Okay, couch in the lounge here. Big carpet. I told you it is furnished. And now you can buy it as furnished, or you can just buy the home alone, and then you will furnish it to your style. But uh you know, there's a lot of good things to love here. You know, just looking around. So many details. You know, there's even their TV right there.
Samsung TV, by the way. So, in case with the 10.5 million, you get to, you know, inherit that uh Samsung, you know, TV. This is like, I don't know, 100 in or something. It is so massive, to be honest. So now, many more details around the home. Uh the gypsum above, you know, the TV stand on this end. Uh beautiful lightings, wall brackets. You know, wainscotting along the walls like that. The paint work is good. There's even a swing chair right here on the corner. You know, beautiful.

And then uh their curtains are beautiful as well with the white shears. I can see a speaker right there on that corner. So, they have a Sony sound system. There it is. And uh much more that I may not be able to point into everything, but even in the video, I'm sure on your end as well you're able to see, you know, one or two things. So, for the flooring, uh this one is uh I'm not sure if it is SPC or a laminate.
You know, the flooring, this kind of tiles.
Uh you'll pardon me for that. Those two things, SPC and laminate, they tend to confuse me. But if I look at the surface under it, I can always tell cuz I know the difference is one is plastic and the other one is wooden, you know, on the you know, on the underside. All right?
Then, this is the dining area uh for six. Uh there's a washbasin on the far end there.
They have got their water dispenser on that corner.
And uh you know, there is even you know, more space here at the breakfast nook.
Just some tiny chairs here. Two of them.
I think it's for kids. You know, perhaps they thought, you know, this space here could be for kids. You know, maybe a seller what to they want to bite something real quick from the kitchen.
You're cooking chapati and they're like, "Mom, can I order pancake and any?" Just tell them to sit here. Then you serve them from this area. So, there is also a cabinetry here full of uh you know, uh glasses, you know, there it is. For water, for wine, etc. They're all packed in this area. Actually, if you ask me that difference of 10.5 and 11 million furnished, I think I'll just give the 11 million, you know, to buy everything here because just that 500,000 uh >> [sighs] >> uh I mean, the everything, you know, the items in here are more than 500,000 Kenyan shillings, if you ask me. So, so that difference, well, I would rather take everything the way it is cuz this fridge alone is like 70,000 Kenyan shillings. The chairs are like um maybe a hundred or something. The couch is a hundred and you know, a hundred plus. Plus everything else. Well, if you come, just get everything furnished. But, I understand. If you can buy a home worth 10 million, that doesn't mean you can't furnish it. Sendi yo? Yep. So, you can also buy the space.
So, they have got a four-burner gas cooker right here.
And uh there's a microwave on that end.
Many other items. The home is furnished, you know, even there are for cooking are right here, the spices and whatever they are all here, utensils on that corner.
But typically you have got ample worktop area, a double sink right there, you know, the cabinetry you can see that it's beautiful by the way, you know, it doesn't have madoido mingi but just simple detailing, you know, that's what I'm saying even above on the gypsum, simple detailing. White wall tiles, you know, for the kitchen all the way up, you know, beautiful. Then on this end you have got the pantry. So in the pantry I see there's a washing machine here and some beddings right there including duvets up there. Remember this home has been used as an Airbnb so yes, not surprised that they have got the beddings and towels in that room.
All right, then the way they, you know, they are designed this home that the bedrooms are like on one side, you know, so once you enter this door you are now accessing all the bedrooms. So come like this but typically each bedroom has got their own door as well but you know, this just the bedrooms area.
All right, so we can start with this one right here. This are the you know, our first guest bedroom which for now it's furnished with the two beds. A 4 by 6 of them, two of them right there fitting comfortably and then there's a lot of, you know, wardrobes, you know, in this corner right here for storage of course. And then there's a dressing mirror right there.
You know, yeah, but in here they use tiles, you know, on the floor I see it's all tiles not like the ones in the lounge and dining and kitchen. So here is the common washroom and bathroom for these two bedrooms. These two bedrooms are not en suite, but the master bedroom is en suite. So, these ones they share these facilities at the center. And of course, they have got this quite unique pedestal sink right there.
Then this is the other bedroom.
Again, furnished similarly as the other one, the guest bedroom. Two 4 by 6 beds again. So, typically you can see how spacious this home is. So, imagine if for you Well, then they did like this because they're doing business, Airbnb business. So, more beds means more individuals that you can host. More individuals you can host, more money.
But if you take this and make it your home, imagine typically here you just have one bed. So, the whole of this side, you can even do a workstation, you know, or a kids playground parlor if it is a kids bedroom. You can throw them a match down some of their toys there.
They can always enjoy, have fun in this bedroom. And then of course, they have got ample storage again on this end.
There is even a a dressing table, a dressing area in that side, okay, in that corner.
It's beautiful.
All right. Then from here, I take you to the primary bedroom.
Here it is. You're coming like that through that just a small foyer, if you ask me. And then before we get to the bed area on the far end right here, we have got the en suite.
Okay, the en suite with a bath and toilet. It's a spacious space with a a dry toilet facility, okay, which is important. And then here is the walk-in closet. As you are saying, guys, walk-in closet with a you know, his and hers arrangement. Beyond apart from these wardrobes here, there is more shelves actually in this corner, you know, more shelves there for you to put many of your items. I can see there's one suitcase here. Typically, you can also panga can also organize many more suitcases there. And on the far corner, we have got a dresser right here. So, for the ladies, this is your space. And of course, you have got enough storage to put your makeup items and etc. And then now, let me take you to the bed area, to the sleep area. Here it is. So, currently furnished with a 5 by 6 bed, but if you ask me, even a 6 by 6 bed still will be accommodated in this space.
And then, they did well that they put these two couches here, you know, in the bedroom just for, you know, having a conversation even. You know, sometimes >> [snorts] >> Wazazi, you know, or the couples, they need to talk. Sindio? That time of we need to talk.
You have got these two seats here for you to talk.
All right. So, of course, it is well-lit. It has got this window here, which you know, gives you a view of the front yard. And there's another one there, which gives you a view of that side where I see they have the hanging lines.
All right. So, up to that point, guys, let me not forget there's a dressing mirror right here. So, once you come from the wardrobes, this side you stand here, you you know, you look at yourself, how are things? Exactly important to have, by the way. So, up to that point, folks, and of course, this wall here, you know, they have got some nice art on this wall. Perhaps, you can actually add more, by the way. So, that as you guys are going can add your photos, you know, right here and maybe more decoration.

All right. So, mpaka hapo, there's a door, by the way, here in the side of the kitchen, at the back of the kitchen, which can give us access to the backyard. Was it open? Oh, yes. Usually, the kitchen has got a door going outside. Yes, so I found it.
And uh here we are. So, there is more space on the backyard here for laundry, you know? This is the laundry area. And uh the hanging lines are on that side. So, they have got a big water tank here for rainwater harvesting. This is like 10,000 L or so, you know, from the local retailer. I've not seen the label, but could be like 10,000 L.
They have got another one up there, by the way, you know, in the in that other structure. So, water here is supplied from uh Nawasco. Okay, the city county water. They have got that supply, and of course, they have got rainwater harvesting. So, you'll never miss water, as a matter of fact. So, Fred, um we can still go like this. The place is clean, so I remove my shoes, but the place is very clean. Just look around, you know, outside here. They did some red oxide for their flooring. It's beautiful, and it is actually easy to clean, you know?
So, these are the two studios that I was telling you guys.
And I told you, perhaps you take this home for business, you know? You can maybe live here, and you rent the studios, or you can take the whole place, you rent this, and you rent the studios. Especially if you get these guys, you know, even uh There's these guys about, you know, wananchi wengi. Let me not mention them.

So, that wananchi kuja wengine watakaa kwa main house wengine wapatiwe kwa studio zuku. Na unaweza wacharge, you know, they you know, they usually give out money vizuri, you know?
Wanalipwa poa. So, you know those guys.
Yeah, let me not mention them.
But uh you know them. Wanalipanga vizuri, bana. So, if you are paying your rent at 100,000, eh, wanakulipa, bana.

That space up there, there are some items inside. It's a you know, uh the original plan was to be a conference hall. Okay, or a meeting room.
You feel me? Yeah. So, I gave you three options.
Investment in two ways, in rental income and even in Airbnb. Then I also gave you the option of buying to settle. You know, and actually if you ask me, all those works. And maybe you have another different idea, you can always tell us as well.

Getting the plan, doing the search for the title, you know, getting now the title, you know, perhaps they had bought the plot from somebody else, getting all those documentation ready. They have done that. So, for you, when you buy a product that is ready in in the form of a home, it will only be a matter of I give you the money, you give me the document. That's it.
