It could be what kind of, you know, ends up being like a Titanic to you to your organization because it doesn't allow you to allow the people to to shine, allow the people to do the really great things because you think and want to do everything when in reality taking a step back and kind of um putting that um that ego in the backseat is really what's going to lead to your success.
