I rather have people who are experts in what they do and things I don't know about around me and then I can be an expert in what I'm an expert in, which is the markets and the economic situations and all that stuff that I like to research. So that's why I ask you guys hit the like, hit the subscribe, more importantly, join the Discord. It's been on fire. We are loving it. We're getting set up. I got a few plays. I got money free now. I have a massive play I'm going to be looking to get into. This is going to be one of my big plays that I've been researching.

[00:06:21]And this next play is going to be a very similar kind of play. It's not a Mag Seven stock or anything like that. Um, but it is a play that is going to be a bit tricky in the timing. Now, we talked about that the the Clarity Act.

[00:06:47]Let's go in and take a look at the Clarity Act. You guys can see what's going on. still 56%. This is because uh of uh things happening down in the Senate on the floor, the bills. I heard one of the bills that somebody wrote did not get any love and they actually pulled it, which was the one on the NCAA sports, right? That was one that you had, they had all kinds of people uh down there doing what they do with the politics and the politicians and they were down there trying to get what they wanted and they just pulled it. And I I think a lot of people were shocked. So, I am a little bit concerned and that was a discussion about and I'm not up on that. I didn't look a million into that.

[00:07:27]But for this one, obviously you guys know I've been filing. The big thing we are hearing on this is they're trying to quickly consolidate the agriculture and the banking committee versions into one to move to the full Senate. Uh they will. The question is, can they get an agreement with the Democrats on ethics?

[00:07:46]the Democrats want to really attack the president on um his crypto holdings and the Republicans uh do not want that to be the case. And so how it goes obviously the Democrats have a massive amount of power in the negotiation. So how I think it'll end up will be that they'll come up with an agreement like the stock act and the legislative and executive branches will be covered. uh you know, we'll we'll let them battle it out. I have no faith in the in the system when it comes to this.

[00:08:19]It's been 250 years, guys. We're celebrating 250 years this year. July 4th, 250 years. Get the flags out. God bless America. You know, it it's beautiful. 250 years they've been pushing us down and we have climbed up with freedom. And I love it. I love it.

So, so much for the barbecue. You know, you get 80 degrees sunny all week and then you get to a holiday weekend, 60 and rain. Boo. Hey, that's not going to stop us. So, with that being said, um that's kind of what we're we're watching right now when it it comes to the Clarity Act for that. We don't know how that's going to turn out, but I am watching that as we speak. And the markets today for those who have not been watching kind of flat across the board. Dow Jones up a little bit. The NASDAQ basically flat.

[00:09:19]We were red. We rode the the plays today. Let me see if I can pull them up, too, because we actually had the the plays that Yeah, I got them right there.

[00:09:26]So, these are the plays we ran today. Uh I did a I did a we were 5 and 0, but I did some of these multiple times to get this up to 301. This one 85 I think was two different ones. So, uh, overall 386, we didn't have any losing trades. It was a beautiful day. I love it. I love it.

[00:09:45]It was absolutely fantastic. Uh, these were both puts, too. So, we we timed everything perfect and um did what we wanted to do. So, congratulations to everybody that rode with me. Now, for those who are watching saying, "XRP, what's going on?" Mo, it's bearish, folks. Now, what you're looking for, like I said, get above that green line, that 1382 something. you'll be just fine. Um, but uh that's what we're watching for at this particular time. I I I'm not sure if we lose 136, it gets ugly. But right now, it's hel it's held beautifully.

[00:10:18]It's held beautifully. Uh, but if you have a candle finish below there, I would start to sound the sirens, the warning signals. Uh, but for now, everything's looking okay. And the the million-dollar question becomes, what's going to happen with the Clarity Act?

[00:10:34]Are we going to have enough time or are they going to as I told you months ago, the Democrats could get out there and because of the banking backing they have and the elections coming up. I fully understand why I always kind of put myself in each side. The Republicans have promised a crypto capital of the world for the US. The Democrats have an election coming up in a few months and they have no executive. They don't have the Senate. They don't have the house.

[00:11:04]They are trying to recapture something.

[00:11:06]So, in giving a massive win to the Republicans for crypto, that could be enough to propel them uh the Republicans to hold on. And so, do they want to give them that? I mean, it it really before everybody, well, you're, you know, it's kind of sounds like some some some, you know, what are you what are you thinking, Mo? I I'm just trying to put myself on both sides. You know, the Republicans want that big win that they can say, "Look, we promised we got it done." The Democrats have to ask themselves, "Is this what we want to do?" And I already know they did. I talked to uh different people and I've been told as much. So, when I hear this and they, you know, it's do we drag our feet so we can't be held liable for the Clarity Act not passing? That is what I was told months ago would happen. That is why you only see a 50s something percent chance of passing. It's not because they don't both sides don't want it. It's they don't want it before the election. The election happens in November. I think you have a better bet of getting it done after November, but if they can't get it done before the new session starts, they have to start all over from scratch because you got new people there. All that and the other thing. And that is something I'm worried about. You had a massive bipartisan agreement in the House. It moved to the Senate where just like a lot of bills, things start to die. And we don't want it to. But that's what we're seeing. You can give me your opinions down below. Do you think uh do you think the Democrats should allow this to to cross the finish line and give that win to the Republicans? Do you think that the United States being the capital of crypto is enough to get both sides to work together? I think they should. I think this is bigger than either party, but I also understand that they want to win. Both sides want to win the election and everything they're doing right now builds towards that. We had the midterms. We got, you know, the midterm elections coming up. You had the primaries before. Like, it's been wild out there if you've been following along. Just crazy. Just crazy. So, I'm watching. I'm going to keep teaching you guys everything I can teach you, help you out along the way. Uh, but for now, I'll tell you this.
