Effective leaders should position themselves as the key person of influence who tells stories, wins deals, and creates content, while building a team to handle the actual execution, rather than becoming a component in someone else's system; this approach requires standing for an outcome, becoming an expert in discussing and selling that outcome, overseeing its delivery, and assembling teams that understand the outcome.

Be The Expert Not Labor本站添加:
You're better off actually being the key person of influence up on stage telling stories, um winning the deals, uh writing a book about it, putting a podcast out there about it, and then having a team who deliver the actual outcome. Uh but the trick is that you want to as quick as possible avoid being a component in somebody else's system and actually be someone who stands for an outcome and someone who's an expert in either talking about that outcome, selling that outcome, uh overseeing that outcome, putting together teams that know about that outcome. Yeah.
