[00:00:21]And these are things that no one really talks about. But really, the dystonic brain is a brain that is a bit neurodivergent by definition, right? So, it adapts to inputs very easily. It learns really easily.

[00:00:39]And so, a lot of us with dystonia learn to mask our natural ways of being in order to become acceptable to others, right? And we have this story in our heads that we are too much or not enough, that there's something fundamentally wrong and broken about us.
