[00:00:02]>> Why do you love Preston? Well, I was absolutely enamored with it when we first moved here and people would say good morning to you on your walks.

[00:00:11]>> Yeah. Yeah, I know. It's just such a big difference compared to living in big cities where you're just, you know, everyone's so busy. There's so many human beings. You can't possibly say good morning to every single person you see.

[00:00:23]And for me, uh one of the cool things is when I meet my neighbors uh going door to door, uh people have a real identity of being a a Preston. They live in Preston. There's three parts of Cambridge. There's Preston, Hespeler, and Galt and they got smooshed together into one town called Cambridge artificially in 1973. But, they still have identities of being, you know, like a Preston. We're in the family of the 70s Preston. We're probably part of Preston. It's really kind of cool. Um and it gives a kind of a sense of cohesion, a connection uh that's automatic and that's one of the things I love about Preston.
