Why Recovery Feels Impossible When It's NOT (Fleas In A Jar Experiment)Ajouté :
Once the lid is removed, though, the fleas kept jumping just high they had adapted to. And sadly, they won't ever jump high enough ever again to escape the jar. And they can easily escape if they want to because they have more than enough power to do so. But their environment made them believe that they couldn't. The environment had set a limiting belief for the fleas. And so, how you see your recovery and your possible end result will actually set you up with the tools appropriate for that goal. Your belief and perspective set your limit.
