Our experience with home buying in Birmingham has not always been so easy.
[music] I remember in 2020 we were going to look at a house, fell in love with it. We put our offer on it, the offer got accepted, and then of course you have to drop off your earnest money.
>> [music] >> Literally an hour after he turned in that money, the owner said they did not want to sell [music] to us anymore. It does not matter how well dressed you are, how well spoken, they have hate in their heart. And so, that house, it was like one of our dream homes, was taken out from underneath us in like an hour.
