To build a profitable faceless YouTube channel, identify niches with high demand but low supply by looking for topics where smaller channels are getting more views than subscribers, no channels have over 100,000 subscribers, and the niche is not older than 6 months; then use the topic transfer method to adapt proven video formats from other niches to your target audience, create longer videos (1.5x competitor length) to maximize watch time and revenue, and post consistently while testing 10-15 video topics before committing to full-scale production.

i made $2k posting faceless videos in one month (JUST COPY ME)Hinzugefügt:
One of my newer faceless YouTube channels made me $2,000 last month. Let me just reload this because I know there will be people that are saying all of this is fake. But this channel, as we can just see, I just reloaded it, made me $2,000 in the last month with the highest day of almost $200 in one single day. And in this video, I'll show you guys exactly how you can do this, too.
Um for the people who don't know who I am, Stefan, 23 years old, currently making between 30 and 40 thousand dollars a month with faceless YouTube channels. And I'm constantly starting new faceless YouTube channels, just at the one like the one I've just shown you guys. I've made just $42,000 with just two videos. I've built a channel from zero to $48,000 in just 30 days. And I've helped hundreds of other people do the exact same thing. For example, here Martin's with help to scale to $31,000 in one single month. Or even here a student that we kind of completely blew up with the first few videos to 100,000 views every 48 hours. Here a student doing $12,000 a month. Here a student doing $24,000 a month. And many, many more. Now, if you're interested in getting the same results, check out the first link in the video description, and we'll book a call and have a look if it makes sense to work together. Now, with that being said, I would say let's jump right into the video. Took me quite a while to put all of this together, but in this video, I'll show you every single small thing you need to know to be able to do the exact same thing. So, it's a very simple process. So, firstly, we need to pick a niche. Then we need to pick video topics, and I'll show you everything step-by-step. Then we need to find freelancers and AI to work or create the videos for us. We post them to YouTube, and YouTube pays us for the views. So, I would say let's get started with step one, which is choosing the niche. Now, one thing everyone needs to understand is there is supply and demand on YouTube. And this is probably the most important thing when it comes to YouTube automation is seeing YouTube as a marketplace, right? In the end of the day, YouTube is a marketplace of videos.
That's what YouTube is. And just like in any other kind of market, on YouTube we have supply and we also have demand, all right? Now, what does that actually mean? Very, very easy. So, demand is just, you know, demand is just what the audience want to watch. So, what do the viewers actually want to see? And supply is just how much content of that specific thing is there already. Now, the beautiful thing about YouTube, you know, it is Oh, faceless YouTube is It is completely different to what normal YouTubers do. What they do is they they take years to build their personal brand. They spend years building a connection with their audience, and it takes a lot of time and also hard work to build demand around them.
Now, luckily with YouTube automation, we skip this entire process, all right? So, what we do is instead is we look for a topic or niche that has high demand but very low supply, and we take advantage of that, all right? Now, there's specific criteria I want us to actually have a look at with which we can actually identify these exact niches or niches that are actually really good to and go into. So, firstly, there are under five smaller channels creating content in this niche that are constantly getting more views than they have subscribers. This means there's high demand and low supply. There are no channels with over 100,000 subscribers.
There are no smaller channels failing.
The niche is not older than 6 months, which is extremely important. Then, I can create better content than my competitors. I'm actually interested in this specific niche. This is not a must as long as you build the team that actually has interest in that niche.
Then, is the niche monetizable? If not, you know, then you're not going to make any money, so always make sure of that.
Then, a huge bonus if you can actually post long videos in that specific niche.
Now, very important, this does not need to be a thousand percent with all niches you find because it's going to be difficult to find the perfect niche, all right?
It's going to be difficult. Uh but so, don't over perfectionize this because, you know, we just want to get started.
Now, tools I would recommend you guys for niche research is next up. It's like 13 euros a month. I'll link it in the video description. Over IQ, you know, the free plan is enough. I'll show you exactly how to use these tools in a second as well. Now, the way we kind of find niches is through a dummy account.
This is basically a YouTube account that we only use for niche research. The YouTube homepage has actually changed for advantage. YouTube got extremely good at predicting what we want to watch and we can use that to our advantage to train YouTube to train the YouTube algorithm to only show us faceless niches on our home tab and I'll show you in a second how that works. So, instead of me explaining how this works, let me show you how you can do it, too. Because once you have a dummy account set up, you can find endless niches with it.
This here is my dummy account. It's literally just endless faceless niches on this dummy account, as we can see right here. Now, what we do is very simple.
So, we open up a brand new YouTube account, like I do here just now as an example, and we literally just imagine that you're actually signed into this account, and then we look up anything.
For example, the biggest Whoops, the biggest houses. This can literally be anything you are interested in. Like no joke, anything. As long as this video here is faceless, you can click on the video and we can, you know, watch this video because keep in mind YouTube is always going to rec- recommend to us what we already want to see. So, now we just want to show YouTube, "Hey, we want to see faceless content." So, that's why we're only going to click on faceless content the whole time, and you do this for a while, and then your YouTube homepage is actually going to look exactly like mine. So, here's another faceless channel. So, you can always keep your cursor on here and make sure that you actually click on faceless videos. So, let's see. Here's another one, you know? And here already we can see small channels getting a lot of views, which, you know, is also a way to do niche research, but the homepage method or the dummy account method is kind of the easiest. So, here we can now see faceless video. Here's actually something that looks quite interesting.
So, it's a bigger channel already, but they kind of doing documentaries documentary videos about animals, right?
But, here you know, if you scroll down, faceless channel, faceless channel, faceless channel, faceless channel, faceless channel. So, we can already see there are a bunch of faceless channels on our YouTube homepage. And the more you do this and you more you the more you use this account, the better this account is actually going to get. Then, it's going to end up the exact same as this one.
Now, you know, why you need Next Level just as an example is super important because now we can, for example, see here, okay, this channel only has 10,000 subscribers, but then has a video that got a lot of views. Then, we can click on the channel and what we can also do with Next Level is we can actually, you know, go here to to analytics and we can see the RPM of these channels, all right? So, let me just open up another account while this is loading. Just want to show you some other things. So, what you're going to do is once your account is set up, as I've just explained, you know, you you scroll down on your YouTube homepage and you're just looking for small channels getting a lot of views. Like, for example, this one that I don't even know, right? Here we can see I did not know this channel then I go ahead and subscribe. And yeah, so you just continue to do this. You just scroll through your YouTube homepage.
Look for small channels getting a lot of views. Here's another one that I didn't know. Boom, subscribe to this channel as well. So, you you can now see for this channel here, $5 RPM, 500,000 views making round about $3,000 a month.
Now, then you have to decide like, okay, is 3K a month for me? Is it good or not?
All right? That's completely up to you.
Now, what we also like to do is once we found a bunch of niches, I like to create new niches using the niche transform method. So, instead of copying something everyone is doing, we use the niche transform method to 1000X our results on YouTube, okay? This is essentially taking a proven concept from a different niche and moving it to different markets on YouTube. Now, this can literally be anything, the title, the thumbnail style, the video style, anything. Like no joke, anything. All right? Just Just as an example how these exact channels did it right here. So, Medieval Times discovered this was the first channel actually posting this kind of this kind of content. And if you look at Before Fire, same kind of content, just for different people, right? Here, Pirate Times on TV, same kind of content, just for different people. Off Grid Solutions, same kind of content, just for different kind of people, all right? So, we always want to have a look at like, "Hey, how can we change up the niche to, you know, kind of cater new people?" Just as an example, if we look at this channel, this channel here is more towards females. So, let's have a think and think, "Hey, can we do something like this instead for females, but for males?" Right? Very, very easy.
So, now you guys know how to choose a niche, super, super easy. Now, we actually have to go and select video topics, which is just as important as choosing a niche. So, supply and demand in video topics, supply and demand is not just important in your niche, but also in the video topics you choose. And many people completely forget about this. So, how do you actually go ahead and find demand in video topics? You look for recent outlier videos on competitor channels. You look for recent trending formats. And most importantly, is you do not go ahead and copy um the most popular videos from competitors, because this is what everyone does and your videos will fail 100 million percent. So, if you now just go ahead and you, you know, go here and you copy this exact video here one-on-one, the chance of you succeeding is not the highest. All right? That's why do not copy the most popular videos of competitor channels, except if they're like very, very new, all right?
Then, how do you actually find supply?
You use your YouTube search bar and look for people who have created the exact same video. If it's been done more than three times and you don't have a different angle for that specific video, look for a different topic. Now, YouTube will always show you the videos of the YouTube will always show your videos to the hardcore fans of that niche first.
And if they have already seen that specific video multiple times, guess what? They're not going to click on that video because they do not have any reason for clicking on that video except if it follows a different angle, all right? Now, how does a perfect video topic actually look like? A perfect topic resonates with your audience. So, you have to ask yourself, do they even want to watch this? Some topics sound super interesting but are super boring, so make sure that your topic is not boring. Then your topic has to be posted on time, especially if it's a trend.
Repeat what has done well in the past and I think we'll cover more on that Yes, we'll cover more on that a bit in a bit. Then leverage negativity. So, humans respond super well to negative things, all right? So, negativity on YouTube is working very, very well. Now, what I want you to use as well is our topic transfer method. So, this is by far the most powerful ways ways to choose video topics. And what you essentially do is you find winning video topics in other niches and just move them over to your niche. And this can work insanely well if done correctly, as we can see right here. So, this video here was posted first, 2.7 million views, then this video was posted, 350,000 views, then this video here was posted first, 2.5 million views, this one posted, and then this first 6 days, you know, on a very new channel. You guys can check this channel out. It got 55,000 views, all right? So, using topics that have a or or or kind of video ideas that have already worked and moving them to a different audience on or different market on YouTube is extremely powerful, all right? Now, this is exactly what we did with Scott, who went from, you know, getting 50 to 100 views a video, almost giving up on his channel to, you know, not 5K days but 5K a month within like a week, as we can see exactly here, with the highest day on his channel of $450, which is super cool. Then the next thing is double down on what has already worked. So, once you've posted a few videos, you will see what specific topics are working pretty well. So, we want to double down on what is already working. So, once you find something that works and gets we views, why reinvent the wheel?
And double down on that topic until it does not work anymore. If you have something that works 80% of the time, I know if you have something that works, do 80% of what works and 20% test new new stuff. This has worked extremely well for Andre, who went from, you know, being just being monetized to 31k a month in just four months, all right?
So, we really went hard on this and we scaled them up to $31,000 in one single month in just four months. Now, if you're looking for the same results, check out the first link in the video description, Boka Call, so you know where to Boka Call, all right? First link in the video description. Then we need to create content. So, for that we're going to use AI and freelancers.
So, for content creation, we have three different options for approaching it, you know? So, we either can do it ourselves, we can do the hybrid method, or we can fully outsource it. Now, everything has its advantages and disadvantages. So, if you do it yourself, you basically have no cost, you have 100% profit margin, you learn new skills, and you're full control of what is actually happening. The disadvantages are it is not very scalable, it's extremely time consuming, the learning takes a bunch of time, and without you, there's no money because you don't you can't create any videos. Then the hybrid method, a lot of our students actually start with this. The advantages are it's low cost, you do what you enjoy, you have more control, but the disadvantages are it's only partially scalable, it's very time consuming, some capital is required, without you, there's no income. So, a lot of our students actually start with this and then move over to fully outsourcing, where the advantages are it's not very time consuming, extremely scalable, still over 80% profit margin if done correctly, you have time freedom, you work with experienced freelancers, especially if you work with me because we give you guys freelancers. Then, without you, there's still an income.
The disadvantages are just it requires some initial capital, all right? So, you can choose whatever you want to do, as long as the videos get posted, it does not make sense how they get created, all right? Now, how do you actually or where do you actually hire these people?
So, here thumbnail designers, you get them on X, on Fiverr, on Upwork, on YTJobs, on onlinejobs.ph. For script writers, you know, Upwork is the best.
YTJobs, onlinejobs.ph, or even use AI, all right? I like to use AI, a lot of our students are also using AI for writing scripts, just because it's the easiest, it's the cheapest, and it's the fastest, all right? Very simple. Voice over artist, we use Fiverr or ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs is an AI voice of a generator, but what you can also use is Generai Pro. It's just like almost like ElevenLabs, just way cheaper, so here you I get a million credits for $22, and has a super good voices as well. For the video editors, this is going to be your most important thing, you know, Upwork, X, YTJobs, or onlinejobs.ph.
As I said, like you get all of these people if you work one-on-one with me.
Then, channel manager, now this is not something you need, you only need a channel manager once you're making like once you have like a few channels that you're running. Now, the channel manager actually takes 5% of the channel revenue. Now, you can actually find them between your friends, you know, just have a look at your friends. Then, on Upwork, you can use one of your existing freelancers, can check on YTJobs, or onlinejobs.ph.
The most important thing for these freelancers or for kind of using uh channel managers is that you just find someone who's accountable, all right?
This is one of the most important things, because keep in mind that a channel manager is going to take over the whole team, right? They're going to run the day-to-day operations, okay?
Then, the next thing we're going to do is is actually go ahead head going ahead and posting. Now, I follow this exact process with every single niche I get into to avoid spending money on videos that will never work, all right? So, very easy. Firstly, we do niche research, then we actually, you know, create our YouTube channel. For that, there are a bunch of different kind of accounts we can use. So, you can either either use a new account, a personal account, aged account, or a pre-monetized account. A new account is brand new. Personal account is just account that you use to watch YouTube, like for example, this video. An aged account is just a very old account. And a pre-monetized account is an account that you know, is already in the YouTube partnership program. Would not recommend a pre-monetized account. Then, we need five to, like, let's not five, but at this current stage, 10 to 15 video topics, all right? But, we need good video topics. Then, we go into content creation. So, we write the script with ChatGPT. Keep in mind, we're just testing. We want to keep our costs low.
The voice over with 11 Labs or HeyGen AI Pro. Then, the editor, we use a freelancer for like 15, uh whoops, 15 to 25 dollars a video. And then, for the thumbnail, we use a freelancer or we do it the thumbnail ourselves. Now, do not do thumbnails yourself if you have no idea how to do it, all right? Now, very important, some very important things.
We want our videos to be 1.5 times longer than our competitive videos. Why?
Because YouTube is a business. They're always going to push the videos that kind of make them the most amount of money. And if someone watches your video for just 30 seconds more, YouTube is going to push your video way further, right? Because you keep someone on the platform for way longer. And if your video is longer, you have a better chance of actually achieving that, all right? Then, for the thumbnail and title, it was very important that you're always working with proven-to-work concepts for these two. Extremely important, all right? Then, we actually go into the posting phase where, you know, we start posting. So, we post, skip, post, skip, post, post, skip, post. So, it's very funny. I always say, like, you know, you need to be consistent, but you also need to be inconsistent in the beginning with YouTube because we want to show YouTube that we are human. We are humans behind their account, all right? So, one of two things is going to happen. Either the channel is actually going to blow up as we see right here. Then only we continue to post. We do not go past the 15 video mark, all right? If nothing happens, then scenario two where literally nothing happens, we do not continue to post. Only if one out of these 15 videos goes viral, then we post, all right? If nothing happens, we do not post, okay?
Very simple, okay? Now, the reasons why a channel might fail is super simple. It can either be your niche, can be your video topics, your packaging, your video length, or it's a bad channel. Now, in case of a channel failing, firstly go back and try to understand why did my channel fail, and then go back to niche research and repeat this process until you have something that works. Trust me, if you always go back and try to understand why a channel fails, you're going to hit something that works way faster than you think. Trust me, all right? Then the next thing, this is probably going to be the favorite thing of you guys, all right? So, this is um the easiest or kind of money making money on YouTube.
So, the easiest way to make money with with YouTube is where YouTube pays you directly for the views you get with the YouTube partnership program. Now, for that, you need 1,000 subscribers and you need 4,000 hours of watch time. Now, I know that sounds super super difficult, all right? I know it sounds a lot, but the people we work with get to this point in 3 to 6 weeks on average. Just had someone doing it again yesterday, as we can see right here. Um here, magic number of 1,000 subscribers. This afternoon, could not be happier, all right? Now, how much money can you can you make with YouTube? Very easy to explain. So, there's a CPM, so cost per 1,000 views, how much advertisers pay per 1,000 views or impressions on the ad. Um and then RPM, revenue per 1,000 views, how much you earn for every 1,000 views. So, creators actually on YouTube get 55% of what advertisers pay YouTube, all right? Now, just as an example, um with the RPM, so if you have a average RPM of $5, which is kind of the average on YouTube, you need round about 2 million views, all right, to make $10,000. So, here for 1 million views you get $5,000. Now, if you times that by two, you get 2 million views and you get $10,000, all right?
Now, how can you actually go ahead and increase your RPM? You go ahead and you turn on your alcohol and gambling ads, you create videos longer than 15 minutes, and you place ads every 10 seconds using Next Level. Super, super easy. Now, let me know if you guys have any questions, and then, you know, if you're interested in working one-on-one with me, like for example this student did, who is skilled to $4,000 a month, or here this one, $18,000 a month, then check out the first link in the video description, book a call with me, and we'll have a look if it makes sense to work together. And with that being said, I'll see you then either on the call or in the next video.
