Watch a few podcasts. Kiss Williams has the Modern Wisdom podcast. I would recommend Alex and his two podcasts, which are three hours each, to watch and help you get a lot of clarity. First thing's first, I'd watch it. What skills do you have? So what ever skill you have a virtual simply like this? So what is his ICB? Like I just gonna give you a very high level overview. I want to look up those terms on YouTube and you will be able to find their value. Good. So I want you to go to YouTube sorry find the people who are at the top Indian industry and I want to see what are they doing in terms of enumeration? Find their profiles, see what they're doing, and then simply copy and paste.
And then inside that simply ask yourself how can I demonstrate the most value of my ICP would find it valuable. For example, I like I gave this example a lot. There are video editors.
What they do is that they make videos of their timeline. That there is a timeline, like this the timeline is coming. Its edit is going on above, let's put before and after. Now that stuff is the stuff that only someone who is an editor would care about. If I'm a like if I'm a coach. I don't care about that time. I want to get reach, I want to get results, I want to get views and I want to get conversions from that content. So is that all visible there? I am not coming. So the people who are going to watch you, who are going to follow you, they are going to be video editors. Same goes for automation specialists who are AI automation guys these days.
If you want people to buy from you stop sharing that I made this amazing automation inside and it and you have to show case that I made this automation and this helped so and so guy save this or I made this automation and this helps x people whatever your ICP is save so many hours and make so much extra money because of the fat that I save so much money and I automate their whole onwarding in and nurturing sequence is anything.
So whatever wording you choose has to be the wording your ICP can understand. is it done.

Just simply copy and paste and then do at least one video a day. If you want to watch YouTube, do at least one video a week long of raw honesty about where you are going through a whole work and explaining how it can save your ICP time. And you know, same thing on Insta but in a concise manner. Well, this is done.
After that if you go on if you go about out teaching inside out teaching I want you to take out your offer and I want to settle down with the pieces of people I have kept them here look I have got so many papers on my test like I have got so many papers like heaps of heaps of them and I brain storm on these all the time take them out okay keep the paper and write your complete offer then ask yourself how can I give my ICPI test of my service the simple answer is and you will know the answer to this like do this this question better than me because you understand your skill more than me. So once you have done it then simply write a message where you say hi in the first line then you simply be like I did such and such thing I saw such and such thing you did anything that makes them feel like you actually paid attention. Third, tell them how you can save time and help them make more money and do both. Fourthly, have a simple call to action: just reply with such and such emoji and I will send you a loom. Or I'll send you the link to onboard for a free trial. Or if you're interested to like reply with this and then when there's a reply you simply ask them for the raw files if you're a video editor you know something like that.
So by doing this you reduce the friction. There will be a zero friction process. People will like it. Ok?
And then when they like your service, they will ask for the pricing, charge high. So that only that person qualifies with you who trusts your judgment tomorrow instead of troubling you and getting fixed on you. That's it. If you just break down all of this I still told you.
