1 dead, 2 hospitalized after violent stabbing in Worcester

[00:00:00]Breaking news in Worcester. One person is dead, two more hurt in a stabbing.

[00:00:11]Rachel, that's right. You can see it all around me. A total of three homes here are blocked off with crime scene tape.

[00:00:17]And that's because investigators have been going to all three looking for evidence here. Police in Worcester tell us three people were hurt here. One of them dead now, two more taken to the hospital. They say this is the result of a domestic violence situation. They can't give that much more information, but they're saying there's no threat to the public. But neighbors here on Sunrise A, they say this couple has lived here for a long time. In fact, the wife took over the home from her father and their adult son has disabilities. A neighbor says one man was taken out. He appeared to have handcuffs or a temporary zip ties around his wrist and was placed in an ambulance. The son was also spotted out here. They say he was at a day program earlier today and got home and that's when all of this seemed to transpire. The neighbors say they never saw the woman come out of the home though. Everyone here is just heartbroken by this situation as police again have this entire area as you can see here live blocked off. It's a very active crime scene.
