[00:00:44]Guys, it wasn't always like this. I started out 6 years ago and I had a really good physique. I had a passion for lifting, but I didn't know how to make money. And I wanted to get online and build a personal brand. So this is what I did.

[00:00:57]Started day one with a brand new fresh Instagram. You can see here I was 20 at the time. I had eight followers. I was just like you guys. I'm not special, but I did work hard.

[00:01:09]Now, before I get into how I actually make $60,000 per month from the online coaching business, I want to show you guys some actual real human beings that I've done this for.

[00:01:19]This is my client Kurt. Kurt came to me about 3 months ago with a brand new account. Kurt had 100 followers. He has an insane physique, but he had no idea how to make money.

[00:01:31]Fast forward to today, Kurt has now hit 20,000 followers on his Instagram. Not to mention he has made over 14,500 US dollars from the one-to-one mentorship. Guys, Kurt has literally made his monthly salary from his iPhone from a fresh account in 3 months. Or my client Alex. Alex came to me a couple of months ago with a much smaller audience.

[00:01:59]And since then, we have been able to knock down an $11,700 month with only 5,000 followers on Instagram. And this was Alex texting me about how he hit 11.7k in 1 month.

[00:02:13]Guys, I've even got international clients. This is my client Juan Pablo all the way over in Mexico City. Guys, this is a client in another country, not in America.

[00:02:23]Juan came to me with only a couple of thousand followers. We grew his audience, but most importantly, Juan was able to sign 12 new high-ticket clients and earn over $7,400 US dollars just working with me for 3 months. And he's going to go on to make a ton more money. By the way, this is a guy who's charging in pesos in his local currency.

[00:02:44]So, making $7,500 US dollars in Mexico takes you a lot farther. This dude's living like a king over there.

[00:02:52]Now guys, building a personal brand and making money online is simple once you have the right systems. Couple of things you need to do. Number one, you need to have one core offer, one thing that you sell.

[00:03:06]Next, we want to help one target avatar, one specific type of person. How much do they weigh? How old are they? How much do they make? Where do they live? That's your target avatar.

[00:03:18]This is who we want to make content for.

[00:03:20]This is your ICP, your ideal client profile.

[00:03:25]Now, this doesn't mean I want you guys to go viral. And this definitely doesn't mean I want you to sell programs. We are selling coaching, consulting, teaching people how to get in shape. And this is definitely not trying to sell supplements or clothes for another company.

[00:03:42]Now guys, before I became an online coach, I did it the wrong way for years.

[00:03:47]I used to be a sponsored athlete. This is me selling protein. I even was a sponsored athlete for clothing companies. I worked for some of the biggest companies in the industry.

[00:03:56]None of it worked. I had over 100,000 followers on an Instagram account. Guys, and I was barely scraping past making a couple thousand bucks a month.

[00:04:06]Look, you can see I had a 100k on Instagram.

[00:04:09]And I wasn't making any money. Guys, a discount code for another company for some random supplement company, some random clothing company, is never going to make you wealthy. It is never going to make you rich. It's essentially a glorified 9-5 job. You will always be building someone else's dream. And that's not why we do this. We do this for time freedom, financial freedom, location freedom, so you can work from anywhere.

[00:04:35]So, you never have to ask your boss if you can take a lunch break or go on a vacation or hang out with your kids.

[00:05:11]Step one. This is the personal brand audit. Step two. This is content strategy. And lastly, we have monetization and implementation. Once you guys understand these three things, you're going to understand how to make a stupid amount of money online.

[00:05:25]And this is what allows dozens of my clients to gain over a thousand followers a week and make over $15,000 in a single month.

[00:05:35]No quick fix, no get rich quick scheme.

[00:05:38]Guys, these are literally just real systems that work. This is high-level client acquisition that is going to get you wealthy clients to buy your programming and buy your coaching.

[00:05:51]Step one. This is the personal brand audit. We get really clear on exactly what it is that you do and who you help.

[00:05:59]Do you help busy dads? Do you help postpartum women? Career-driven individuals? Overweight entrepreneurs?

[00:06:07]Who is it that you are the best at helping?

[00:06:10]And then we want to speak to their problems. What is it about your program that helps them?

[00:06:16]Why should they work with you? Design your program to favor their specific problems. What specific problems does a busy dad have? What specific problems does a woman who just had a child have?

[00:06:30]Speak to their problems. Build it so that it works with their lifestyle, their schedule, their life, okay?

[00:06:38]Now, these are examples of really good bios on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube that attract these types of specific target avatars. Helping out of shape dads lose the dad bod without living in the gym.

[00:06:53]Helping busy professionals improve their health and quality of life. Helping busy women get their dream curvy and elegant body without removing foods they love.

[00:07:01]Guys, these are perfect examples of bios that target the right people.

[00:07:06]We speak to the target client's exact set of problems and you attract the right quality leads. This is how you're going to get high-ticket clients.

[00:07:13]Second pillar, guys, stay with me.

[00:07:15]Now, we're going to get to the content strategy. This is where we create free short-form videos on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that solve your ideal clients' problems.

[00:07:27]For example, how do you work out with low time if you're really busy?

[00:07:32]How do I eat healthy on the go? If I have kids and I'm always on the go, how do I eat healthy?

[00:07:37]How can I balance fitness as a mom, as a dad? Notice how these are problems of mature individuals. This is going to attract clients who have money to pay you.

[00:07:48]And we want to use this free content that we post to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts to solve the problems.

[00:07:55]This is going to build trust and helps attract people into your sort of circle, into your orbit. And these are going to be the right people for your offer.

[00:08:05]Guys, by the way, you don't need to go viral to make money on social media.

[00:08:09]These are some of my analytics from last month when we just did 60K in contracted revenue.

[00:08:15]I only got 1.9 million views.

[00:08:17]But those 1.9 million views were high quality. They spoke to my target avatar, and hence I was able to get 8,000 new followers. 7.8K new followers in the last month from only 1.9 million views.

[00:08:31]Guys, when you speak to your ideal clients' problems, your views convert to cash.

[00:08:37]This is also how you attract qualified buyers, meaning they can afford your service. They're serious people. They're actual human beings that you can get on the phone.

[00:08:49]Notice here how my age of my audience is 45.8% over the age of 25. This means my clients have money to invest and income to invest. We don't want to talk to teenagers. We definitely don't want to talk to brokies cuz they can't afford your program. We want to talk to serious individuals. Guys, last month 65 pieces of content, and that got me $60,000 in client sales. That's roughly $1,000 per video. There isn't a company on the planet that's going to pay you that well. You can see, guys, my views are nothing crazy. I'm averaging 20 to 30,000 views per video.

[00:09:27]But I'm solving expensive problems. So my clients don't care. Think about it.

[00:09:32]How much is it costing someone, your potential client, to be in bad shape?

[00:09:38]How much is it costing them at work, at their job? How much more money would they make if they were fit and had higher energy, better drive, more confidence, unlimited motivation? They would get promotions. They'd show up as a father, as a mom, as a husband, as a daughter better. That is the point here, guys. This takes us to the final pillar.

[00:09:59]Monetization and implementation. This is where we build the offer for your client. What do they gain access to inside of your program?

[00:10:08]Customized nutrition, maybe a structured training program, 24/7 text access to you for support, a like-minded group of individuals in a community, ongoing support in multiple different channels.

[00:10:22]These are just some of the selling points that you can offer to your clients, and they will pay you thousands. No, I'm not joking.

[00:10:29]Guys, I have 23-year-old clients living in Europe who are selling high-ticket fitness coaching packages to adults for 5,000 US dollars.

[00:10:39]Imagine being able to make your current monthly salary from just one client, one sale, so your days can look like this.

[00:10:46]This is me doing a $10,000 day a couple of weeks ago, 10K in one day from just two clients.

[00:10:53]Now, you're going to do this with two different methods.

[00:10:56]The first way is through direct message appointment setting.

[00:11:00]The second is through booking sales calls. Now, Instagram allows anyone who sees your content to send you a direct message. Once they express demand and send you what will be a keyword in your bio, once you built out your personal brand in the right way, this is in the first pillar, now you know this person is interested in what you sell, and it's time to close the deal. We want to ask them about their problems, ask them about their pain, what they've been struggling with. This is called the doctor framework. Once they tell you where their pain is, we want to push on that bruise. Remind them of the pain.

[00:11:36]Talk about the pain, so they actually acknowledge that this is a problem.

[00:11:41]Now, once you feel like you can help them, you're going to book them for a call.

[00:11:45]Might say something like, "Hey, I actually just launched a brand new program that solves XYZ problem. Is that something you'd be interested in?" If they lean in, you're going to close that deal and book them on a call.

[00:11:56]And then you're going to make the sale.

[00:11:57]And if they say yes, congratulations.

[00:11:59]You just signed your first client. Your day could look like this. This is another day where I did 6.6k in just one day, on two sales.

[00:12:07]Guys, and you can do this all day long.

[00:12:09]There is no limit. The sky is the limit.

[00:12:13]Signing high-ticket clients is totally uncapped. This is how you will unlock financial freedom. You're going to help people change their lives and get into incredible shape. This is so fun. It's so fulfilling. And at the same time, you're going to help yourself unlock true freedom. And finally quit that 9-to-5 job that you despise.
