The video captures the raw frustration of residents facing the collapse of local order, highlighting the difficult tension between individual accountability and systemic neglect. It forces a blunt conversation on whether community safety can be restored without addressing both parental responsibility and the lack of economic opportunity.

Black Woman LOSES IT Watching Black Teenagers SUDDENLY INVADE Her Neighborhood in Chicago!Ajouté :
One thing that we have to confront is that black youth violence is a problem in Florida.
The truth of the matter is that the group here on Friday night was almost exclusively young and black. If the group were young and white exclusively, I would call it out the same. If the group were young and Asian, I would call it out the same. If the group were young and Hispanic, I would call it out the same. In fact, if the group looked like a model UN meeting with different people from all different parts of the world, I would call it out the same. But there's something to be said about the root causes that lead a 12year-old who was arrested here on Friday night to riot without parental supervision. 72% of black kids born today will be born to an unmarried mother. Compare that to 28% for white kids and 52% for Hispanic kids. If you ask me, as an unapologetic Christian, as a Catholic, as a proud American, no child should be born outside of the sanctity of marriage. We recognize that two parents in the household isn't just the best way, but truly the only way to raise successful children. Boy, boy, boy, boy.
So, we got to continue our coverage of these so-called team takeovers that have become a national problem to the point where you have uh major jurisdictions considering charging and finding parents because of the activities of their children who are becoming agents of chaos going into the summer. The weather is getting warm and they're outside.
They're taking over public spaces.
They're taking over neighborhoods and is at the point now where yeah there are serious conversations about hey should parents be charged? Should they be arrested? Should they be held accountable for the actions of their children?
>> Right. There's a crackdown on teen takeovers in Washington DC.
>> So today the US attorney for DC Janine Piro announced that her office will be prosecuting parents if their children are participating in these takeovers. Now, this is something some alders also want to do, and I had the opportunity to ask Mayor Johnson about it.
>> Parental involvement has been a noted gap in any discussion.
>> In a move to tackle teen takeovers in Washington, DC, US Attorney Janine Piro announced her office will be prosecuting parents of children who are participating in takeovers. If the evidence shows the parent knew or should have known or permitted or failed to prevent participation, we're going to charge them. And if you drop your kid off and you fail to supervise them or you let them skip school to join the chaos, you are going to face fines, court-ordered classes, and possible jail time. Pero plans on charging them for violating DC code 228-11, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. It comes days after DC council approved a first vote to make juvenile curfew zones permanent in response to teen takeovers. Under this rule, police would restrict gatherings for minors and enforce curfews starting at 8:00 p.m. in those designated areas. We have tried and been unsuccessful to move forward on legislation that I think would be beneficial, not only addressing SNAP curfew, but holding parents accountable for the crimes of their minors.
>> This is what Alderman Raymond Lopez said Monday when we talked not only about the latest street takeovers in Grant Park and Hegwish, but teen takeovers like the ones we saw in Hyde Park and the Loop back in March. Mayor Brandon Johnson vetoed a snap curfew that city council passed last year. When does it get to a point where the parents need to be held accountable for their children's actions?
>> But parents do have to do more in this moment, right? But here's a challenge, right? And I heard directly from young people that for some of their peers, uh, their parents are working two or three jobs and that supervision is lacking.
And I think this is when we as a village have to come together and surround these families and support them. But absolutely, parents have to know where their children are. Parents have to be engaged and we have a responsibility um as a city to create as many safe spaces as well as economic opportunities uh for families so they don't feel the need um uh to to act out of their despair and to cause reckless and and dangerous behavior to occur.
>> One of the potential solutions from some alders who are suggesting this is not only talking about holding parents accountable but maybe even charging them with misdemeanor. Is that something you would support?
>> Um, you know, not on face value. All right. I mean, I I think that, you know, we've had a time in our in our city's history where we incarcerated and find and feed people and it it didn't lead to safer communities.
>> So, I did ask Mayor Johnson about the SNAP curfew. He still indicated to me he is against one and argued Chicago police can enforce the existing curfew laws and they also have the ability to enforce a dispersal order. So something this is uh something that the alders obviously disagree with Mayor Johnson about and this is something that Chicago police also uh disagree with Mayor Johnson about but this is certainly something that we're going to be watching as well.
>> Yeah. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Woke Mayor Brandon Johnson claimed that these young scholars, these ages of chaos, are acting out of their despair and that they're doing this because they don't have enough economic opportunities, jobs, whatever, right? Government intervention, right? They don't have enough midnight basketball, right? To keep them from doing stuff like this.
What we're going to watch here uh is a video that was taken by a black woman in Chicago watching teenagers take over her neighborhood. This is what the black people in Chicago are going through as Brandon Johnson claims they're acting out of despair because I don't know, they're hungry or something. Without further ado, let's get into it. So, I came outside and this is the [ __ ] that's going on on my [ __ ] block.
Like what the hell?
>> This [ __ ] is [ __ ] crazy.
If you're looking for your kids, they probably on uh [ __ ] 68th and Justine.
This [ __ ] is crazy.
Like what the [ __ ] >> Yes. Get their ass the [ __ ] up off of this block, please.
>> Yep. Check y'all ass.
Some outside [ __ ] standing on top of your car throwing ass, shaking ass. You tell them get up off of your car. They want to get [ __ ] ignorant with you. Take y'all ass the [ __ ] home.
Take y'all ass the [ __ ] on. Come get y'all [ __ ] baby kids. [ __ ] This [ __ ] don't make no [ __ ] sense.
>> I mean, she said that raw, right? She said that wrong. The language may be strong, but I think it's appropriate for what she's going through, right? Can you imagine? Can you imagine walking outside on your porch and seeing your neighborhood being taken over by these agents of chaos, right?
Could you imagine? I mean, seriously.
Seriously, where are the parents? Where are they at? I mean, like, how do you allow your kid to be out and about like this in the middle of the night? It's It's insanity.
No parking.
>> Look, got to [ __ ] the police out here.
>> No parking, stopping, or standing.
Please move your car or you will be ticketed for >> Thank you.
>> What they need to do is that they need to get a task force for these teen takeovers and they need to have enough manpower to arrest every single last one of these kids, right? surround them and arrest them. Identify them. Identify the parents and start slapping fines on all the parents.
First offense, a fine. Second offense, uh, jail, right? I mean, two, you only get two chances, right? You only get two chances. Seriously, they need to have a special task force where they're actually arresting every single last one of them. The problem is that they're not being arrested. You got to arrest them.
You can't just tell them to move on and and to go somewhere else to clear it out just for them to do it again. There has to be consequences. As long as there are no consequences, as long as they're not being arrested, you're going to continue to see it.
>> Your car or your car, no parking, stopping, or standing. Please move your car. Please remain in your vehicle.
>> No loitering. Please disperse.
Please disperse.
>> Please disperse.
>> Please disperse.
>> Please disperse.
>> No loitering.
>> I was upstairs working.
>> No loitering. Please disperse.
No [ __ ] Please disperse.
No loitering. Please disperse.
No loitering. Please disperse.
No loitering.
>> They done blocked off [ __ ] 69th Street. Like what the hell?
>> No loitering. Please disperse.
>> What the [ __ ] >> Please disperse.
>> No loitering. Please disperse.
>> This [ __ ] is crazy.
>> Please disperse.
>> This [ __ ] don't make no sense.
>> No loitering. Please disperse.
>> But every time they want to come around here with this, why always end up with a ticket on my [ __ ] collar?
>> For real. For real.
Yeah. So, you see that? You heard that?
Uh that is what normal everyday people, law-abiding citizens have to go through.
Uh dealing with these teen takeovers, right? These random groups of black teenagers invading the neighborhoods, right? Invading their neighborhoods, taking over neighborhoods, uh probably doing drugs, um fights, um committing acts of violence, all types of crazy stuff. It it it really is something that um is unique to these liberal cities, right? Because they allow this stuff, okay? They allow it and this is what they vote for, right? Most importantly, they're voting for this. They're voting for it. When they voted for Woke Mayor Brandon Johnson, this is what they voted for. Woke Mayor Brandon Johnson don't believe in punishing teenagers, right?
Black teenagers. He doesn't believe in demonizing them. You can't say anything bad about them. That's what a woke mayor has said. He's made his stance clear.
They're above the law. They can do whatever the hell they want to do in his city. Doesn't matter what it is, right?
Because the white man is so evil and they've been so oppressed that that just makes them out act out, right? They're acting out of despair. Despair according to the W mayor. So, he's your problem, right? Uh maybe if you get better leadership, uh stuff like this will not happen, right? It'll get cleaned up. But until then, uh enjoy what you voted for.
Let me know what you guys think. Make sure you like, comment, and subscribe.
Most importantly, share a black conservative perspective. Please.
