Not all leads are equal. We do have a lead scoring process that we build into our system where we can see how engaged is someone and it gamifies this process.
And we can move them through a system, through a pipeline, by how much engagement they have. And we don't take a ton of interest in someone until they hit a certain engagement level. That's another way to look at a pipeline. All of this can be connected and automated together if you're using the right system.
