[00:00:06]It's Glo, and in today's video I'm coming with my one month ahead as well as my summer savings. Happy Wednesday, friends. I hope everybody's having a great week so far. Um thank you guys so much for hanging out with me. I am going to try to close out my month of April with the tinies. So, let's see how that goes.

[00:00:38]So, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to get started with my summer savings. I did find a box challenge that I am going to be doing. I thought I when I saw it, I thought it was super cute.

[00:00:49]So, you guys will be seeing um hopefully next week the box challenge moving forward for my summer savings. I am going to be stuffing um for right now, this will be the last stuffing for my summer savings for like with this binder. So, basically, friends, summer savings for me is money that I'm trying to save for summer be do, you know, and thank you guys for the great suggestions. There was a suggestion that, you know, I should check my local library. I guess that you guys could they could you guys could also rent out um like park passes, like for like the national forest.

[00:01:26]So, I'm definitely going to look into that because, guys, like I said, you know, summer's very expensive, especially with kids, you know, if you're home. I'm going to be home for 3 weeks, guys. So, you know, I'm going to be here for a while. And good thing I'm going to be able to cook more, which is great, and I've learned to cook so many more things, guys. Honestly, if you guys are not good at cooking, like check out TikTok, guys. Honestly, I've learned so many recipes there that I've done, and they have came out really good. I love TikTok. So, yeah, definitely check it out.

[00:01:55]Um so, um this is where the money's going to be going. I started this back in January or so, which is with like smaller amounts, you know, cuz we're trying to make our budget stretch, but um, yeah, friends, I mean, it's been adding up slowly but surely. So, today I have $15 to be stuffing towards this one. These dashboards, friends, are available up in my Kofi shop, if anybody's interested.

[00:02:19]They they are for sale, so we got 5, 10, $15. I'm going to be throwing in towards our bank. And so far, let me go ahead and just write down the date.

[00:02:40]And then, today is Guys, I don't even know what day is it today.

[00:02:45]Uh, let me look at my calendar. Hold on, friends. Today is the 29th, so plus 29.

[00:02:51]So, 134 + 129 is I have no idea, but we can go ahead and count this.

[00:02:58]All right. So, so far we have saved 120 25 30 35 40 45 46 47 48 49. So, $149 we have so far, friends, that we were able to save. So, I'm very happy about this. I could use this to go out, bills, guys, like the light goes up, you know, cuz it's summer time, it's no joke, friends, really high. So, anything counts, guys, you know.

[00:03:22]All righty, friends. So, we finished Um, I mean, we um we landed We landed here last time. I have $15 in prop coins. Um, I just love the prop coins, guys. They're just so fun and super cute. Um, I promise you I do have $15 here. Some of the I did put some ones in here. You know what? Let me mix the ones. That way some of them are spicy. And yeah, I'm very excited to get get this binder again. But yeah, friends, I saw a box challenge. Super cute. I have to show it to you guys. I haven't purchased it yet, but I'm going to get it. I thought it was so cute.

[00:04:16]Today I was I only work half day cuz I'm going to work this Saturday. I had a busy week this weekend, so I wasn't able to pre-film like, you know, a lot of stuff cuz I had, you know, two parties that I went to. 1 2 3 4 5 6.

[00:04:32]My the baby shower then my in-laws which one was which was my father-in-law's birthday. Um and then on Sunday my parents ended up surprising me which I was tired, guys. 1 2 3 4 5 6. I was very tired, but then I thought like, no, Gloria, like, you know, your parents are not going to be here forever like and then I'm going to feel guilty later on. So, I'm like, get get dressed up and like go, you know. 1 2 3 4 5. And I had a blast, guys. So, that was very nice.

[00:05:03]The weekend it hasn't been too busy at work. We've been okay with staffing.

[00:05:10]But yeah, I feel like everybody at work is starting to feel a little bit like of the burnout. We got six. All right, we're going to start here again. Did we land here? Last I don't even know.

[00:05:22]I feel like everybody is starting to feel the burnout which sucks because, you know, I feel like the mood and like the morale is down. Next week, guys, is Nurses Week, so we're very excited about that. We are doing like a theme.

It's just so much fun. Like the haunted houses, all the spooky You know, I just feel like I have a lot of memories as a kid.

[00:07:33]And also even as a teenager, um remember like the 31 um nights of Halloween that used to come out? I was going to say Lifetime, not Lifetime. What was that movie called? I mean that channel.

[00:07:49]Yeah, I don't remember, friends. But, point being is that it was super cute cuz we used to have, you know, cable, but now we don't cuz now everybody has like subscriptions and stuff. But, um yeah, friends, it was just so cute. I loved it um watching the 31 Nights of Halloween. We couldn't wait for Hocus Pocus to come out. So, yeah, I just love it. All right. Our next one is This one is made by me, and I think we were able to finish this one. This one got a lot as well. Wow.

I am going to be doing the quarter um the next quarter once it's closer to that quarter.

It freaks me out cuz I feel like what if there's like skinwalkers or something going to happen? I don't know, guys. I just started thinking the worst, I know.

[00:15:58]Um or like bears. Like, I don't know. It just really freaks me out. So, you guys are like, "What the hell, Gloria?" But, yeah, guys. I don't know.

[00:16:49]Um my sister-in-law has jet skis, and we ended up going to the lake. So, we ended up I remember we camped out that time.

[00:16:56]Um so, you know, making food and stuff like that is kind of like a hassle, even though we took our little stove. But, I'm never going to forget that trip because um my husband does not know how to swim, guys. And he we went on the jet ski, and he thought like he was so cool.

[00:17:12]Um he's going to kill me, but um yeah.

[00:17:16]He thought he was He thought he was so cool and Okay, so we're going to start here. And I think we have everybody's challenges. Yeah. So, he thought he was so cool, guys, and he ended up going um he ended up going fast on the jet ski.

[00:17:29]And I just remember that we were going so fast, whatever, and then we just flipped. And I remember as soon as I hit the water, guys, I know I pee my I peed myself. I said, "Oh my god, like a crocodile's going to come and grab me."

[00:17:44]like or or something they're going to drown me from, you know, the bottom. And then my husband um he panicked and the whole time instead of him trying to get me up, you know, because he doesn't know how to swim, he panicked and he's like, "Gloria, Gloria." And I said, and I'm there trying to help him get on the jet ski and then I'll get on. But yeah, guys, he freaked out. It was so funny cuz I freaked out, too, but he was worse than me, but it was just so funny. I'm never going to forget that trip. That was hilarious, but um yeah, guys. I think that was the last time we ever went camping. Like we've gone to Sequoia where like the beautiful like big trees are. It's just Oh my goodness, guys. If I have a picture, I'll insert it here.

[00:18:30]But um Um Sequoia is beautiful, guys. If you guys ever come to Sequoia, because it's just so magical. It's like you're going to a whole 'nother like world like you think about I don't know, like like a fairy tale.

Like especially when you want to like kind of like you just want to not regroup, but kind of like just recharge, you know?

[00:20:57]Like I feel like, you know, earthing and stuff like that. My mom always tells me she's very like big on like, "Oh, take off your shoes, you know, make sure that you're connecting with Earth, you know, and stuff like that." So, it helps your mind and just like calm. Uh Um yeah, I don't know, guys, but yeah, it does work. I mean, I do feel calmer when, you know, when I do that. All righty, friends.
