[00:00:04]Hey guys, welcome to this video about Theory Savers. This is going to be a long video. It's going to be deconstructing everything to do with the brand as well as what other companies do and my experience starting the brand, growing the brand, being a customer of many other companies out there before that and how I approach Theory Savers, what we offer in value, and what I see for the company in the next year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, and beyond.

[00:00:31]So, this is going to be a pretty unorthodox video and it's going to give you a really great understanding of everything that the company is about and uh yeah, that's pretty much it. So, let's get started. So, we're going to go over a bunch of different things, everything we offer obviously first. Uh and then we're going to cover how other companies approach things, at least in my opinion, considering I was a customer as well. I know the industry inside and out and I've done my research for the last uh six or seven years now. So, right off the bat, how did I get started? Well, I was reviewing other companies back in 2019. I've spent probably over $10,000 on other companies savers out there, and I thought they were really cool. That's when NeoPixel technology was starting to come out and I was like, "Wow, this is awesome." So, from there, I became kind of a reviewer, a kind of thing. and uh I bought from a ton of different companies and I did a ton of different reviews and a lot of other videos that you guys have never seen and I've never done videos on because the product was just garbage.

[00:01:31]So, so right off the bat, how should we look at all of this? Well, there are a few top manufacturers out there overseas that are creating all of these highquality savers, some better than others, obviously. Personally, Theory Savers only works with TXQ. Our connection with them has been beyond just a sort of business relationship.

[00:01:51]I've made friends with them and we have such a great tight-knit work relationship and friendship that it is honestly a dream to be able to work with them. That and the fact that they just offer really great stuff. So, let's say they got TXQ, which we work with only. You've got company 2, company 3, blah blah blah.

[00:02:13]other ones that I don't even really consider. In 2020, you guys asked me to make my own company and I really took my time with it. So, it's been about 6 years since then. I announced Theory Sabers in 2020 online in videos, in live streams, and in videos. So, I would love to make my own saber. I would love to have my own saber company someday and uh manufacture and create my own um of these with different fonts and all that.

[00:02:37]My saber theory sabers going to have that been creating this back and forth for like a long time. Ever since I was a kid, I was obsessed. You know, made by a fan for fans. That's always been my motto, you know, Star Wars fan, making content for Star Wars fans. And um I hope you guys will enjoy it.

[00:02:52]>> The Savers. Yeah, that's what my company will be called.

[00:02:56]>> From there, I've done my research on all of the different manufacturers out there, what they offer, what you get, and how much flexibility there is with those brands. We have made stuff with Roger Christian, the man who created the very first lightsaber for George Lucas back in 1977. This is something obviously that we created with him as a collaboration. And this was according to his design, according to how detailoriented he was, which you can imagine there is no one more detail oriented than Roger Christian when creating his iconic saber. We have then gone on to create other exclusive designs such as this carbon fiber saber. This is a theory savers and Nick Gillard collaboration. Nick Gillard did all of the stunts and choreography for all of the duels in the prequel trilogy.

[00:03:48]This was his that he created himself and designed himself and we attached a carbon fiber blade to it which is what he devised for the actors to practice, train with and uh basically make the prequels look as great as they did with his choreography. We have done another collaboration with Roger Christian, the father. this was what Darth Vader was supposed to be if Roger was still a set decorator like he was for episode 4 and if they had the budget which uh we stepped in and we made sure that this was according to Roger's original design with of course the budget that we have.

[00:04:25]We've created other exclusives, just cool looking ones as well. And we're also funding a $ 1.5 million fan film that will be unmonetized for the entire community. And you guys will be seeing episode 2 in just about a few months. So all of this is of course going back into the company to grow it to make all of these expensive and exclusive limited edition sabers. The molds for these are extremely expensive. Every time we change something to fine-tune, to alter to make it look better, maybe this didn't work. Maybe the chassis could be better. All of that requires a new mold and that's very expensive and then we have to create them. Right? So there's a lot that goes into it. Beyond that, the experience that we want to offer you guys, right? So, this brings me back to the board here where let's say you purchase from um manufacturer, you get it at a wholesale price and then you resell it to you, the customer to me like what they did.

[00:05:26]And that's there's no shade on that.

[00:05:28]That's typical business 101. And that's just, you know, that's they're maximizing profits. And I think that that's what a lot of them really look at and care about is maximizing profits, making as much money as they can. And so what I find with a lot of companies is that they will just buy it from the manufacturer.

[00:05:46]They don't really add anything special whatsoever. They sell it to you and they make it look like a really, really great value simply by the multi-billion dollar business of marketing. So for example, let me explain what I mean. Pretend I'm not me and I'm somebody else. This saber is $1,000 and right now if you act fast, we are doing 90% off on the entire thing. So you can get this for only $100 right now if you act fast. Limited quantities. So I'm maximizing my profits by not having to really add much. I'm just playing on marketing. No shade on that. A lot of companies do it. We've seen it with everything that we've probably purchased in our lives, right?

[00:06:28]And a lot of us have fallen for it. And that's just that's fine. That's just the way it is. But that's not what I want to do. It's not really a great feeling, especially once you see behind the veil of what these actually cost. And I wanted to add more value to it. I wanted to not just make money. I wanted to build a community. I wanted to build something that lasts. I wanted to build an experience that from the get- go is not just offering a cool collector's box or all of the absolutely loaded and stuffed stuff on the inside, such as this super extensive guide that is front to back that goes over literally everything that you may possibly need or a 247 customer support team of our guys in the US and in the UK that have been in the community for years and years to really know what they're talking about.

[00:07:26]From charging your saber to which is all in the guide to programming it to maybe you corrupted the core somehow and we send you a brand new one or we send you the config file and you just walk through our steps and we show you how to redo it, reinstall it. Or the different font packages that we have which nobody has in the world. And these are remade, perfectly digitally mastered, and they sound absolutely unreal, unlike any other saber on the market. And I know that because I have purchased from so many others out there, and I have examined it for 6 years.

[00:08:49]Extremely responsive and it's a totally different experience and that's why we went to such lengths to make sure that happens. Not to mention, of course, being trusted by Roger Christian and Nick Gillard and TC Carson and all of these big names, big official names out there, uh, is testament to how detail oriented and how much we actually care.

[00:09:09]Coming back to this, we are not just interested to make money. We're interested to impact and make a difference and build a community. And that of course goes into longevity. If you have a one-time drop as a YouTuber, you're going to make some money because people are going to try it. We've seen that time and time again. but it doesn't last, doesn't stand the test of time. I want to be around for years and years and years. So that's why when it came to making my own company, I didn't want to just resell the same old stuff that everyone is doing and then play with your mind on marketing. Hey, this is inflated by 500%, but you know what? I'm going to put a slash through it and say it's now 90% off and it's still above market value and we're not really offering much at all and you want customer support. Forget about it. Maybe we'll get back to you in a few months or something. if we even do. No, that is horrible. That is like you're essentially your customer acquisition then is essentially just like new customers every time who don't do their due diligence to see all of the terrible comments that are out there about previous customers that have purchased from them. So now visually deconstruct everything that Theory Savers offers.

[00:10:22]So, right off the bat, we've done exclusives, like I said, with Roger Christian, the guy who created the very first lightsaber for George Lucas. Nick Gillard, who created the choreography and all of the insane stunts that is arguably the best sword fighting in movie history, in cinema history. Then we have, of course, TC Carson, who is playing Master Wu in the fan film and also did it in the Clone Wars and also is Kratos from God of War. So, we will eventually branch out taking inspiration from other genres. and factions. So, beyond this massive pamphlet that we have, which goes into extensive detail about everything that you may need, we have 24/7 customer support. I have a team of my guys, my friends who have been in the Saber community for a very long time that know exactly what they're talking about and can help you and don't have to like troubleshoot it by going on Google or some crap like that. So, we have guys 24/7 around the US and in the UK to solve any questions you might have. Next, we have exclusive sound font packages. We have our sound fonts made by two of the best in the industry, Kyberonic and Mythomics. These guys have been around for a long time. They have their own websites where they offer fonts by themselves individually. And we work with them to take their fonts and exclusive ones they've made just for us.

[00:11:40]We compile it into a package. We have about 23 fonts per package. Roughly about 17 to 23 fonts per package. And we are releasing about like five packages every single year. New packages. So you have tons to choose from. And they are all extremely different. Everything from the ignition to the hum, the idle, the clash, the blasters, and more. Now to add to that, they all have exclusive music made for me by Samuel Kim.

[00:12:33]You buy this saber and then you can resell it. I don't want to do that. I want everything to be made in-house, super proprietary and super custom.

[00:12:41]Everything from the box to the saber bag to when you open it up and take your brand new saber out in this beautiful craftsmanship and you fire it up, you get a completely different experience than anyone else in the world. Then what do we have? And we just rolled this out and this is huge.

I'm really big on customer support and customer care. So, that to me is the most important thing than just trying to make a buck cuz we have enough of those people out there. [00:14:38]That's right. So, we have a lifetime warranty on our sabers. So, we have that now with TXQ. And that brings me to the next part. TXQ.

[00:14:50]TXQ plus Theory Sabers has a lot of really special stuff. So, it's hard to find a manufacturer that is extremely receptive to what you want. Now, I'm extremely detail- oriented and I'm super disciplined with how I want my stuff.

[00:15:06]I'm anal retentive, if you want to call it that. So, let's just be real about it. It has to be perfect. Otherwise, it just will bug me. So, I was like that with my channel. I was like that with everything in my life. So definitely with stuff that you guys are going to be purchasing and holding forever hopefully that I want it to be absolutely perfect.

[00:15:24]And if we're working with guys like Roger Christian and Nick Gillard then you know it needs to be on par and TXQ is game for that because they are not just in it to make money. Sure we all want to make money. Every business has to make money in order to survive. But that is not the main point. If you can take less of a spread but create a better product, you will have much more longevity in the business, you will offer a better product. You'll have happier customers. You'll have better word of mouth. Everyone wins. It is absolutely ridiculous to me to people who just want to make a quick buck and they open these companies to make as much money as possible by offering literally nothing and pretending like they're giving you the world. I hate that. It pisses me off and that's not what we want to do. Everything has to be absolute amazing quality. I'm extremely passionate about that and it means a lot to me. With TXQ, they're extremely receptive with everything that I want done and everything that is offered.

[00:16:18]Which brings us to this part, which is where your orders originate from and how they actually cared for when you place your order online. So, we have two different facilities. We have TXQ where I have my own team. I have my own guys at the factory, at the warehouse that handles only theory sabers, all of the custom fawns, all of our sabers, everything. We have our own dudes, our own people that handle all that stuff.

[00:16:44]And then we have our theory sabers USA warehouse and facility. And we just moved that from Florida to Minnesota where we got an even bigger warehouse.

[00:16:56]So, we have double the power and we're able to ship worldwide faster and more efficiently and at an easier cost to you guys because shipping is expensive and there's no point inflating that and then taking longer to deliver it to you. So, we got both of our teams that are working together synergistically to make sure orders go out. And when they do, we have, let's say, one representative that looks through the order, makes sure that everything is in the box, everything is working, it's charged and ready to go and that it's all up to our standards, checks off everything on the theory savers checklist before the order goes out. And then we have another representative come in and check everything that was done by the previous rep and make sure it's all good. Make sure everything is perfect because quality control is very important, right? You don't want to be shipping something out. And human errors exist.

[00:17:45]And the way to mitigate that is to make sure you have double the power, double the double the pride, double the people looking at the orders before they go out so that they are you like double triple check and everything is taken care of.

[00:17:59]We take a photo of every single item before it goes out, whether it be merch or sabers or hats or whatever it might be, keychains even, with the order number. So then we can check back and look if we need to on every single order that went out for the day and who it went to and how it was looking and so that everything is like quadruple, five times, eight times checked. I check the manager of TXQ checks. The manager of Theory Savers warehouse checks. all of the representatives from both of these warehouses check and we make sure that everything is quality controlled to the absolute max. Then from there because we have such a great relationship with TXQ which is super vitally and important we are able to create things to the standards of Roger Christian to the standards of Nick Gillard to the standards of me. So obviously we offer a lot of different things including cores.

[00:18:54]So, let's say you know you have a Saber already and you don't want to buy another one just to experience one of the new special font packages. You can just purchase a new core with the font package pre-installed. So, we will install it for you, send it out to you, and you swap the core. So, where do we go from here? Well, we also are funding a $ 1.5 million fan film for the entire community. This is something that you guys know about. The second episode will be out in just a couple months or less.

[00:19:21]And so that's something that I am really passionate about is films for the community. I want to make movies. I like to be a filmmaker. I like to direct. I like to write. And there are a lot of other projects beyond that that I am also working on that are on the horizon.

[00:19:38]Then beyond that, we also are developing universal gadgets for sabers. So whether you purchase from us or anyone else in the world, you are able to use that for the saver. So, we are always developing new gadgets and new things to make things just a better experience. Uh, save you time and just make it more cool and more fun. [00:20:06]Essentially, things that I would want to see as a fan. That's how I approach things. That's how I approach the channel. That's how I approach everything that I do. What would I want to do? I can always push the boundaries.

[00:20:17]I'm never complacent. What would the customer want to see? How can this be better in any possible way? So, you know, we've got savers that range from, you know, 70 bucks that obviously go up into the thousands that are very, very special like the Roger Christian the father or the in between, of course, the more so replicas that you can find on our site with all of our exclusives.

[00:20:43]And that brings me all the way back to everything that we offer, which means that our margins will be much smaller.

[00:20:51]So that is why in my opinion, Theory Sabers is not competing with any other saber brand out there because we are by far and large doing more than anyone else in the world. We're offering the most value to the customer and that can be seen in all of our review videos and everything that you guys get in the box as well.
