Welcome to my reaction series. So, nurses are just constantly on demon time, and today we're reacting to nurses. Um, you know, just doing, you know, the trashy stuff nurses do. as I hold your hand. If you're still getting bullied at the bedside in some type of nursing field, whatever it is, maybe at the clinic, maybe at the hospital, whatever, home health, I don't care what it is, reach out to somebody, tell management, get that stuff documented, okay? Because the reason why I say get stuff document is because you have a paper trail, okay?
And one that shouldn't even be happening. If you have questions, if you have concerns, reach out to somebody, okay? It should not be a bullying situation. You should get your ultimate experience, especially if you're newer on the field. You should not be getting bullied. That's freaking rude. And that grinds my gears, y'all. Because how do you >> Yeah. Some again, this idea that women are nurturing. Now, we're having the issue of female nurses abusing and bullying their patients. Women are incredible. Um, incredibly evil. And I'm just sick of pretending that there's anything good about women. I don't see it. expect to have ratios go down if you're bullying everybody that comes in.
Think about that. If you want ratios to go down, if you want to stop having so many patients every shift, how about you stop bullying these nurses and making them run off and actually train them up how you was trained properly and let's get some help on the floor cuz what are you doing? Obviously, you want to work at whole floor yourself.
>> All right, let's see who's next. Um, >> I would really love it if someone could explain to me why nurses are so hateful to one another.
>> Why? We are women. We are in the same profession. We are providing care to people that need it. We are >> You can't put that many women in a workplace. Like, they'll just gossip to no end. They'll abuse each other. I mean, yeah. Like all female workplaces, they're just women do reputation destruction. So women will destroy each other's reputation. And it's almost worse than fighting because at least when men fight it out, they don't try to kill each other. Women will. And they just will end. Like it'll be the end.
Women will hold a vendetta forever >> to be helpful.
And yet we choose to be mean. Not me.
I'm not mean. But I promise you what I will do is stand up for myself every time.

>> Okay, let's see what's next. Nurses hating on other nurses. For >> all my nurses that have been burned by miserable nurses, what do you guys take away from that? It's just like a part of me is like are you okay? And another part of me is like, where did you go wrong so I can never be like you?
Because I don't want to be a nurse 20, 30 years in the game, miserable, fighting with the baby nurses, like the new nurses. Like, I don't want to do like what what hardened you, what went wrong? They say nursing is a thankless job. And a lot of nurses get emotionally burnt out after a while. But why does that lead you to start being manipulative and weird towards other nurses? Like, where's the disconnect?
No, I mean it's not because you guys are nurses. It's because women hate women.
And so you put a bunch of women together, they'll just start fighting each other. Because I kind of spoke about this on another video. You got tier one hoes and tier two hoes. Tier one hoes are hoes that are completely done. They [ย __ย ] too many guys. Um, you know, there's no light in their eyes, whatever. Tier two hoes are women um, you know, they're a little bit hoish, but, you know, they're not completely done. And tier one hoes have to destroy the reputation of tier two hoes. Um that that's kind of what you see going on with Britney Venty and Chrissy Mayor. Um Britney Venty nudes on the internet. Um constantly gaslights the internet. Um and pretending because that's kind of what women do, right? Women will pretend that something's fake and say, "Oh, it's a fake rumor. I made it up." Or they'll get simps to defend. But everyone knows this girl's like done, right? She's been crazy for too long online. and you know, her friend gets married and has a kid and then the tier one hoe has to destroy her because she's cooked. Does that make sense, guys? So, like that's what happens when you get women together is tier one hoes have to destroy tier 2 hoes. I genuinely am concerned. Um, anyways, ladies, use your degree to finesse where you want to be. Don't be like these miserable And it's crazy cuz some of the people who've been in the game the longest be miserable.

nurses to hate each other. And here's why. Have you noticed how nurses are always divided? Dayshift versus night shift. Dayshift never stocks anything.
Night shift leaves us a mess. Unit versus unit. ICU nurses think they're better than everyone. Med surge nurses aren't real nurses.
Staff versus travel. Travelers don't care. They're leaving anyway. Staff nurses, they're just jealous of our pay.
New grads versus experienced. New grads don't know anything. Experienced nurses are mean and bitter. We're constantly adding that >> because again, uh they make enough money where they don't need a husband. And when you don't have a man correcting you, you don't see how evil and terrible you are. Um that's kind of the worst part about women going to college is there's just no men correcting them. Um and in fact, they just encourage them because none of the men there care about them. They, you know, they just they're ready for horse >> other's throats. And hospitals, they love it because here's what divided nurses don't do. They don't unionize.
They don't organize. They don't demand better pay.
>> Uh, no. Nurses do unionize, organize, and complain. Women will always do that.
Um, yeah. So, this idea that like they the nurses, they don't want to get together because the company like no um the company doesn't convince you to fight with each other. You guys just do that on your own.
>> They don't fight for safer ratios. They don't hold administration accountable.
They're too busy fighting each other.
And that's exactly what hospitals want.
Divided nurses are powerless nurses.
Think about it. When's the last time day shift and night shift came together to demand change?
>> No. Like, okay, they can demand uh change, but it would probably be unreasonable demands. And um you guys are kind of overpaid. Like, can we just keep it a buck? I, you know, I have a sneaking suspicion that the reason that health care costs are so high is because we overpay nurses. It's just my gut feeling.
>> When's the last time staff, nurses, and travelers teamed up to fight for better conditions? Never, because we're too busy blaming each other for problems administration created. Who decided to understaff the unit? Not night shift administration. Who decided to pay travelers triple? Not travelers administration. Who decided not to give you a raise? Not dayshift administration. But they've convinced us it's >> I bet there's a lot of useless jobs in administration, too.
>> Each other's fault.
>> I mean, honestly, my rule of thumb is if it's a woman's job, it's usually kind of useless, including mine. Like, this is it's a fun job, but I mean, am I really changing lives here? Eh, you know, >> culture is so toxic. Let's talk about it. Nurses love to gossip about each other and the people that they work around. Most likely talking about you behind your back and you don't even know it. So the more information that you give them about your personal life, the more they're actually going to be talking about you when you're not around. It's never good things about you. I was a new grad nurse. I didn't know any better. So everyone knew everyone's business and there was always some sort of fabricated drama or somebody didn't like somebody and so they wanted you to have this perception that this person wasn't a good person to work with. When you're new and people share these not so nice things about other co-workers, you'll get heavily influenced and also think the same thing. As I've gotten older, I've just become more reserved about how I interact with my co-workers because you shouldn't trust everyone. You need to be hyper aware. I'm sharing all of this because I recently just got back into nursing and somebody reported me to HR because I record Tik Toks. Haven't violated anything. I've also shared nothing about my personal life. I haven't shared that I make Tik Toks. The closest people in your circle are praying on your downfall and you don't even know who that is. Now that I'm older, I purposely don't participate in work gossip. I don't talk about people.
I don't talk negative about them. I just keep my thoughts to myself.

It's not kind.
