Ukraine Just Handed NATO Russia’s Weapons Secrets
Added:It's Friday, June 19th, 2026.
So, Russia has military secrets it sought to guard for a long time. Ukraine is upending that. How are they doing that? Well, it's a mechanism called Trophy Lab. Ukraine has opened the Russian weapons that it captures to allied governments and defense firms, launching an online platform called Trophy Lab. According to Defense Minister Fedorov, partners can study seized missiles, drones, and vehicles, examine their flaws, even ask for the actual captured hardware to test. The defense ministry says that the aim is to build defenses faster. This is what Ukraine does. They get something, they examine it, they modify it, they uh iterate faster in order to beat the Russians to the punch. So now this would be a carefully guarded secret, but it's now open to all Western partners with Ukraine. So Ukraine, this is Federov's post about it. Ukraine launches trophy lab. We are open opening access to captured Russian weapons technologies for our global partners. Every missile, drone, vehicle seized on the battlefield is now a source of knowledge for the free world. Through this secure platform, allied governments, labs, and defense tech manufacturers gain access to deep technological data or technical data reports and vulnerabilities. Users can also request physical equipment for testing significantly shortening the developmental cycle for counter measures. This this entrepreneurial kind of thinking, that's what's making Ukraine be be successful here. the iteration, the the speed at which they're able to develop. What was what meant once meant to be an enemy's secret advantage is being dismantled to defend democracy. Join the platform. And here we see what this looks like. They're showing tanks and missiles and drones and other weapons. And hey, here's what the specs look like. And so now you can figure out how to work against it. And they're making it available. Again, they're excellent team player with all their European and other partners. Okay, Julia Servandenko says about the same thing. As contribution to global security, Ukraine is opening access to information captured on captured Russian weapons for Ukrainian specialists and international partners. These insights will accelerate the development of effective countermeasures for Ukraine and help our partners strengthen their own defense capabilities. But it's not just that. I saw this today and I thought this is why Ukraine's going to be successful. Ukrainian military personnel who create battlefield innovations will now receive at least 25% of all licensing revenue their technologies generate. So if you are in a trench and you figure out a better bigger better way to take a drone and make it do X or Y and it gets licensed to create the better technology that will do this thing, you might be set for life financially. On the other side of this, the rest of the funds further defense innovation and intellectual property protection, but 25% can go to the creator who came up with the idea. Now, that's brilliant because now you're harnessing the mind power of all your citizens who are interested in doing this sort of thing. And I now, okay, wait a minute, but Professor Gertis, you shouldn't say this. The the Russians can copy it. Yeah, they can copy it. It's not going to be very good, though, because they don't have the same worldview. So, they're not going to be able to copy it nearly as well as what the uh Ukrainians are able to do. Nor is their system capable of staving off the corruption that would allow that kind of thing to actually work. So, I'm not worried about that. Okay. Most Ukrainians would rather endure economic hardship than give up their country. A new study found that nearly 60% prioritize Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity over higher living standards. Look, living standards are rough in Ukraine and there's a reason for it. This four years of war has not been kind to them. But the KISS, that's a Kev uh Institute of Sociology or something, their poll found 59% of Ukrainians consider sovereignty and independence more important than those who prioritize higher standard of living. Yeah, they're not they're not stopping anytime soon. Okay, let's pause and shift gears and look at what's going on in Europe. Ukrainian uh allies have pledged further 4 billion in military assistance during the 35th Ramstein meeting. The new package will focus on strengthening Ukraine's air defenses which they need desperately in a short term, expanding the Pearl program, supplying longrange artillery, and boosting domestic drone production.
Spain has sent uh 10,000 plus precision guidance kits converting Soviet graded rockets into precision munitions with 15 meter accuracy. Laserg guided and variant and developed at Ukraine's request hits within 3 meters even under active Russian jamming. So thank you to Spain. Norway committed 190 million for extended range ammunition based on frontline request and will fund F-16 fleet maintenance. So they're grateful for that as well. Australia will provide another 100 million for military assistance to Ukraine through two 50 million Pearl contributions over the next 12 months. The funding will help secure critical equipment, including air defense capabilities and munitions. So, thank you to Australia for that. Ukraine received over a billion worth of Patriot missiles and additional F-16s. Zillinsky said that nine countries have confirmed their participation in the program. Keev has also secured additional F-16 fighter jets. One of the key priorities now is training more pilots. Isn't that I mean it's almost backwards, but that's that's a good problem to have. Putin does not want to stop, says Zillinsky. And all this talk about peace is a lie, but everyone is confident that together we will stop him. Key words are together and stop, Zalinsky stressed. All right, another billion of Patriot missiles.
Okay, the Patriot missiles are exactly what they need until they create their own ballistic missile defense, which they're working on. They're almost there. And once they have that, the seessaw starts to tip in Ukraine's favor. There is no doubt that Putin fears the return of his army home. That is why he's so afraid of the war ending without victory, Zinsky says, and there will be no victory. His he is physically afraid of his own army. That is why if there is no ceasefire backed by specific security guarantees, he will return to war. And this time others may be the ones under attack. Today, Ukraine is deacto the second army of NATO. That is that's a good way of putting that because that's kind of what's happening.
One that is not inferior to the second army in the world. And that is why NATO needs us, specifically the jour. This is already a fact recognized by all leaders. Putin will remain in the Kremlin until his death. And he has one goal, the restoration of the Soviet Union. Without Ukraine, this is impossible. And that's why things are so difficult for us, Zillinsky says. Okay.
Now, the Europeans are trying to figure out the best strategy moving forward.
There's a closed door meeting. EU summit exposed divisions over how to deal with the Kremlin. Mcronone and Mertz opposed renewed outreach to Putin. Remember Mertz Mertz has had been an advocate of that. Mcronone very famously was meeting with Putin at that long table very early on. They were trying, but it they don't see it working anymore. Several member states, however, have backed efforts by EU Council President to keep the communication channels with Moscow open, but they're all united in support of Ukraine. Well, mostly united. Uh I saw this and I thought, okay, this needs some explanation. Hungary still managed to throw a few obstacles in Ukraine's path to the EU. At the EU summit, Magguyar succeeded in removing language from the final declaration that succeeded speeding up Ukraine's assession to the European Union. He revealed this even before the document was officially published, calling it one of the outcomes of hour-long negotiations.
As a result, the declaration now contains only the provisions on Ukraine that had previously been agreed upon by all EU member states. Now, I don't think Magar is Orban. I don't think he's trying to sabotage the thing, but he may very well have good reasons for wanting them to come in on the same basis as everyone else, even if that takes a little bit longer. If I was Ukrainian, I would want it to speed up. But I understand why Maguar might be thinking the way that he is. And let's let's just understand he's not Orban. He's not trying to do it just to do it or to please a Russian master. He may have let's put the best face on it. Now what they've also done in uh Ukraine uh sorry in Hungary is this Orban has been blocked from returning to power.
Hungarian president has signed a constitutional amendment limiting the terms of the prime minister. Now a person cannot hold the office if they have already served as head of government for more than eight years in total including non-consecutive terms.
This rule affects Victor Orban who has served as Hungary's prime minister for multiple terms. So he's he's gone from power. They like they've fixed that problem. Okay. Polish President Carol Naraki has approved the re uh rec revocation of the order of the white eagle awarded to President Zalinsky saying Poland will not support EU membership for those who fail to reject the cult of totalitarianism and violence. So what's he talking about?
So, Zalinsky had awarded named a unit after a uh army unit from like the early 20th century that was fighting with the Poles and the fighting between Ukrainians and Poles at that time was very bad. I mean, there were atrocities and things along those lines and so now I using that to capitalize on that to strip uh Zalinsky of this award. Uh, foreign minister Sabi has said that we regret the emotions got the better of Warsaw and forced Polish politicians to take unjustified, impulsive and dismissive steps not only against President Sinsky but first and foremost against the Ukrainian state. The decision to strip Ukraine president of the order of the white eagle is a strategic mistake by the Polish president which will only which only Moscow from which only Moscow will benefit said Sabha. But Zalinsky was meeting with Prime Minister Tusk. Tusk and Zalinsky are on more of a close page than uh with Noraki. So hopefully this will smooth things over. The the award doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things. The US and Ukraine are discussing possible freeze of the war along current front line. According to the economist, one proposal would be to limit combat operations to a 50 to 70 kilometer zone on both sides of the front followed by negotiations on a broader agreement. However, Kev's not overly optimistic. I I don't understand why they would be. Senior Ukrainian official that said that Moscow is unlikely to take any serious steps before October. Why October? US midterm elections are coming up in November. Or maybe they'll simply drag it out until next spring. But I I just don't see that that's going to happen or if it did happen that the Russians would honor it.
As the EU renewed its Russian sanctions for a full year, one member tried to slam the brakes. Bulgaria's pro-Russian leader vowed to veto the next package.
uh he's becoming the new Orban and so we have to keep an eye on him. Let's look at what was going on in Russia. So we were talking about Ukraine uh sharing the technology with the West with all Western partners. Well, Dugan was already talking about doing that, but worse. Alexander Dugan, by the way, this is Laura Loomer who's posting this.
Laura Loomer is like a big Trump supporter, but recently she's been coming around to recognize what Russia actually is. She posted this. Alexander Dugan, the Russian ideologue who supplies the intellectual justification for Putin's worldview, said on camera that Russia will distribute nuclear and strategic weapons to anyone willing to use them against the West and the United States. This is the same Dugan who's been boosting Americans like Candace Owens, Megan Kelly, Nick Fuentes, and Tucker Carlson, and even flew to Tucker Carlson even flew to Russia to interview him. Yeah. So Laura Loomer is weirdly becoming kind of a supporter of Ukraine.
She's so vehemently opposed to Russia that she's becoming a a stronger supporter of Ukraine. I think she's being influenced like JP Lindsley and others I think are are having some effect on her. Okay, you know the big story today was a strike on Moscow a second time and I talked about that here. I also talked about this uh that the memes are just wild. I showed you 35 different memes, asked you to vote on them. Please go back and watch that video if you haven't already. Uh it's it's just something to watch. Okay.
Putin hasn't said a word about the largest attack on Moscow yesterday or today. He spent the day in Kazan at the Forum. There Putin spoke about being a multiple world. He discussed trading in national currencies. Also held meetings with a number of leaders of other countries. But drones, he didn't say anything about drones. Isn't that interesting? You'd think that that would be a topic that would be important.
Peskov, meanwhile, urged Russians not to dwell on videos of strikes on Moscow.
Instead, he suggested that they should watch the impressive footage of the aftermath of Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities, cuz that's the impressive thing. Okay. Russia also killed a civilian sailor, wounded five in a Black Sea drone strike on two commercial ships on 19th June. That's today. Politico refused to publish Lavrov's article. Lavro offered an opinion piece, but it was all just rehash talking points, the same stuff that it was before. So, Politico said, "You know what? We're going to pass on this." I'm not sure that Lavro is used to that kind of thing happening. Okay, let's look at the US and Iran simultaneously. Um, Bill P or PE, he's the new Tulsi Gabbard, the DNI. Uh, she's gone. He's the new guy. pull seek seeks to seeks major cuts in his first day as intel chief.
You know, you're generally speaking, you're trying to support your organization and try to do the best to bolster it, but he's doing the opposite.
Mike McFoul looked at the full text of the agreement between the United States and Iran, and his assessment is this agreement is far worse than I expected.
to reopen the straight, a straight that was open before the war. We and our partners are transferring billions to the autocrats. We get nothing else. No elimination of enriched uranium, which is what Trump said he was after. Uh no missiles or or anti- uh well whatever tea support. Uh we're not wiping that out, right? And to add one gift, we agreed not to help the Iranian people pursue their democratic aspirations.
We're agreeing that we're not going to intervene in that way. Remember, help was on the way. I Okay, we'll we'll come back to that in just a moment. Here's the Institute for the Study of War talking about it. Iran under the currentou retains the ability to use the Strait of Hormuz as a tool to secure concessions and advance its strategic objectives. Now, Netanyahu may be the fly in the ointment here as far as that goes. US intelligence is warning that Netanyahu could derail a deal with Iran.
According to the Washington Post, Israel intends to continue its operation against Hezbollah in Lebanon. Although US Iran agreement provides for a secession of hostilities, Washington fears that this could jeopardize the broader deal. Well, Hezbollah isn't stopping either, and I'll show you that in a moment as well. So, the Swiss Foreign Ministry is announcing that planned US Iran talks are called off. Uh they were supposed to meet meet in a Swiss resort town and that won't take place as planned. JD Vance has canceled his trip to Switzerland after the Iranian delegation said that it will not be traveling for negotiations uh because Israel did not withdraw from Lebanon.
But what else was happening over the last 48 hours of ceasefire? Hezbollah attacked Israel 72 times. So it's not just Israel is the fly in the ointment.
Lebanon's doing what it's doing. and then Iran saying, "Well, Israel and Lebanon are at it, so we're not going to do anything uh to secure the terrible agreement that Trump sorted out that he's not getting like he's not getting anything he actually wanted in this agreement." Okay, even the Babylon B, which is leans a little conservatively in their kind of humor, learning from Trump, a man successfully negotiates his wife down to absolutely everything she wants. Look, Trump's not getting the nuclear deal that he wanted. He's not getting uh freedom for like Democrats who are I mean people in Iran who want democracy. He's not getting that. He's not getting uh missiles to be limited.
He's not getting the straight of horror moves actually opened. He's not getting anything from this deal. At at least not yet. Nothing's happened. Okay. At the same time, remember we're talking about the democracy. An Iranian singer has been sentenced to 74 lashes for performing without a hijab at a concert.
That's this woman. Now, I'm going to show you this from Radio Free Liberty Radio Europe. Iranian authorities have sentenced a singer, her name is Parstu Amadi, to punishment of 74 lashes for performing in a YouTube video that has racked up 2.9 million views over the last two years. She was singing a patriotic song from the blood of the youth to an empty theater in 2024 with the help of eight musicians and crew.
She's also been sentenced to flogging, a travel ban, and prohibition on any artistic activity for the next two years. She was accused of offending public decency. That's right. So, I'm going to show you the video where like it's it's not like she's not naked or anything. Like, here's the video and I'm just going to scrub through it and you can just see she's just singing the song. That's it. She's in a black dress singing the song, but she's not wearing a hijab. And that is offending public decency. And so she's going to be whipped 74 times as a consequence for offending public decency, which I find fairly offensive. Okay, my shout out is to Frank Zalinski. Frank Zalinsky, pretty pretty cool name. Uh, a YouTube member, undergraduate student. Thank you for your support. Trump must pressure Putin.
Don't see it happening, but Trump must pressure Putin. And then finally, I'll leave you with this from Darth Putin. It seems having a 19th century imperialist strategy and 20th century weapons and tactics will not work if your enemy is in the 21st century. That's little tip to what was happening last night and the night before and two nights before that hitting Moscow. All right, my friends, tell me what you think about what you saw in this video. Put that in the comments below. I try to read as many as I can. Thank you for the time, the likes, the shares, and the subscribes.
And thank you for being the kind of person who cares about Ukraine.
