[00:00:00]We got insane news coming straight out of Russia and this is something very surprising, something that's changing the whole situation between Russian and Ukraine a long standing conflict and it's been on for a very very long time and as you guys know Russia has been sanctioned and the Russian economy has not been doing so well. Although Vladimir Putin and other crooks have been saying that the economy is doing well, we are doing absolutely amazing which is just absolute flipping lie. Now before we get straight into the video, make sure to be hitting the like button straight away and subscribing to the channel. Let's get into the news because this is just something very very new.

[00:00:51]The bunch of clowns over at the State Duma have said for the first time a State Duma deputy stated that Russia would not be able to withstand a long war in Ukraine and that Russia should end it. Can you imagine this? Somebody from the Russian government just said that Russia is not going to be able to withstand for much longer. They need to end the war now. Now listen to this. The Russian economy will not be able to withstand prolonged continuation of the special military operation and therefore an early end to the special military operation is simply necessary said State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Rinat Suleymanov. Can you imagine this?

[00:01:41]The The [snorts] deputy, right? The State Duma deputy from the Communist Party is saying it. Even the communists are saying it. We've had enough.

[00:01:53]This is likely the first such statement made by a state Duma deputy. Suleymanov made a statement against the backdrop of a noticeable change in political rhetoric ahead of the autumn elections.

[00:02:08]Yes, guys, there's going to be autumn elections. So, a lot of people are trying to get something stirred up, maybe for a change. We don't know. Anyways, the details are Suleymanov commented on the need to end the war in an interview with a publication Continent Siberia.

[00:02:25]Answering the question about how the budget of the country will be affected by a possible cessation of peace talks on Ukraine. Guys, the Russian budget, the Russian economy is crumbling down.

[00:02:37]The whole country is crumbling down because of this stupid war.

[00:02:42]And finally, somebody from the inner circle, from the inside has spoken out, which is going to be interesting to follow around. We're going to see where this Suleymanov is going to end up, but maybe it's all a setup, you know?

[00:02:54]Sometimes I would not be surprised if you know, they just want to sprinkle some of that inside so that normal people like us would be like, "Wow, there is hope for a change. Somebody is saying that the Russian-Ukrainian war is not worth it. We got to stop it."

[00:03:14]We'll have to see. Now, Suleymanov replied that, I quote, "It's obvious that the economy will not be able to withstand the prolonged continuation of the special military operation.

[00:03:27]Officially, 40% of the federal budget is defense and security. What can we talk about in terms of development, investments, capital investments?

[00:03:37]Neither tanks nor shells have consumer value. The economy produces them, but they cannot be consumed by the population." Suleymanov said. According to him, such expenses ensure employment and salaries in the defense industries act as a certain driver, but at the same time they lead to inflation and reduction in other expenses.

[00:04:01]Guys, I have not heard so many right words coming out of a Russian government official minds. I mean, come on. It is obvious that literally 40% of the federal budget is being spent on the war. What sort of economic growth can you talk about inside of Russia?

[00:04:20]Absolutely, you cannot because anything that is said that the economy is striving and stuff like that is just absolute horse [ __ ] This is the reality. This is the reality we're getting straight from the State Duma over here. Quote, "Therefore, an early end to the special military operation is simply necessary. The special operation has lasted longer than the Great Patriotic War. God willing, it will end with a victory, not an intermediate result." said the deputy. So, as we can see over here, he's covering his back.

[00:04:55]Basically, what he's saying here is that it's about victory. He's basically saying that probably it's time to win the war for Russia, right?

[00:05:09]So, this is the thing.

[00:05:13]This could be two messages in one message that it's a good time to end the war or this could be a message that maybe it's time to mobilize every single Russian citizen and go into Ukraine. That could possibly be another sign to say, "All right, you know what? We need economic prosperity.

[00:05:35]Let's just get all the men, send them over, finish it off, we win, the economy starts to prosper." Is he out of his flipping mind?

[00:05:45]Like seriously, I just had a belief for a second that this guy is talking sense.

[00:05:50]Now, this is what he's saying. If you just reduce military spending, there will be no less problems, the parliamentarian believes. It's not very difficult to adopt a budget with reduced military spending, but what will happen to the people employed in the defense industry? To those who are now under arms, a million people will return to civilian life. Where are the jobs, decent salaries, social adaptations?

[00:06:19]Suleymanov also stated the need for enormous budget expenditures for the restoration of new territories where there are no houses left, no Soviet irrigation.

[00:06:32]At the beginning of the war, Suleymanov, who was elected to the State Duma in 2021, said it's necessary to negotiate with Kyiv only on the terms of surrender. In September 2022, he said that mobilization is a heavy necessity to ensure victory. So, this is giving us a clear message. This guy does not give a [ __ ] about people, first of all, or the economy. Basically, what he's trying to say here is it seems like from the text that I just read to you guys is that he's trying to push the ordinary citizens into another mobilization in hopes that this war will be finished quicker and that the economy would not have to be spending money on military stuff all the time. It's not talking about, "Let's surrender. Let's give back the land that belongs to Ukraine back to Ukraine. Finish it off and restore our economy." No, this is not what he's talking about at all whatsoever.

[00:07:32]The approach of the elections is also affecting representatives of other parties. In recent weeks, deputies and potential candidates for the parliament from the United Russia which Putin is from have begun to criticize restrictive measures that they themselves initiated or publicly supported earlier. In particular, the narcotic marking of works of art, bans on video games, regulation of artificial intelligence.

[00:08:01]So, those are the guys who are speaking out of saying, you know, no more Telegram, no more Facebook, no more this and now they're literally just criticizing the restrictive measures that they have started. Like, what are you guys smoking over there, you know? That's the question I got over here. You're the reason why the whole country is going to [ __ ] United Russia, right?

[00:08:30]Like, with all your crooks and stuff like that and you made the restrictive measures and now you're criticizing your own flipping measures that you made.

[00:08:39]Like, how how can you think that the Russian population could be this stupid that you literally talk about it like this? I don't understand at all whatsoever. The change in rhetoric is taking place against the backdrop of changes in the mood of voters. In April, the head of presidential administration's department for public projects, Sergey Novikov, said that, I quote, "Society is tired of prohibitive rhetoric." A week later, Vladimir Putin called on deputies and senators not to get fixated on bans and punishment.

[00:09:14]"Excessive barriers hinder development," said Putin. But, you're [ __ ] banning everything. What do you mean not get fixated? You banned everything already.

[00:09:24]Of course, people are not going to be fixated on stuff. Of course, the Russian population is mad because they're not able to get factual news outside of the country. They're not able to communicate with their relatives that do not live in Russia because people outside of Russia like myself, you guys didn't know I'm a Russian, I don't want to be downloading this crappy application called Max. It's basically like a clone of Telegram which Putin himself probably controls and reads through all the messages when he's bored. Heck no, I don't want to install any of that bullcrap. So, I mean it seems like the population of Russia is getting angrier and angrier every single day with what the Russian government is doing. And this feels like the first cracks of the regime's walls are starting to appear. I think the upcoming months are going to be very extremely interesting because we might be seeing the downfall of dictatorship in front of our eyes. And I'm hoping that really hoping that that is going to be happening because then I can return back home without being scared of being jailed just because I want to speak out about what I do not like the government doing.
