[00:00:00]An example I mention a lot that's really meaningful is we had a a veteran years ago talk about all he wants to do is to be able to go to a concert with his wife. Right? And so a lot of people might wonder how is that a therapy goal?

[00:00:14]Going to a concert with your wife. Well, so this particular gentleman, he he wasn't going to any concerts because cognitively he was struggling to go and buy the tickets and to organize time to make that all happen. So he he was avoiding it.

[00:00:31]>> Also just being in a crowd that size.

[00:00:33]>> Being in a crowd, he was avoiding of crowds. Navigating his balance was off and so navigating steps at a concert venue was was terrifying for He didn't want to fall on his face. So he said, "I'm not going to do it." The lights from the stage caused migraines for him and so just because he did not have a way to manage his symptoms, he was not going to any concert with his wife.
