HBAR to $0.20? BlackRock & State Street Just Changed the Story

[00:00:00]Hbar is sitting right underneath the level that could decide everything and while most retail investors are all staring at the charts, they're watching the price. Wall Street may already be testing the rails that are built beneath it because right now Hbar is trading around 9 cents and this might not sound exciting but here's the key part that most people miss. If the key resistance sitting around 9 cents breaks, well, Hbar could be in a reason to see upside momentum and the conversation will very quickly change to Hbar to 12 cents, 15 cents or maybe even the magical 20 cents. But if it fails, there is a real risk of it becoming another fake out and Hbar could slip back towards that point 087 range and potentially even a 7 cent range. Recent price analysis on Hbar is now consolidating above a falling wedge with analysts watching for that 10 3 and next major resistance level. The same report, however, is warning that a breakdown below the point 087 could weaken the recovery as it opens its risk towards the 7 cent mark. So, if you're holding Hbar and you're sitting there thinking, "Do I buy this token before it moves?" this video is for you. This is the real question. Is it just the Hbar can pump or is the question more is the data becoming part of the financial market, financial systems before the price is fully locked in? By the end of this video, I'm going to show you those exact levels and I'm going to tell you what institutions are doing right now, especially Ark Invest, BlackRock, State Street and tokenized money market funds.

[00:01:29]Let's get into it. So, let's start with the obvious. The chart where most emotion is for anyone holding Hbar.

[00:01:36]Hbar's currently around the 09 cent mark. It is not really doing a great deal. The market's almost saying, "Prove that you're worth buying." Now, clearly the market's not in the best of places today but the bulls need to defend that point 08 mark and try and push Hbar back above 10 cents. That's the key level that so many of us are watching out. We need a first major confirmation zone because if it breaks clearly with volume, then traders start looking at the 12 to 15 cent mark as the potential next move and the obvious more aggressive move that could be on the cards. Now, this is important to think about because 10 cents is essentially like a locked door. HBAR can stand outside of the door all day long, but until buyers kick it open with volume, it's just a setup, not the confirmed breakout. And the key bit to reference here is pause the screen so you know exactly what some of these levels are that I'm looking and they run from the most bullish of breakouts in the short term at around 0.08 to potentially the deeper risk zone at that point 0.07 mark as well. And these all fall into a very obvious pattern when you do look at the charts. So, here is the first recess.

[00:02:43]The chart alone isn't enough. A breakout needs to be with momentum and well, HBAR is very interesting right now from what it's been built, but not so much on the price. So, what else do we need to be mindful of here and what is the institutional story that's really sitting behind this? And this is where it all starts to get pretty interesting cuz Hedera's official Archax case study is now saying that Archax is the UK's first FCA regulated digital asset exchange and has added tokenized money market funds from major institutional players on Hedera. It matters because money markets generally are big money.

[00:03:17]They're not meme coins or some random utility token. They're part of the plumbing of traditional finance.

[00:03:23]Institutions use them for cash management, collateral, yield, settlement, and liquidity. And Hedera themselves are saying that Archax has added the tokenized money market funds for major institutions from six asset managers onboarding over 100 tokenized assets and over 300 million dollars in value assets. This is an important narrative because it is ultimately linking the fact of institutional buying with Hedera. Doesn't mean that BlackRock has suddenly made HBAR into its entire blockchain system. It doesn't mean that we're going to see all of a sudden this massive spike in terms of price, but the accurate version here is the regulated tokenized future fund infrastructure is being built through Archax on Hedera.

[00:04:03]And that case study includes major asset managers, money market funds, and tokenization. Put simply, this is where all of the big money starts to make their play when it comes to Hedera. And that means that Hbar simply isn't being priced correctly by the retail investor.

[00:04:17]Now, don't forget we have always seen this conversation happen before. Goldman Sachs and BNY Mellon announced tokenized money market fund initiatives in 2025 with major asset managers including BlackRock, Fidelity, Fidelity, Hermes, and BNY Investments all to do with blockchain-based financial infrastructure. It was essentially the first way of testing how funds, collateral, and settlements could work using a blockchain-enabled financial system. And well, if you're an investor, it matters because big money doesn't usually arrive all at once. It tests, it experiments, it looks at the plumbing quietly before then piling millions of dollars in. And this is the important narrative. Institutions don't just automatically pump price. The real question you've got to ask yourself is is this activity creating actual demand, actual transactions, and actual value that could be captured by Hbar? We've discussed a lot of the arguments around HBAR institutional finance, but what is the biggest story? Because it's not just about tokenization institutions, it's actually bigger than that. It's actually about real-world assets, funds, bonds, treasuries, collateral, invoices, property, commodities, you name it. If they talk about it in Wall Street, this is where HBAR could become in. I remember a BCGADD Axelinked study projected that tokenized assets could be even growing to 310 billion to potentially 16.1 trillion by 2030. That would be 10% of global GDP by the end of the record. And this is the new way of thinking about it. Forgotten are the old systems, paperwork, middlemen, settlement delays, or even some of those legacy blockchains that people still to use. Hedera is trying to position itself now as one of the networks serious to adopt a global finance. And that's the real momentum.

[00:06:41]Remember when they said banks and retail and media companies ultimately would never have a place, and that real money only would come in once technology stopped being exciting and start becoming infrastructure. Well, that same test is happening right now with HBAR.

[00:06:54]And there's no more obvious than what they're doing with AI and how this could play out. We'll call it the extra catalyst because they recently introduced the Hedera Agent Lab. It's a browser-based AI agent development workspace inside the Hedera development portal. In simple terms, it helps the developers build AI agents that can interact with the Hedera testnet. It means arguments and agents can ultimately now check balances, create accounts, submit messages, and potentially even execute transactions.

[00:07:22]It's important to understand the difference here between many of these image generation bots and what this is.

[00:07:27]Now, just as an investor, it doesn't mean that we're going to see HBAR spike.

[00:07:32]It doesn't mean that HBAR is now going to be the big all and send-all for AI.

[00:07:36]They need to pay extra attention for data. They might need to pay for trigger payments. They all need computing power.

[00:07:43]That's the factor here, but when it comes to HBAR, it's just a little bit different because these are already built on cheap, fast, and reliable rails, thus meaning that HBAR is definitely one of the ones that we need to keep an eye out and in my opinion is ahead of the game. So, what is the scenario to think about? We've got AI coming down the cards, we've got tokenized asset months coming in, we've got more capital flowing into HBAR. So, what are the price targets we're looking at? What are the potential to think about when this moves in? Well, the bullish scenario here would be that HBAR breaks above that 9 cents and starts to push up with a support level still holding at about 9 cents below.

[00:08:17]Stabilizing at the Bitcoin and the broader crypto market therefore means that the realistic target for HBAR right now is 12 to 15 cents. There will be consolidation and then we need to build.

[00:08:27]The scenario that the bulls want though is not just a random candle wick to 10 cents, it actually is a more structured move to the upside. We need to be mindful of fake outs that we've seen so many bull where retail starts to get excited, people start to buy their bags, and Bitcoin still remains under pressure. The macros are not in our favor and that, I think, is what people need to understand. So, what should you be watching as an investor outside of price? Well, I would argue that there are five key things to watch. You need to watch the resistance and support zones on the chart. Forget price, just understand how the product and coin is moving. Look out for Bitcoin. How is it holding up on some of its moving averages? Because the broader altcoin market will always be susceptible to a move in Bitcoin. Arc upgrades and tokenization updates. What's really happening on the Hedera network and Hedera network usage? What is happening?

[00:09:16]How many people are using it and are we starting to see an increase in network usability? And finally, the AI agent lab development and understanding what this means for HBAR. So, here's my personal view as to what's going on. HBAR is probably one of the most interesting setups in crypto right now because the chart and the institutional story are meeting exactly the same time. The chart's saying that the price may break above 10 cents. The institutional story is saying that tokenization is not going away. And investors, well, the question is simple. Do you want confirmation or do you want a position before the crowd?

[00:09:46]Because me, personally, I'm absolutely buying some up because I want to be in before the market moves. And I said the same with XRP, I said the same with Algorand, and I called the same on Sui.

[00:09:56]And I think the same is about to happen on HBAR. So, look out for the break above 10 cents. Look out for then the test of 12 to 15 cents.
