A hot bleeping mess is what we are about to get into. So, first things first, I want to get into the good, which is always first and foremost, Remy. So, we're going to give some education first. You know what I'm saying? What is the Remy Network? So, everybody is on the same page. It is a free adup supported streaming service launched by Grammy nominated artist Remy in November of 2025.

[00:01:46]It is dedicated to showcasing hip hop culture offering original content including scripted series, reality shows, films and documentaries, music and sports. And it also includes a boxing show as well. The platform serves as a space for creators to showcase diverse stories.

[00:02:09]You know what I'm saying? So that is essentially the Remy Network. What is Win Records? Because for all intents and purposes, I thought it was a record company, but apparently it is allegedly an innovative entertainment, sports brand, and music promotion agency.

[00:02:30]focusing on bridging music, media, and athletic excellence. Y'all just made this up w within THE PAST WEEK. WHAT?

[00:02:40]Led by CEO Ruben Branson, the company operates as a fullervice talent and music agency. So, it's not a record labeled even though it's called Win Records. with notable ventures including major partnership with boxer Clarissa Shields and music and talent production management.

[00:03:05]How are you going to be in the face of sports and really your signing of Clarissa Shields is really the only sports connection you have affiliated with the company. I thought this was an actual record label that was going to be promoting and pushing out artists.

[00:03:31]So basically you are the equivalent of Celita Promotions but just in the realm of music. Basically you promote artists like Cadia and Papoose. That's what it's sounding like to me.

[00:03:48]And help push Clarissa Shields. Make this make sense. So, I just wanted to give you a little bit of a background, a little bit of a backstory. Now, we're going to transition into what the HL has happened, you guys. Also, while we are keeping score, you know what I'm saying?

[00:04:05]The Remy Network that had launched has only been launched for a few months, you guys. Has 143 Wow. 143,000 followers on the Instagramies, you know what I'm saying, is doing big things. Uh, unfortunately for Win Records, they are at the tune of 8,468 followers. You know what I'm saying? But they're basically calling themselves a new global entertainment company in talent man.

[00:04:37]You you cannot tell me that this foolishness this madness because when records has been MIA since the Clarissa Shields and Franch Cruz fight at the end of February like what are we doing? So let's get into what what has happened y'all. So on the left is the monthly Remy Network update you guys that there has been up it through April. The May numbers have not come out yet. The May receipts have not dropped yet, but since April, as of midappril, over 8 million people, 8 million watchtime minutes in 4 months, you guys, for the Remy Network, that means the people are interested.

[00:05:25]That means this show is doing big things. The network is doing big things with the programming that is on it. It is also number now this again was about a week or so ago. It's currently number 69 on the Apple app for the charts for entertainment you guys. So again it is available on for free on several platforms you guys wherever you get your whether you have a smart TV and all of the things. So that is the case on the left. Now, we have to get into the mess that is on the right. So, if you guys will recall, Clarissa Shields and Dmitri were doing some press this week with the Big Tiger show and a few other shows because they're promoting a fight that is going to be tomorrow. And again, I am of confusion as far as why all of a sudden is all this attention on this fight now? Where where was the promotion weeks ago for this upcoming fight in Atlanta? So this is giving last minute.

[00:06:29]This is giving what strings can we pull to put this out here to make things happen and make things up as we go. So it says the following that when records decided to post and completely disturbed the piece as far as I'm concerned, what they posted was I know this seems a little unexpected. How unprofessional.

I can get some more information so I can let all of y'all know that are watching what really is the tape, what really is going on. Is this really like Remya? Is it going to be free? And the answer is H EL no. But on the actual website, it says that it is coming soon. the future of sports pay-per-view and entertainment and all of the things that it is preparing to launch and that it's going to have sports highlights, athlete features, music and culture, an entertainment program, which to me sounds like Remy Network that Remy Network is doing right now for free. So, it sounds like right now when you click on the hyperlink to get a ticket, you boys, you have to spend $5.95, aka $6, for you to watch the prelims only. Now, I feel like this is a combination of people that Win Records is copying, is monitoring, you know what I'm saying? So Zeus Network did this for the Clarissa Shields and Franch Cruz fight that basically you watch the undercard fights on the Zeus Network platform and then when you got to the main event, the main fight which is Clarissa Shields and everything else, you had to go to the zone to watch the fight. So this is the same business model that Win Records is implementing.

[00:10:50]I don't know how much it is at Zeus Network because I don't pay for Zeus Network. I don't have uh Zeus Network.

[00:10:56]You know what I'm saying? As a purchasing customer, but nonetheless, it sounds like you pay 5.95 with Win Records Network. How creative of a name.

[00:11:07]You know what I'm saying? Uh you know, Remy Network, Zeus Network, Win Records Network, right? And so ultimately you pay the 5.95 and you can watch all of the undercard fights and then for the main event you go to the zone on you know if you have the zone right and watch the main event tomorrow night in Atlanta right so there are several questions you know what I'm saying that I have but it's giving at the end of the day I'm just going to copy what my wife is doing that's what it's given to me I I don't know about y'all, but but it's getting to me Papoose is just watching everything that Remy Ma is going to do, right? Because before allegedly Papoose was allegedly cheating in private, right? We didn't know all of the alleged side pieces and mistresses and entanglements in Pygmies that Papoose was dealing with, right? But then when somebody outed Remya and Easy the black captain in Papoose's mind, it's like, "Okay, you're public with this dude, right? So, let me be public with somebody, right?" But ultimately, you still were hesitant on being public with somebody. Ultimately, it happened only because Remya was trying to find a way to throw you out of her home because you were pawning her jewelry. You were being lazy, sleeping on the couch. You were entertaining all of these other women.

[00:12:36]You know what I'm saying? But really having the audacity because she cut you off. She cut your family off and you still have the audacity to be posted up in her house. Absolutely not. Right. So Remy Ma said enough is enough. Y'all not going to drag me for easy the black captain. And Pat Poose is not this innocent party that you think he is. He is no victim. He has been playing me for years. And I am just going to put a little bit of tea out here at the end of 2024 of at least one person Papoose is dealing with by the name of Clarissa Shields.

[00:13:16]So, you got that going on. But even then, they still didn't go public for a while, right? They still didn't really go public for a while. It still was some time. You know what I'm saying? They made their technically to me their debut at the Breakfast Club, that interview where Paps filed the fake divorce papers that were crumbled up in his hand. And then they, you know, attended some red carpet such as the BET Awards and then Clarissa Shields of course had the fight where she wanted to debut her Papoose tattoo.

[00:13:51]But I don't know if Papoose was going to take this public thing with Clarissa as far as it's gone.

[00:13:59]I think Papoose was thinking that Remy Ma seeing him out with Clarissa was somehow going to make her feel some type of way and it made Remy Ma feel no type of way because it hasn't registered for Pap's that Remy Ma has been checked out.

[00:14:17]That that has not clocked for him. That has not clicked for him. Right. So, all of this backfires, all of the things.

[00:14:25]Papoose's rap career is non-existent, you guys. He thought that the next scheme of it all was the $8 million deal with Clarissa Shields, but I don't think Papoose anticipated how out of control and how unmarketable Clarissa Shields is. So, so now after all of the horrible coverage and the horrible things that took place leading up to the fight with Franch Cruz at the end of February, everything has been damage control, but the damage control is causing more damage.

[00:15:03]That was the last time we saw any alleged wind records artist perform was the person who originally was doing the black national anthem. uh passion but got upstaged unfortunately by Kelly Price. But we saw the Wind Records robes, we saw the Wind Records logos, and then we didn't hear nothing about Wind Records until it was Clarissa Shields's birthday, right? Because remember, of course, she ran to New York uh to be seen at Papoose's mama's house and was the main one out there with the camera out the entire time, right?

[00:15:41]And ultimately, you know what I'm saying? In my opinion, I feel when Records paid for Everybody First Class to fly out to Cali and, you know, partake in birthday shenanigans as a group project. No vacation like Clarissa was talking about, right? So, you have that going on. You have some business meetings, right? You already link up with LMI from the Zeus network because of the fight back in February. Y'all talking shop, y'all talking business about a potential reality show deal and what that is going to look like. However, it is clear that there is creative differences on what those reality shows entail of what Lemy is seeing versus what Clarissa is seeing versus what Papoose is seeing.

[00:16:28]Papoose is just there for the bread and for the check. I don't think he's trying to be back on reality TV and especially not with no Clarissa, right? But that will be very interesting if Papoose appears on the rumored six-part reunion series of Love in Hip Hop.

[00:16:46]So, we will have to see about that. But I guess if they're offering a check, then more than likely Papoose will attend. So, you have that going on.

[00:16:54]Still not too much on Whitten Records, right? We see Papoose promoting Cadia that their stuff in the works and all the things. We see Clarissa Shields release terrible music that went triple plastic. You know what I'm saying? That nobody is streaming. Nobody's paying attention to that she's lying about in interviews. You know what I'm saying?

[00:17:14]And she was the main one that said she was going to take a break from boxing after her fight with Franch Cruz and was going to focus on music and was going to spam us with so much music that we would be in content overload from Clarissa Shields. Except for that didn't happen because the songs went triple plastic.

[00:17:33]And in the music business to be an artist, it costs money. Studio time costs money. Paying the producers and the writers cost money. All that stuff costs money. And I said, "You need to be booking gigs. Booking performances."

[00:17:49]Well, there was just an announcement that there's an the festival that's going to be in August, a collaboration when records presents Shaba Ranks and others. You know what I'm saying? But guess who is on the ticket in the fine print? You have to zoom in. You need a magnifying glass to see Kadesia's name also performing. But no, Clarissa Shields, you guys. So, it seems that they're going the Celita promotions route, but way of the music industry that they're going to be sponsoring and putting together these festivals, right?

[00:18:29]And it sounds like Neil, what Win Records is doing since there's no artists coming out with any music or any albums or any singles or anything is they have to find a way to recoup some money and bring some income into this company because Clarissa Shields, you know what I'm saying? this alleged $8 million deal where she's allegedly still supposed to have two more fights this year and however much is negotiated for next year. Uh it's not looking good.

[00:19:01]So you have to find other ways to get to the bag. So then you're looking at Remya, you're looking at everything Remya is doing with Remy Network. You are looking at uh Lei from Zeus Network and what he just did during the uh Franch Cruz Clarissa Shields fight.

[00:19:21]And so you're like, "Let me see what they're doing. Let me evaluate their situation and let's make something shake." So what has happened is now out of the blue cuz they were like, "Listen, look at here. I I know this may be unexpected. It was unexpected to us because we thought Clarissa Shields was going to be our money maker, but she is too volatile on the internet that we need to switch gears. We need to switch gears and make sure money continues to roll in as things are closing for Clarissa Shields.

[00:19:53]So, first you have Clarissa Shields that is going to be a cheerleader now for Celita Promotions in uh you know bringing allegedly fights to Atlanta and using Clarissa Shields's face for promotion in hopes that that is going to put butts in the seats at the arena. You guys, right? So, you have that going on.

[00:20:16]Rumored according to Dimmitri, potentially Clarissa Shields fights in Atlanta, Georgia. But first and foremost, does she even have an upcoming fight? I'll wait. Then this nonsense that they announced tonight that they are going to be basically an effective streaming platform via a website for right now, right? until they get all their ducks in the row. But temporarily what they're planning to do with these fights is you pay $6 to watch the undercards and then the main event you go to Done or wherever the main fight is going to be and you go to that platform so that when records can recoup some of the money that they are losing with all of the playing around and messing around and breach of contract that Clarissa Shields is actively doing at the moment.

[00:21:14]And there you have it. And then you're using the Remy Ma angle of it all by also incorporating music, also incorporating entertainment and culture and everything else because there is an ongoing Shaderoom channel on the Remy Network. There is a couple of African channels. There's music, there's culture, there's all types of things on the Remy network in addition to addition um original programming both scripted and non-scripted television shows as well as movies as well as documentaries and the whole nine. But but it's giving monitoring spirit you guys. It is giving monitoring spirit when records is sitting back trying to basically figure out cuz I thought this was a gospel record company originally, right? But it has evolved to where you got rap artists and allegedly an R&B singer that got sabotaged at the fight in February that now you are turning into a full-fledged on service for sports, for entertainment, for music promotion to promote festivals and sponsor festivals and all this and all that. But it's not saying anything about an actual artist career, about an actual music career for an artist. Whether you are a rapper, a singer, or a GOSPEL ARTIST, MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. SO, I need to hear from y'all in the comments. I need y'all to unleash like y'all have never unleashed before about the latest nonsense that when Records has announced to us because they are ever evolving into something else.
