Therefore he advised him to cultivate self-restraint and discipline through the guidance of noble teachers and elders. Self-restraint and discipline means you learn on your own. A king who follows the instruction of wise teachers can defeat even powerful enemies. Such knowledge becomes a true ornament for a ruler. So what does he say, Bukka Kukkaraya? If a king has advisors by his side, whoever listens to what the advisors say, then that king will definitely defeat his enemies because war is not only about going and killing and defeating, but also winning in politics.

[00:05:37]Bukkaraya Father explained that youth is a dangerous stage of life. Even when purified by scriptural learning, the intellect of young people is offended, clouded by passion and ignorance. So youth is a very dangerous stage of life. No matter how good you are, no matter how good your habits are, no matter how good a boy you are, if you do not listen to what someone says because of your fashion, because of your ego, your life will be drastic. He strongly wants that the prince should be against destructive habits such as gambling, intoxication, hunting for pleasure and excessive attachment to women. He says that all these should be avoided. He loses his dignity, judgment and strength of character. He explained that many rulers become helpless because of Immoral Associations and the Aragons Born of Wealth and Luxury So no matter how much money you have, no matter how many properties, fame, and kingdoms you have, if you don't have character, no one will listen to you, you will never be a king. So, he says that your character is important, and it is very important for you to be dignified. Only a Ruler with Noble Qualities Can Preserve Lasting Prosperity and Fame Noble qualities mean that those who do even the impossible are called noble. Look, a king who has noble qualities and a character that no one else has, that king's name and fame will remain forever.

[00:07:06]I say that, sorry Bukkaraya also emphasized that ruling and empire is a grave and demanding responsibility. Therefore, the teaching of wise men should be sharpened. The intellect and stable prosperity belong only to those rulers who possess noble virtues. He advised the prince to govern with justice and compassion.
