That pressure is powerful enough to crush the human body within seconds. This is exactly why deep sea submarines are built using extremely thick layers of reinforced metal. But even advanced machines can only survive that pressure for a limited amount of time. And yet some deep sea creatures survive there with bodies that do not contain a single bone. Giant squids, jellyfish, and many other soft-bodied animals have spent millions of years evolving inside that crushing darkness.
Their greatest advantage is that their bodies are soft instead of rigid. Bones and hard structures can crack, collapse, or compress under extreme pressure. But softbodied creatures simply adjust to the surrounding force. Their bodies are almost waterlike which allows the pressure to spread evenly instead of crushing them from the outside.
