You've got San Luis Obispo, which has its own pricing pressure. You've got North County, [music] Paso Robles and Atascadero, where you generally get more space. Then you've got the coast, which plays by a completely different set of rules. And once you understand [music] that, the pricing starts to make a lot more sense.
