Geopolitical conflicts create cascading supply chain disruptions that affect multiple sectors simultaneously, including energy, food, and industrial manufacturing, as demonstrated by the current Iran conflict where oil production has dropped 57%, strategic petroleum reserves are being rapidly depleted, and essential goods like motor oil and air filters are becoming scarce across the United States.

🚨🚨BREAKING: Is This REVENGE? Or Something MORE?? - Watchmen UpdatesAdded:
Good Sunday morning to you all.
Hopefully you guys are doing great. We got another watchman update. Big news out there. US aircraft opens fire on a cargo ship near the straight of Hormuz.
The blockade is still in effect. Iran shooting down another US drone. Uh this is starting to rack up quite a bill of lost drones that we can't even replace at this point. We're going to have a gold audit on Fort Knox. That's good news. Um but is it really just a distraction?
Israeli army now crossing the Latani River uh in Lebanon. This is big news there too as they begin their offensive in um in Gaza as well. US, Japan, and China are rapidly depleting their strategic petroleum reserves and it's getting downright scary how much oil we have lost out there. Google is uh going to be releasing millions of mosquitoes.
We need to talk about that, too. It's going to be to save us from disease. I don't know if I trust them and you probably don't either. Watchmen all over um are reporting on the oil shortage that's spreading. Uh now some people's workplaces are even being impacted. We got all that plus a whole lot more.
Let's get into it. Welcome to the Popular Report. I'm Steve Popppler. I'm an accountant by trade and these are your updates. If you have something to share, make sure you use the word update somewhere in your comment. Does get it to the right place. Um it we also want to thank our sponsor Genesis Gold Group.
They help people with retirement accounts to get out of stocks and bonds.
So if you are tired of the stock market going up and down or if you're hoping it goes down but it's been going up or or whatever you've been doing out there and it just starts to feel more and more like a casino and you want to be into something real, something tangible, something you can touch, gold, silver, and platinum are the way to go. Uh Jonathan's team can walk you through all the specifics, all the fees, and you can decide if it's a good fit for you. No obligation move forward if you click the link at the end of the video. Uh just tap on that and go straight there. If you do mention if you go there directly, make make sure you mention this channel. So they do wave your setup fee. All right. Um some of you guys wanted to see the background there. So I'll pop that in right there.
Uh so you can kind of see the background there without the blurry.
And let's get into the latest on the Iran deal drama. President Trump rejected the negotiated uh me memorandum of understanding uh for an extension to the ceasefire. So we have a ceasefire but now we're trying to extend the ceasefire but really if nothing happens the ceasefire just kind of keeps happening. Uh except the straight of Hormuz does remain shut. Well they had a deal uh that was negotiated. President Trump said no good, not a good deal. He is now asking for some amendments to be made onto the deal. Uh or else he won't approve it. And this is basically demanding that they surrender their nuclear material, which they've already said they will not do. So, it doesn't look like there's going to be a deal, but I don't know. May maybe we can get lucky. Uh Eid is over and uh the Muslim holidays are over. So that is making it so that uh uh this could be the next step here. Uh oil prices is down and the stock market is up. So I think President Trump really doesn't have a lot of pressure on him right now. He feels like he has a lot of room for maneuver uh in order to hammer a much better deal. Uh Trump calls for a gold audit on Fort Knox. Now, if you haven't been distracted by the Iran war and you haven't been distracted by the aliens, uh, now hopefully this will distract you from demanding that the Epstein files get released. Um, it it's amazing how Washington DC works. They will do anything it takes to distract you from what they don't want you looking at. Um, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israeli forces have crossed South Lebanon's Latani River. Now, this is a big deal because they said that they were going to take a buffer zone up to the Latani River, but now apparently Iran uh Israeli Defense Force um units have crossed the Latani River and are plunging further into Lebanon. This could be a major red line not only for Hezbollah but could be a red line for both Lebanon the country and uh Iran.
They could be very very upset about this uh and understandably so. It's a major escalation. Up to this point they said we're only going to go up to this place and now they're going beyond that. So um all right. Uh when it comes to oil, um we're already seeing projections out there that uh Gulf oil production is down 57% of what it was before uh the conflict.
And folks out there are saying that it will take at least 4 months uh to get up to 80% of pre-conlict conflict flows. So to get back from 56% up to 80% um it's going to take at least four months. And this is not just some random person commenting. This is ADNO chief executive Sultan Al Jabar. U this is a major industry executive and they know what they're talking about and that's what they're saying it's going to take. Uh Japan uh started off this whole conflict with 360 million barrels of oil in their strategic petroleum reserve. They're down to 280 already. Um they are drawing down about 40 plus uh million per month.
Uh we have uh they have about three more months at current draw rates because it is increasing and China uh is drawing down its stocks of uh strategic petroleum reserve rapidly as well. But they have about 10 months. It looks like uh US doesn't even have that long. US is going to have to start throttling its uh output uh in just a couple months. Here we have Google out there planning on uh releasing millions of mosquitoes into California as well as Florida. This is allegedly to help stop diseases.
Um so they're going to send out u genetically modified mosquitoes. Now, if you don't like eating genetically modified corn, you don't like eating genetically modified wheat or soy, I imagine you probably don't want to get eaten by a genetically mod modified mosquito. Uh, and understandably so.
What exactly do they do? Who knows?
Frankenstein mosquitoes. What could possibly go wrong? We've all seen enough movies to come up with a few scenarios that we could each think of, I think. Uh the tech giant is seeking federal approval uh to do this. And you you got to ask the question, why is Google, a tech company, genetically modifying mosquitoes in the first place, right? I mean, that doesn't even make sense. Why would they be doing that? Why are they doing that? Uh now we also have uh President Trump just recently posted on Truth Social that the uh naval blockade of Iran uh will now be lifted. This is what he said uh I believe it was on Friday morning or late Thursday. I didn't uh comment on it because it didn't really make any sense.
Um but Iranian sailors are out there saying that the naval blockade remains fully in force. Uh ships attempting to cross the blockade line after Trump's announcement were warned by US Navy vessels to turn back immediately or face fire. Uh and fire they did. Uh a ship did try to bypass the blockade in the Gulf of Oman and a US uh military aircraft fired a Hellfire missile at it and hit its engine room, disabling the ship and it is now being taken into custody. Uh it was given 20 plus warnings. Uh but I guess President Trump's giving them a taste of their own medicine. They said repeatedly the the Gulf of Hormuz uh the straight of Hormuz is open. And then they warned off ships and started shooting at ships. Well, President Trump's now doing the same thing. It's open, but we're going to shoot at you.
Um Iran u whether it's in retaliation of this or some other thing, it's hard to keep track of what what's retaliation for what. Anyway, Iran shot down a US drone earlier this morning over Iranian waters. Uh yesterday they shot down one in Yemen. I didn't mention that because but now it's starting to become a pattern. The day before that they shot down one over Iran. These are predator drones or the Reaper drones which are the bigger, more expensive modified uh predator drones. Uh the day before that they destroyed two on the ground in Kuwait. So, that's five Reaper drones this week that they've destroyed. That's about $200 million worth of hardware.
It's a pretty sizable uh chunk of change. Now, um I know the US government gives out that much money to Somali's uh massage parlor child care centers every week, but you know, it's a big chunk of change when it comes to defense budgets.
Uh we only have 130 of them left, too.
That's an interesting note there. We shut down production of the uh of the Reaper uh drone line last year and we stopped purchasing them. The Air Force did. So, we're down to 130. We've lost dozens of them in this conflict. Uh we we really only Are we going to run out of oil first? Are we going to run out of Reaper drones first? At this rate, we might run out of Reaper drones first.
And that's saying something.
Butternut. Butternut says Walmart in Northern Arizona oil filters here are gone. Very few um air filters left as well. So air filters are also having the same issue. The the company that manufactured them, the generic versions of them went out of business, went bankrupt, and they just stopped production of them. And no one stepped in to to produce those things. So expect air filters, oil filters. This stuff is just gone. Uh they said just expensive oil filters left on the shelf. Oil looking sparse. Uh you might have to buy the more expensive oil filters. That's uh that's where we're at right now. And pretty soon you might not even be able to buy them because other people are going to have to do the same. Survivor says, "I work in a mechanic shop in Arizona. Our supplier has no motor oil available." So friends of you have been hearing about the motor oil shortage and you're like, "It doesn't seem that bad.
It's not coming." Well, there you have it from our friend uh at the mechanic shop in Arizona. Their supplier, not uh not a store, their supplier for auto parts doesn't have any motor oil to send them. Uh Harry in Sanford, Florida, a used car lot on high uh on the highway went out of business here a few weeks ago. The lot usually had about 50 cars, trucks, SUVs for sale at any given time.
Now they're all gone. Uh yeah. Uh we got car lots disappearing. Uh people just aren't buying vehicles right now and these companies are uh reducing their inventory. So uh this is going to impact uh the the manufacturers bigly in the near term. And when that happens, is that going to be good for the stock market or bad for the stock market?
Well, of course it doesn't matter because the only thing that matters right now is AI. Apparently, um, artificial intelligence is the whole market. At least that's what we're being told. All these things don't matter until suddenly they do matter. And when they matter, they're going to matter a whole lot. Terry says, "Weather uh warfare is hitting Idaho here. Three days of high winds destroying many gardens just planted. Heavy skylines every day overhead. farmers getting inches of irrigation water restricted now to only a half inch across the board. That's all they're allowed to get at this point. Um that's not enough to grow crops on, right? Uh you need more water than that. And I will just point out this. Um where are the biggest weather anomalies happening right now?
Europe across agricultural zones.
Different parts of the United States are suffering extreme weather all of a sudden. You look at this kind of stuff and it makes you kind of go, hm, uh, does Russia, does, uh, our adversary in China, uh, have access to weather modification? Uh, can they do stuff?
Because it sure seems like the United States and our allies are getting the most of the effect of this. Uh, Beverly says, "I went to Aldi's on May 28th to get cuties, the uh, the little oranges, right? Uh, they were $2.79. And I went the next day and they were $3.99. That's a buck 20 overnight. How do they expect people to eat? This is crazy. This is Forest Hills, Pennsylvania. Price changes are going up dramatically, especially on oranges. We got shortages of oranges because uh basically the the orange fields and the orange trees down in Florida got devastated by um disease uh last couple years. And then uh they've been having issues uh with uh water and they've had issues just issue after issue. Florida oranges aren't a thing right now. Um there are very few of them and uh the supply is dramatically impacted. Most of the oranges you're seeing are being imported from outside the country and uh if you're getting orange juice, it's mixing in with your oranges. Uh and that's why the orange juice has tasted so bitter for the past year or so. It's not just you. It's literally doesn't taste as good.
Tim says, "Uh, our company uses chain lubricant to protect our conveyor bed.
Uh, I was told yesterday that we could no longer get that and that they would be able to get us uh 5gallon buckets.
Uh, we use this lube by the 55gallon drum. And this is not the only thing that we use um that's uh oil based.
Right. Uh that that's just kind of the point where I'm saying is this isn't just about oh no you may not be able to do an oil change as quickly as you want.
This is industrial impacts are going to be pretty severe. Uh when we start talking about the lubricants and the uh oilbased chemicals that are used in factories all across the United States and all over the world. This is going to have a ripple effect bigger than CO in the coming months. And it's it's going to be showing up in all sorts of places that people don't expect. Like our conveyor bed can't keep going because we don't have any lubricant for it. That's one that probably people didn't anticipate happening. Uh now we can't move stuff and we can't produce stuff.
Old man says, "Um, my brother drives a fuel tanker and told me yesterday that the Mellan terminal in Clear Lake, Iowa is low or out of gasoline, and they will have to go further uh to other terminals to try and get loads of fuel for the service stations around North Iowa that they serve. But what happens when those terminals are out?" Also, you have been telling us, Steve, by July 4th, we are going to be in a world of hurt. It looks like it's on schedule. Stock up. Um, we're seeing numbers out there right now, Cushings, uh, which is basically what the, uh, um, the West Texas uh, intermediate um, oil is based off of.
Um, that's the pricing is Cushings oil.
Uh, Cushings is now approaching tank bottoms. Now, tank bottoms aren't exactly what they sound like. It's not like literally the bottom of the tank, but it's like this is the operating level that they don't want to go below.
And they're approaching those levels partially because there's stuff in there, partially because it's harder to pump that out. Um, and uh where the nozzles are and it just a whole bunch of stuff. Basically, they're approaching operationally empty. uh and that is the major oil terminal in the US that uh that we're pricing the WTI off of, which is uh what uh some of the ETFs use and the futures markets use. This could get spicy real fast. And uh I told you yesterday that the USO ETF is just scary. They're at 130% short interest.
For every 100 shares of USO uh ETF out there, 130 of them are sold short, which means they have to buy those back in order to cover. Uh that is going to be a major major problem. Uh it could be oil could turn into a massive short squeeze.
In other words, like GameStop and uh people are just not prepared for that.
Uh but uh the paper market does go both ways. And when it goes up, uh, when it finally breaks free, it can go off like a nuclear weapon. Uh, Deborah says, "Please remind people to make sure that they have their smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors working in their homes. My husband and I were woken up at 3:30 this morning by our carbon monoxide detector. We jumped up and realized our gas stove knob had gotten bumped while I was cleaning it before we went to bed."
And so it was just pumping gas into their home. Thank God we had a detector.
Please remind people how important their detectors are. Friends, it can save your life. If you're going to spend tens of thousands of dollars on health insurance, um please spend 20, 30 bucks to have smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors. They're not expensive. They can save your life. They can save your family's lives. They can save your house. Isn't your house your biggest investment? uh will protect it with a cheap piece of plastic that will actually alert you if there is fire.
Learning functioning says, "I hope people are really preparing." Something I don't know if uh anyone has mentioned yet. Um anyone noticed that the data centers are being built everywhere.
Yeah, we're very aware of that and uh people need to be aware of. Is it happening in your backyard? Uh we got a letter in the mail about our water lines and we kind of ignored it. Then a few weeks later, we got a flyer put on our door that they will be checking our water lines and doing testing for the uh data center that's coming to our area.
That's right. They're going to check your water lines to make sure that it's appropriate for the data center in your area. I know they take a whole lot of water to run. Uh basically the water goes in the evaporative cooling. um they basically boil that water off uh using the data center uh to cool it and uh that water is not coming back except as rainfall maybe. Uh we all use more water than we realize we do. Make sure you are stocked up on it. All right friends, good word out there. Thanks so much for being part of the watchman community and uh hopefully you get a quick glimpse uh from things here in Elito but um uh uh Elnito Palawan in the Philippines. All right, friends. Thanks so much for watching. If you want to check out another video from his channel, there's one right up there. If you want to get some more information from Genesis Gold Group about what you can do with your retirement account, there's a link right there on the screen. Uh, I'll see you guys later.
